Ive been with State Farm for over 30 years. My original agent retired and they moved me over to Kyle Vitense and his team. While my record with NOT having accidents has been excellent, I dont drive new cars and HAVE had occasion to call for roadside assistance. This very last time, it was -10 degrees when I had a wheel issue. I hadnt even had time to call State Farm when a Highway Patrol pulled up behind me and offered to call a tow truck for me. I figured Id have to pay out of pocket but didnt care at that moment. The driver told me to submit a claim and within 2 days, Brianna in Kyles office, contacted me and said a reimbursement check was on its way! THATS service!And for you home owners, dont skimp out with some no-name insurance. I wont go into details, but someone sued me and State Farm stood behind me 100%. After years of paying premiums, when I had a claim, the claims department made it seem like it was my fault. Finally a claims senior supervisor apologized profusely, and the claim moved forward, but still with issues along the way. When I called my agent, Kyle, three times in one day to register my complaint about how I was treated by claims and to ask for help, I had to leave messages with staff, and Kyle never returned my call. Hard to reach and clearly not caring about his clients in their time of need. At renewal time, his staff is available and ready to take your money; otherwise, it appears customer service from Kyles office is not a priority.

Unlike State Farm and good neighbors, Kyle is NOT there. This guy has got to be the worst insurance agent Ive ever had. The only time Ive physically seen or spoken to him was when he initially signed me up and took my money. In the years since, Ive never been allowed to speak to him-always pawned off on someone else. They routinely forgery to send out new insurance cards so i have to call in every time they expire. Most recently... Ive been trying to reach him now for two weeks, calling every day or two to leave messages with promises of a callback that never comes. Today I spoke with Andrew in his office who offered to schedule a callback two weeks from today. This means I will have waited 4 weeks to simply speak to my agent for a simple 3 minute conversation! I asked his employees if he is ever there and they assure me he is, but you wouldnt know it. I didnt want to leave this review but his insulting refusal to return a simple phone call after all the money Ive given him has forced me to warn others from doing business with this man.

He is someone my wife and I trust to take care of us and our interests, over his own.His team has also been extremely helpful, often on a moments notice. It’s nice to be able to call an office and speak to someone who remembers you and your situation. Tim has emailed insurance cards to me as I stood in line at MDOT, helped sort out mortgage questions, and is always aware of potential discounts for which we may qualify. After a fender bender, where the other party disputed his obligation to pay for the damage, I made one phone call to Nam, who called the other party’s insurer and sorted the dispute out, sparing me any hassle or concern.My wife and I currently take advantage of several products that Kyle’s office provides from life insurance to retirement plans, and those products we honestly believe are worth every cent, but what make’s this office unique is the people that work there and the care and service they provide.My recommendation isn’t that you do all that we have done with Kyle’s office, but that you simply make an appointment to speak with Kyle, Tim, Nam, or Luke.
