Cut my toe and continued to bleed. Was slow. Not like taking your time to make sure its a good job, just slow at every step. Charged me extra to take gel off 5 toe nails. Kiddo has air bubbles in all her fingers polish.

I came in and waited longer then they said. Then she also started doing things for other people while with me. On top of that she gave me gel when I asked for regular without telling me. Just asking me if I liked the color better. I’m extremely upset and feel swindled. When I told her I didn’t ask for that she said sorry and that gel is better anyway. Sorry didn’t give me the $10 more they charged ! She was polite and nice the whole time but I’m extremely upset with being charged more for something I didn’t even ask for! Won’t be coming back. Shame because I’m near by.

This my absolute GO TO favorite little nail place after trying out several other nail salons for my seasonal pedicure! I almost fell asleep this last time and I always close my eyes to take in the full experience.I do gel toes with the basic spa experience and it always comes with foot wax experience where they wrap your foot in a plastic bag with warm wax and hold it there while she gives you a calf massage... Its EVERYTHING!♡ I ALWAYS book in advance...i went on a friday at 5:30 and it was basically just us and fun fact>my husband and I go together! Hehe

I like coming here, they always are professional. I have started to see Tina and she is so nice and does excellent work. They have been busy many times but I have never felt rushed to get my nails done. Thank you I will continue my business here

They dont have as many color choices for dip nails but their prices are reasonable.

Not every place is excited to paint a toddlers finger nails but they were so nice and treated her like an adult client. Perfect for the kid who earned the manicure.

I was a customer to this salon. They were nice the first couple of times I went. I was getting a pedicure and the older gentleman working with me was EXTREMELY RUDE. He started pounding on my legs and when I told him it didn’t feel good he started to mock me and speaking their language he knew I didn’t understand. I asked him to stop speaking rudely about me. They all looked at me started laughing and continued speaking. I know they were speaking about me because he was pointing at me while he spoke. If you don’t want to be treated so blatantly rudely go somewhere else!!! I’ll NEVER be back.

I actually really liked this place, my nail tech Tina was reeeeeally nice, and she did a great job on my nails!!! Which for me, its usually one or the other, good nails but rude or super nice but does a subpar job on my nails, so I was very pleasantly surprised! I walked in, and had to wait a while, but they brought me water, and kept me updated. Overall, Ill make an appointment next time, but Ill definitely come here again!👍

Just visited for the first time, and was beyond happy. they went way above and beyond what I expected, and for a very nominal charge. This will be my new place for sure.Unfortunately, my last 3 visits were terrible & I won’t go back. The man who works there is the worst! I’ve been cut twice, there’s no effort to make me feel relaxed, I felt shoved about & then pushed out of my chair. (There was no one waiting, so there was no need for the pressure to leave). Just really bad. I’ll find another place.

I love this place. I went before to a very expensive salon. They charge me over $150 por nails and it was a trash work. Then si found this place!!!!! The owner and the staff are really friendly and they get the job done right!

My first time was good but my second time I was very disappointed I had to wait for over and they did a mess in my hands so sticky like glue.What a shame...I wont recommend this place

Amazing pedicure service! Clean, sanitary, my nails look great. He was super detail oriented, great trigger point massage, even got my toes popped! Very affordable so I could leave a generous tip.

I arrived at 12:40 asking if they had time for a manicure. I had to pick up my kids at 1:35, and verified she would have time. She asked me if I could wait 10 min and I said yes.Then she asked me if I wanted gel and I said no. She asked me this three times.Then at 1:00 pm I told her I had to leave as neither of the three were anywhere close to finishing. She said again “Do you want gel?”Maybe they do a good job with the nails. I don’t know, but I don’t like being upsold all the time, and them telling me it will take 10 min when it really takes 30-40 min.

The is a real spa experience. They take time with you so you can relax and really enjoy it!! Went the extra mile when my granddaughter fell asleep while getting her nails done. Took one to do her nails and another to hold her head up!! Haha! They were awesome!

