THEIVES! BEWARE! USE DAMAGE PARTS! 8/24/19Charged me $200 to replace my cracked iPhone X and replaced it with a damaged screen that turned black and blue the next morning. When I brought it in they told me theres nothing they can do. They werent even willing to try and fix it or refund me any amount. Horrible customer service and absolutely so rude!

Dishonest Mo! Drove all the way to Willow Bend just to find that the APPLE store had closed. My phone was dead, and I had no way of gettin to another Apple store or even Home without GPS. I saw the celarais store and thought it was a godsend.. I-Went in to get my phone fixed on 5/28 at 7 P.M. The phone would not hold charge, so Moe, the guy behind the desk told me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back, the phone was on 30 %, he said he had fixed the issue and said it was the charging port. I went to my car to charge it, and came to find out it was my charger not the charging port at all. He refused to give me a refund while thought, even after we tested th Charger in the store with my charger. He could clearly see that it was the charger . I wish there were more honest people in the world, Moe was not one of them.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! They use NON-Genuine parts and do not stand by their work.I had my iPhone X screen replaced by Mo (the only employee) and I immediately had issues with my phone freaking out and the screen not working. Mo said that they wouldn’t replace it since the “warranty” period had ended, even though they were closed due to the pandemic and I couldn’t get help while my “warranty” was still valid and once they reopened the “warranty” period had ended.So disappointed I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.STAY AWAY!! Go to APPLE!!!! DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME, MONEY AND STRESS!!!

I went there to get my phone a new screen protector and case and the Arab guy who worked there was super rude. They’re over priced have nothing for professionalism. They’re better cellphone stores! If you come across this store it’s better to drive to a cellphone store in another mall instead

Went to this store for an iphone x screen replacement (minor crack) and about a week later the screen started flashing and my phone would randomly open apps while I was typing. That was about a month ago...today, the phone completely died and would no longer turn on. Do yourself a favor and use an authorized Apple technician, not this company...

I came in with a really bad broken iPhone XS Max and he said he could fix it. I was skeptical at first but when I came back my phone was completely fixed and looked brand new!!! I am a very satisfied customer!! If your phone is broken and cracked bad come here!!!!

I had the battery replaced on an iPhone 6 in June, 2018 for my daughter. Unfortunately that battery didnt last 5 months. I had to pay for another battery (they did give me a discount) in Oct. 2018 that just went bad again at the end of Feb. 2019. When I took it back in they told me it wasnt their responsibility as they didnt know how we charged the battery. Said that their was only a 14 day warranty and that I could pay for a third battery in less than a year. They are quick, but unfortunately the parts dont appear to be very good quality. Taking my phone back to Apple for repair.

Brought my Samsung Galaxy S9, was told it would be 30 minutesand $50, so I left him my phone and ran other errands at the mall. When I returned 40 minutes later he looked up at me and immediately apologized for forgetting about my phone. This time I was told it would take 15 minutes because he was getting on it right then. 20 minutes later I returned again and picked up my phone. Looked ok until I went to use the rear facing camera later that day. He seemed to be in such a rush he didnt reinstall the rear facing camera correctly or got his finger oils on it and now I have to take it back and have him remove and reinstall, which is almost impossible to do without breaking the rear glass cover.

I took my daughter’s Android phone here to have a cracked screen replaced. The button below the screen was loose after the repair. Unfortunately we didn’t notice till after we got home. We took it back the next day, buy the sales guy insisted it was normal. He said it was because the replacement part was cheap, and not original Samsung hardware. He refused to fix it, or give any sort of refund. We were completely ripped off by this place. I wish I could post a picture here to show how bad it is.

I have been shopping here for cell phone cases and now many screen repairs (the cause is I have a 2 yr old...their cases are great). The service and attention to detail is amazing. Their pricing on screen repairs is the best I have found and their superior service is wonderful. Dont go anywhere else!

When I broke my iPhone 6 I didnt know what to do. I looked at other places but Cellairis had the best combination of warranty, quality of parts, time frame in which the repair would be done and also add ons to the repair. I got half off of a high quality case after I broke my phone so I wont break it again. Great job guys! Anyone who has a broken phone should go here if they want the best work done on their device!

