Holy Pineapple Plymouth! I’m SO grateful that I found Michiana Insurance. Trust me when I say you can’t beat their rates, their follow-up, and their professionalism...I tried. The guy in charge of the Plymouth branch, I think his name is Keirn, is a real jovial character. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about all things insurance, he’s an accomplished ballroom dancer. He’s obviously put on a few pounds since his competitive days, but he’s still very talented and proud to show off his skills. It’s a great locally owned business. I look forward to my next visit!

When my car broke down on Christmas Eve and I was having trouble finding a tow truck (I have roadside assistance), Jeep answered the phone and did everything he could to help. This level of customer service is hard to find anymore. I will be a customer for life.