First time here and they are VERY UNDERSTAFFED. A total of 3 nail techs at the 4pm hour.I asked for a regular pedicure and it took from start to finish about 1.5 hours because of the time waiting (soaked feet for 15 minutes before I saw nail technician).Tools are not clean (I’m used to single use tools) just in a basket. Nail tech rinsed them off when finished in my personal feet water!If you have time to kill, And don’t care about cleanliness; this is a good place.If you are in a hurry; maybe find another place with more staff in house and tools that are single use. I won’t be coming back.

I have been going to this nail salon for a year now and have never had a bad experience. They speak good English and are very good and efficient. It could be cleaner and I wish they had more nail choices when it came to pedicures. But other then that, not having a bad experience for how long I have been going there is a plus!

Nothing was sanitized. Same items they used on me, 10 minutes later used on the next client. They didnt scrape my feet or give me a foot massage. She hit my legs with her fists which hurt. Instead of gently shaping my big toe and cleaning the sides, the lady basically shoved it down and made me bleed. Havent been able to walk normal with my big toes in a few days. Will not be going back or referring.

The worst customer service, Ive gone there a few times and no one is in there, however they NEVER have a spot open even though there are 4 employees working!!! Dont waste your time or money there

Always great customer service! Every time I go in the owner asks about my family. Asks if Im getting glitter because I get at least one nail on each hand glittered everytime I go. Ill keep going back :)

Went here 3 times because I was desperate. One of the Times the lady wouldn’t do the gel from the top of my nail. So the next day my nails already looked grown out. The other time she kept burning my nails then my nail broke the next day opening a box of crackers. I called them and I asked if they could fix it for free and they the lady on the phone had a rude tone and said no they won’t do it for free and she said they don’t have time for me today then hung up. Even when I’m desperate I am NEVER coming back! How sanitary everything is, is really questionable too.

I wont be wasting my money here again, $20 for a basic mani with normal polish. I left with rough nails, polish on my fingers, not painted to my cuticle and feeling ripped off. Ive gone here before with no issues but its gone down in quality, a bit dirty and while I was waiting for my polish to dry, an ant was crawling around my foot.

I went in due to a recommendation. They were really nice and prompt to serve me. The pedicure was ok, however by the time my acrylic nails were finished I had 6 bleeding fingers. The one that was bleeding the most the girl quickly put an alcohol covered cotton ball on. I jumped and said it hurt and she smiled at me and said, alcohol.When I left she didnt offer any discount and said, Hope your finger better. Now Im waiting for my fingers to stop hurting. Im NOT returning or recommending them to anyone!

We usually love coming here but today was a different story. The girl who did my nails, buffed my SKIN, to the point where it bled . The water was scalding hot, as well as the wax. My sister got a manicure, the same girl who did my nails did hers and globbed so much polish on my sister just removed it at home. We have had better experiences here.

Terrible place don’t go there. My girlfriend went and had an appointment. 30 minutes past her appointment some other lady walked in and the workers told my girlfriend that that lady was ahead of her. Even though my girlfriend had an appointment. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting she left. Terrible service