Never coming here again. Came in to get screen replaced and was charged $100. New screen was cheap, colors looked washed, felt like there was a lag with the touch. The ear speaker also wouldn’t work. They gave me a refund and fixed the ear speaker but charged me for labor to get my old screen back. I’d rather pay another $60 to get everything done correctly by apple.

Terrible customer service! Had trouble with their screen repair! Its a 3rd party screen, that Apple will not fix!I came in about 2 months ago to get my phone screen fixed at the store at willow-bend in Plano Texas. I also bought a screen protector and phone cases. I paid about 200$ all together. They told me that the screen and protector had a one year warranty. It was fine till a week later the screen protector started to come off and crack, I went back and they put anew one on. about 2 weeks later the same thing happened so I returned to them once again and the owner told me that if it happens again, they were not going to fix it and they would give me back my money. A week later same thing happened again, but this time the screen they put on made my screen turn yellow. They gave me back my money for the screen protector and fixed me phone, he proceeded to tell me that when you fix iPhone screens they dont fix right so its bound to have problems. Today Friday November 13th,2015 I went in due to my screen started coming off the rest of the phone, and had white spots all over the screen, and my phone isnt charging properly. I asked for my money back for the screen repair and he said with an attitude that he would put a broken screen back on the phone after he was done, doing what he was doing and then he would give me my money back. I said thats fine and a hour later I came back and he returned my phone to me and said I dont have warranty on it, after he told me that I had a year warranty on what I bought. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager and he replied well Im the only one here right now and was looking down at his phone. I told him that I need to speak to someone in charge, so he game me her card and told me to come in the morning. My experience with this companies store is terrible and I will never come back for their services again!!! They lie and have TERRIBLE customer service. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone looking to fix their phone, I would rather pay $100 more to get my phone fixed than deal with false information and terrible customer service.

I have gone to several of these locations to fix my phone. By far the willow bend location was the best experience I had. At the other north Dallas locations, I tried to have my iPhone 5s fixed a couple of times and it took them over 2 and a half hours to fix on average. The willow bend location got me back my iPhone fully repaired in under an hour and I had 3 people in front of me. The manager, unaware that I had experienced other locations, was very respectful and helped me pick out a nice case for a good price. Im short, out of all the locations, willow bend cellairis is the best manger and treats the customers with the upmost respect compared to my other experiences in the Dallas area.

Aviod this place at all cost! They offer free chargers for a 5 star review. MAJORITY OF THE 5 STARS ARE FAKE! I came to get my iPad screen replaced. The screen is fine but during the repair process, they damaged the device internally. It glitches and is defective on the rotation. I’ve gone back twice and they claim it was like that before which it absolutely wasn’t until they got a hold of it. Invest the extra money at Apple!

NEW GENERAL MANAGER charged me $75 for replacing a screen on the same phone they replaced it with the last manager 2 weeks ago for $50, with the excuse that he was busy but it took exactly the same time as before, ending up being $85 with taxes. The screen itself costed $76 . Finded out they charge $50 for the same service at fireweel mall. This place used to be awesome but not anymore

The man incharge was very rude with a bad attitude. I asked him do you warranty your work and his answer was we only warranty iPhones not Samsung phones thats our company policy 🤔 which makes no sense at all. I would not recommend Cellairis to anyone at this store at willow bend. 10-22-2018

I went to the apple store, couldnt see me until the next day and it would cost me 250$ to replace the phone. I had a defective screen so i could not text, make calls, or really use my phone. I walked in to cellairis and i can say they now have my business for good. In fact im writing this review on the iphone 5s they fixed for me in only 15 minutes! 5 stars no doubt for excellent customer service and exceptional products at a price that no one can compete with. I encourage anyone that needs phone repairs to go to this store. Thank you so much for your help and i will be returning for all my phone needs. No phone repair store can compete with these guys. My iPhone 8 Plus had water damage, a cracked screen and wouldn’t turn on. Apple said I would have to replace the whole thing, so I would need to purchase a swap for $400. I then took it Cellairis and they fixed the whole thing for $180 and my phone looks like a brand new phone!
