Totally awesome customer service. The team here is very cohesive offers exceptional service. It is amazing how quickly they can take care of any requests I make. Moreover, they patiently explain the complex world of insurance at a level that I understand and I never feel like they are upselling me or are condescending. They will meet with me and my wife as often as I want to ensure that I am appropriately covered, without overpaying. Fifteen years ago when I moved to Minnesota I was looking for mainly car insurance, which is where I met Joe and his team. A few years later I bought a home and working with Katie from Joes office was such a warm and welcoming experience into the Joe Gehlen State Farm family. Joe and his team took great pride in their knowledge, costing, and assured we were taking care of during any catastrophe from the Minnesota weather, which there was a few incidences with large hail damage to both home and truck and quickly upon my call this team rolled out the red carpet to make certain we were taken care of. Joe and his team have been beyond the best team I have worked with! Even out of the insurance realm, their service is hard to beat. I cant tell you how many times I have emailed or called Joe with random questions like How much would my rate go up with a trampoline? or If I get this crazy car, what is my rate looking like?. He has always gotten back to me within a few hours, even on the weekend! He invited me to his office just to thoroughly go through every detail until I fully understood everything and made sure I had the best coverage. I recently bought a house and getting insurance for that was a walk in the park with his team. I had a question about a claim on a camper I emailed him on and he called me immediately to walk me through it. He checks up on me all the time to see how I am doing and if I have any questions. I have been there 5ish years I believe and I have never thought about switching. Even if insurance was cheaper elsewhere (which its not), I could never leave the service I get with Joe and his team. A++++!

Joe and his team have always been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. They have helped us thru car accidents, storm damage, and establishing 529 accounts for our children. We have been with Joe for over 10 years and would I highly recommend him and his team.

Do not go to this location!! I have been a policy holder (Auto) through Joe for 1.5 years. Turns out he got my V.I.N number all wrong, I couldnt believe this happened. I just noticed this, thankfully I never needed to file a claim, because Joe can just say well sorry that vehicle is not listed. I am CANCELING my policy immediately. Worst part is that he wont give me any types of refunds for their mistake. I do believe that State Farm is good but go to an actual experienced agency there are others in Plymouth MN. Great agency super helpful and great rates and service

I love this agency. I have had many insurance companies/agents in my life and Joe Gehlens office by far surpasses all the experiences I have had with any of the other ones. I always recieve friendly and caring support over the phone when ever I have questions about my policy. It always feels like im family when I call. I would strongly recommend them to anybody for life or property insurance.
