Do not come to this salon! My daughter in law both had fill ins last Tuesday! We had to come back this past Tuesday. We went back today due to mold growing under her nail. The guy said it’s only water spot.

Worst customer service ever! Made appointment last week and waited at least 30 minutes while some customers walked out because they had appointment before me and they were still waiting. I have gel nails and I told them to do both gel on nails and toes. After one day polish started chipping so went back for them to fix and got there at 9:30 today which is what time they open. Owner said she needed to clean the salon first. Thirty minutes later she finally got to me and said her co-worker didnt put gel polish on and that was why it was peeling. If I wanted gel I would have to pay extra after I had already given them $65. They have no respect for their clients and the time they have to sit and wait. If you want your shop clean you should do it before you open. They are horrible...very unprofessional! Will never go back

He Did A Good Job On My Nails But Was Kind Of Getting Smart Wimme When I Corrected Him About How I Wanted My Nails And They Have A Variety Of Color Choices.

First off, I am a very outgoing and friendly person and I always try to engage in conversation when I go get my nails done. I decided to go here because it was 1/4 of a mile from my house. The woman that did my nails was rude and did not talk, even when I tried. She did a VERYsloppy job of applying the acrylic and it ended up being VERY uneven. Not to mention one of my nails, she did not take the acrylic all the way down to the tip of my nail so it looks all kinds of messed up... And now, if thats not bad, EVERY single one of my nails is lifted up on the corners closest to my cuticle. I mean REALLY?! I got my nails done 5 days ago... I have never had my nails done so sloppy. And I tipped her $10... FOR WHAT?? Just so I have to go to another salon to find someone who actually knows they are doing and pay them another $40 to fix my nails. Do yourself a favor, travel the extra 4 miles to the nail salon over in Hueytown.
