First time here.. and oh my goodness! Amy did my nails, she was absolutely perfect! Exactly what I wanted! I live 45 minutes away, but totally worth the drive! Amy is my girl! I will be back!

Came for my first time, and was impressed with the look and set up of the place. They do cute little extras to make it like a fancy spa. Including massaging you with fruit for your pedis. Ive never been massaged with fruit before! Cute little menu to pick from and a drink and snack Included. Found my new pedi spot, for sure.

I’ve been here once in December of 2020 and I was really happy with their service. But… A few months ago in April of 2021, I took my niece to get her nails done for prom. The work that was done was really nice but it took quite a while and wasn’t finished until after 8pm. Now here’s my issue. I tipped $20 with my card and I also wrote it down on my receipt. I specifically said $20 to the nail tech and my niece heard me loud and clear. Surprisingly, I noticed on my bank statement that I was charged $40 instead! It’s crazy how someone could be so sneaky to steal more than what was already given! I’ve called multiple times about this issue and still I have not received a refund yet…Tomorrow is my birthday and I thought. Hmmmm, let me give them one last chance to make it right and see what happens. So we went in this morning right at opening… I requested a Heavenly Milk & Honey Pedicure I even pointed to the picture but the nail tech gave me a Citrus Lemon Pedicure instead but without the lemons. My husband had lemons but I didn’t smh. Prior to my visit, I had cut my own nails and they were already short. The nail tech kept filing them down but there was nothing else left to file which hurt! While filing the sides after putting on the polish, I kept pulling my toes away because my sides were burning and it was painful. Fast forward to my manicure… I don’t know if it means they’re cutting too much or just in the wrong area but when the tech started cutting my cuticles it hurt! Now after getting home, I took a better look at my nails and I’m just so upset at the work that was done. My nails look bumpy with lines, doesn’t look smooth at all! Such a horrible job! My husband and I were their first clients this morning. Not too long after, there were probably 2 walk-ins but they were taken cared of by 2 other nail techs which means there was no line and nobody was waiting! It was just us! The whole time, my pedi and mani felt soooo rushed!!! It was so rushed like someone was waiting to be assisted but no one was! This mornings experience for me will be my last at this specific location. When you go to get your nails done, you walk in thinking it’s going to be relaxing and enjoyable. Nope! Not here…FYI, make sure you choose a nail tech that’s gentle and knows what they’re doing or you’ll be leaving this place with jacked up looking nails and cuts on your skin.

I loved my experience here! I called to make an appointment and they got me in that day. The shop is clean and every tech is so sweet! I came in with a picture from pinterest and the tech doing my nails recreated it exactly!

I scheduled an appointment at 5:15. I got there at 5. They send me to soak my feet at 5:30 till 6. Them someone went to dry mu feet and leaved me there for another 15 minutes. At 6:15 a guy started doing my pedicure. He did it too fast and was careless. Then he did my manicure. He didn’t cut right the cuticle. Some nails are longer than others. And the application of the polish was all done in a hurry and for me it looks awful. I know that there was a lot of costumers. But if you’re are going to offer a service.... do it right! And if you have the option to schedule an appointment... follow it! I had to wait one hour and the service was poor.

I love this place! their customer service is the best and they have reasonable pricing! This would be my nail place FOREVER! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I dont ever post reviews but for the other people who want to come here I want you guys to know what your getting into.Personally I did not like the creativity or the work of their nail art. Looks like a 5 year old child colored in my nails, was not expecting this considering their photos show some crazy cool nail art. You can see where they glue the plastic on my nail still and the layer of color paint was so thin and uneven its kinda unbelievable. I feel like you would be able to see that and fix it. Kinda careless for the customers. Yeah they bring snacks which is cool but I care about quality and this was not a place for that.

Want to start off by saying the salon is clean and beautiful. I usually have great service but the last few times you can tell they are too busy and have too many clients to give each one an exceptional service.I went in a few days ago and had a nail tech that was less than kind, my gel polish is bubbly and now I have an ingrown in my big toe from her trimming the corners even though I cut my own nails before I went in :(

First time here and Lily was my nail tech for a fill/ nail repair. She did fantastic. First time going to a nail tech and she didnt cut me as other nail techs did. 10/10 would reccomend lily. Fastest I have gotten my nails done as well.

This was one of the best experiences Ive ever had in a nail salon hands down. My nails are beautiful and everyone was so kind! This is definitely going to be my go-to nail salon.

My mom and I are definitely happy with the way our Mani/Pedis turned out and will be making this place our regular go-to! The ladies are pleasant and will talk with you or let you relax.

This salon is bright and comfortable; Were not rushed and rough doing my nails as some places are, but are no means slow. Would HIGHLY HIGHY RECOMMEND them!