Worst Experience I have ever had getting my nails done! A few years a go I went to this location and had my nails done and had a bad experience. Then I hadnt been back to get my nails done there in about 4 years. Since the place I usually go to was busy and couldnt work me in. I thought I would try out this place again, big mistake! It was horrible! The young man who did my nails was rude and short. He started to do my nails and I asked him if he cut around my cuticles please. He said he was only going to do a nail set not a manicure that will cost me extra. I said OK, I would like that done. Then he said I doubt you will need it, but when I get done with your nails if you still need that done you can have it done. He did a full set of nails in, you are not going to believe this, 15 minutes. He went extremely fast and didnt care about quality. I asked him a couple of times to change the shape or fix a couple of things and he did it hurriedly and said that is all he can do, because he had other customers. Then when I asked him to cut around my cuticles he said he didnt have time and that my cuticles would bleed. My regular place does this for me. When all was said and done, my nails looked awful and he didnt care to fix them. I told him that I was not happy about his customer service and he said the he did just fine. I asked to speak to the manager who seemed to be completely disengaged. I was originally told that there was an owner and a manager. Then I was told that the manager was the owner. I asked for the owners information, but the she wouldnt give it to me and told me that she was the manager. Very disappointed in this location! I told them again that I wasnt happy with their customer service and that I was going to pass the word along, they didnt seem to care. They should! The nail place down the road has THREE TIMES their business and for good reason. I believe that this location will have less and less business as time goes on. I should never have given them a second chance! I have family that go there to get pedicures done. I have asked all my friends and family to boycott Nail Plus. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

This used to be my favorite place to go, but they have been bought out and the few experiences I have had there have just been terrible. I was there for 2 1/2 hours for a pedicure, that was all. I went in, was seated in my chair after 10-15 minutes, which is fine, I ususally plan 2 hours to give time for waits and what not. However, I sat in the chair for and hour and waited with my feet soaking for an hour. I watched the entire Dr. Phil episode as she finished another lady’s pedicure and did a manicure on her, then checked her out, cleaned, when in the back room and whatever else she did. Finally coming back to me, the water was cold, the massage was subpar because there was another lady waiting for a pedicure and she could tell I was annoyed. I would have preferred if they had set my appointment later rather than sit there and waste my time. I am not impressed with the time it took nor the result, my feet are still callous and the painting was sad. I am a cosmetologist and would have preferred to save myself the money than have that experience again and do it myself.

Awesome service! Wish I could give the store10 stars! Right when my girlfriend and I walked in we were immediately greeted even though they were busy working on customers. The staff there are kind and courteous. They were prompt on giving my girlfriend and I great service. The drive is definitely worth it. Right on I-15 ramp made it perfect for our situation. My girlfriend and I were on our way to St. George and had last minute time to get nails done. We got in and out quickly. Everyone was so joyful and happy.Dont listen to Melissas review. Sometimes when people get busy doing work they dont really realize how they are acting towards customers, they are just focused on getting everyone done. Anyone would be like that. These people working are hardworking and are PROFESSIONAL. They know what they are doing and dont need to be questioned on what is right and wrong.Overall an AMAZING experience. My girlfriend and I regularly go up to Pleasant Grove and get our feet done. Give them a try and give them five stars like I did. :)

They do a very good job on everything, but a little pricey if you get a mani-pedi with just normal polish and my nails chipped after THREE DAYS. They all know what they’re doing and do a thorough job for sure, but not really worth it unless you’re getting gel, shellac, etc. because it won’t last.

Did complete opposite of what I wanted. I wanted a flower but she didnt want to do one, so she did some weird black design. Plus a couple of nails is crooked. Waste of money.

I used to get my nails done here. I decided to try it again and was very disappointed. It is very run down and dirty. The acrylic nail solution they used had obviously been used before--very cloudy and dirty, the work station had the previous clients nail dust all over it, they did not replace the dirty towel I rested my wrists on, the floors are very worn and messy. There is no distinction between the back where the laundry is done and the guest areas, and the ledge behind the pedicure chairs is stacked with employees treats and junk. The television is blasting the news loudly, instead of a calming salon atmosphere. The UV boxes were filthy and at a completely separate uncomfortable counter than where you get your nails done. I had to go back and have them file 2 very large lumps of gel after leaving. Very unprofessional and sloppy.

My second visit was terrible I dont recommend this place it is a mess

Worst pedicure of my life. Rushed, feet rubbed raw, bad paint job. So bad I went home and removed the paint. It was uneven, spots missing and paint on my toes. Asked them to fix it and the staff talked amount get themselves and refused.
