They kept billing me after I canceled. When I tried to contact to correct they wouldnt return calls or emails.I had to call corporate to get it straightened out.Do not use them! Terrible!!

If I could give no stars I would! DO NOT use this agency. They do not care about returning phone calls. Did not bother to inform me that discounts dropped off because they needed information. I called a dozen times and emailed. They clearly do not care about getting business or customer care. I can assure you if push comes to shove and you need them for an actual disaster or claim you wont be able to get a hold of them. Save yourself time and frustration find a different agent!! Dont reward them with your business. Hope I can save someone else time and money!

This agency sucks! Very poor customer care. They Dont care about there customers!

This agency is AWFUL. I have called multiple times to adjust my policy and they refuse to return a phone call. Last time we tried to change a policy it took SIX MONTHS and adozen calls, the last one from another agent requesting our policy to transfered to their office. Why it did not happen is beyond me, but this agency is a nightmare.