This was the best pedicure I have ever had! They were super busy but did not skimp on my service. They were happy and so sweet! The massage was AMAZING! They have complimentary drinks and snacks. I felt very pampered! My husband came too and wants us to come back every week.

This is the third time I am trying this place and I’m not really happy. Twice I’ve had an appt and had to wait over 30 minutes. The third time I came I just walked in and they told me it would be 10 minutes. I waited almost an hour!! I would’ve just come back if I’d known. I think they do a great job and the place is pristine..... BUT.! Not worth the waiting. :(

This is my favorite nail salon. Ive been here many times and my tech always knows how to get the shape just right. She is very fast and efficient. These nails last me at least 3 weeks each time.

Their services are great! I always have a wonderful experience and a quality pedicure. But they mismanage appointments. My appointment was for 1pm and no one even touched me until 2pm.

My friends and i all made an appointment and went in today, they sat us right away and did our nails. I highly recommend, they were very kind and personable!

We had a great experience! I took my daughter to a different salon for her birthday where they refused to do a pedicure on her, claiming she is too young (6). I was hesitant to try again, not wanting her to once again be disappointed. My sister loves this place, so we gave it a try. They were so good! It was clean and fast, but not rushed. The employees were all so friendly, and they were adorable with my daughter. The salon is clean and cute, and they offered a drink and snack. I will definitely be returning!

My husband called a week before and made an appointment for my friend and I to have a manicure on my birthday. When we arrived, they had no record of an appointment. We waited about 40 minutes and watched while other walk-in customers were served before us. When it was my turn to be seated, I tried to ask the employee a question, but she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Apparently she thought I was asking for my friend and I to be seated together, but I wasn’t. Anyway, we had to wait even longer. Nobody in the salon spoke very good English. Communication was very difficult. Eventually we got our manicures. I was not asked what shape I wanted my nails (she cut them square, but I wanted them more rounded). One of my nails was filed crooked at the end. The paint was done VERY poorly and looked bumpy, not smooth. And the gel nail polish peeled off after only 9 days. Not a good experience.

I have tried many nails salons over the years and this one is top notch! What wonderful service and attention to detail. I always pleased with the results, more importantly they treat us like friends!

Set up a manicure for our wives a week in advance and when they got there there was no record of the appointment. Then they refused to help/ server then andmade them sit for 40 minutes. No one speaks English so it was pointless to try to talk to them. Not coming back.

They are never on time I went there a total of 3 times. First two I didn’t have an appointment so I didn’t mind waiting. I would see that everyone who did come with an appointment had to wait at least 30 min sometimes more. My third time I made an appointment and had to wait 1.5 hours. In addition I had gotten dip in powder every time. The first two broke during the first week abs when I asked them to make it thicker the third time they were ride about it. I do think it’s one of the cleanest, more relaxing nails spas though

I had my nails dipped, three days later, several had cracked and three were broken. I called for a repair and booked an appointment time. When I arrived they were very put out. I was passed to 4 different nail technicians as “they had customers.” It didn’t matter I had paid $85 plus tip, there days earlier. Beautiful salon but empty due to b this type of service. I won’t go back.

What a great experience! The salon is bright, open and clean. My manicurist was such a sweetheart. She did my nails and she absolutely killed it. I will be back.

Ah, such a cute spa! The interior is tastefully decorated and the staff is super friendly! The spa chairs are lovely and have a massage feature. Their selection of services is really expansive - so much to choose from! I went with the Milk and Honey with Jelly pedicure with gel polish added on and it was amazing! Mei did my service and was an angel! GET THE JELLY! It’s so fun to soak it! 10/10 best place for a pedicure!

They are really great with keeping a safe space with covid regulations. I have no complaints and I always recommend! Good prices and the owner is so nice!

I love your building its very well kept and I like how you offer drinks and a snack. But what did it for me was the poor quality in service. We walk in and where ignored for a minute then was asked if we had an appointment then was told to sit down. My friends and mine appointment was at 3:30 and we walk in a minute early and they where booked full. We waited way over an hour and still where not helped. We had other people come in and get help before us what was really rude. By the time they asked us to sit down in a different seat, we literally just went from one seat to the next just to keep waiting. I was really disappointed because I have came before and they did wounderful but what happened today was just a big nope for me.

Kim and Mi are excellent! I really enjoy coming here, its airy, clean and calming.

My nail tech was gentle and took her time which I love. Most places Ive been before were in a hurry and left cuts on my toes. I like how patient she was and helpful when it came to me struggling on what color to choose.

My mom and I wanted to get our nails done a little last minute. I scheduled an appointment with one of the employees for 6:30, however, the salon closes at 7. I didn’t think much of it. When we arrived, there were a few people waiting ahead of us. We didn’t mind the wait, but it was a little odd they had so many people waiting right before they were supposed to close. The service was still pretty good, and we enjoyed our experience.

Great spa! I really enjoyed my Citrus Spa Pedicure - they used real grapefruit and orange slices - which was refreshing and smelled so good! The service was outstanding and the Salon was very clean. I definitely plan to go back.

I just had the BEST pedicure I have ever had in Utah County. I will never go anywhere else. They offer drinks/soda to you with a snack when you sit down, which I have never had at any other salon here. It’s a beautiful salon and everyone was very sweet and professional! They also did an amazing job and took their time on my nails.

It was great they were super kind and gentle they accidentally touched my skins but they instantly put some stuff on it and ask me if it hurt and if I was okay but in the end one of the corners was chipped before I even left the store and the design I had wanted was not really close to what I was given

Made an appointment and it was over an hour past my appointment time when they started. Felt like my pedicure was rushed and were EXTREMELY rough....wasnt relaxing at all!!!! My toenails were jagged, didnt hardly even file my nails. I paid for a mid-level pedicure and barely had lotion rubbed on my legs....no massage on feet or legs. Will NOT be back!!!

Honestly one of the nicest pedicures I’ve ever had. I think it’s so unique and so nice that they use real aloe, fresh fruit, shoney and milk in their pedicures. They were so accommodating and friendly and made nice conversation the entire time. My gel pedicure came out so nice and everything I wanted. Their color selection was large, I even loved the details that they do by bringing you a beverage and pretzels at the start. 10/10 would recommend this place again.

I got an acrylic fill here, Sunday the 29th of November. Everything looked nice, I had a good time and my nail tech was sweet. Although she used a file and a nail buffer that had been used prior to my appointment which is gross. Also today, 11/30/20 the gel completely chipped off my thumb nail. The first layer of gel wasn’t even dry! I can fix it, I don’t care but come on, you know!?

I was very impressed with so many things. Probably the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. They were so friendly and spent a good amount of time with us. They were not rushed at all, they did an amazing job and they were very professional. They even had complimentary drinks and snacks that were served on beautiful china plates. I came in on Christmas Eve, right when you guys were closing with a disaster from another salon.I asked if you guys could help me fix them, and you DID!!You took me 1 out of 10 nails and turned them into 10 out of 10 nails!I should have came to you in the first place!

My sisters and I came here for a girls’ night, and we were very impressed! From the complimentary pretzels and drinks served, to their no-rush service, we felt so welcome and not like a number (which is how I usually feel when I go out to get a pedicure). I chose the Lavender pedicure and loved it. Getting a massage with kiwi and citrus was a first, but surprisingly refreshing! TLDR; Come here if you feel like getting pampered. :)

I got the aloe Vera pedicure and it was the best pedicure I have ever had! It was so relaxing and the massages were so good. The place was very clean and the techs were nice and did a great job! The massage chair was really good, too. I like that they give you a drink and snack as well!

They really make you feel like a customer instead of just a number! I loved the feeling of it, it feels like a spa instead of your typical nail salon. Its beautiful and relaxing. I live in Salt Lake and have gotten my nails done there, but was down south for the day and I’m so happy I went here! Amy did my nails and I will definitely make the drive back down to see her! I am not sure how this place has any good reviews. They do not seem to understand the meaning of appointments or customer service. We made appointments for 2 pedicures for 10 am and arrived to find 2 others already seated in ped chairs. Only 1 employee though - for 4 customers now! We asked when other employees would arrive and were told that 3 others were on their way. At 10:35, one other employee arrived. When we left at 11 (with only one of us ever getting a pedicure because we ran out of time), there were still only 2 employees. They never did offer an apology or explanation. We will definitely NOT be going back!

Leelee did my nails and she was phenomenal!! Was very gentle and always asked if she was too tough or hurting me. Really sweet and actually listened when I told her about a few crooked nail beds I have and we joked about it. She did my nails right the very first time and was impressed with her skill in ombré and stiletto shaping as well!! She is my new go to in Utah county (:

I was in awe when I walked in at how beautifully elegant it was inside. The employees are extremely nice and attentive to detail! This is a new salon and the first visit did not disappoint. The salon itself is clean, and very inviting.The staff is very sweet and dedicated to make a lasting impression.They offer amazing pedicures with real fruit, chocolate, honey, milk, lavender and aloe. They even have select refreshments to enjoy while you pamper yourself.

A little more expensive than other places but definitely worth the price. So clean. They used real fruit that was just cut up in the pedicures. Very friendly. Complementary drinks and snacks while having a pedicure. Relaxing atmosphere.

The gal did my acrylics and gel polish in 30 minutes, NOT careful. Left divets in my nail beds. One week later, acrylic is popping off. Run.

Asked if they accepted walk ins, they said yes they could fit us in. Over 2 hours later we were still sitting in the waiting chairs. We would have found somewhere else if they had been honest with us and told us they couldnt help us. Ended up walking out.
