Don’t bother. There are a lot better places with much better service for getting a device repaired. These guys will waste your time.

Outstanding. Called for an iPhone 8 Plus screen repair. They told me 45 mins. They finished in 30 mins and gave me a free glass screen protector. These guys are great. I previously used a no name repair guy off Facebook for $75 and it took 2 hrs and the repair wasnt even done right. Top part of the display had a gap from the phone body. You get what you pay for. Use PROFESSIONALS. These guys are it.

I made an appointment online at a date/time of my choosing and upon arrival within 10 minutes, I had a newly installed iPhone 6+ battery installed. It has a 6-month warranty, and they said should I have any problems in the meantime, to bring it in no worries. They said it should last 2-3 years. No worries about lost files either ...everything is still there on my phone! For $60 bucks that beats a new $1000 phone! Im so grateful I didnt have to go to an Apple Store to do this, since they are now so far away from me. Thank you, Batteries Plus. You have been a life (battery)-saver!

After being turned away by both an Apple store and an affiliate of Apple’s because our iPhone 6 had an OEM battery, I called around and found this place. They were the cheapest ($50) while other places were $65/$70 for a battery replacement. I made an online appointment and when I brought my phone in, they were professional, courteous and replaced the battery with no issues. Highly recommend!!

When I picked up my phone there were visible chips where the screen was removed. I left and went to put my phone away and there was a very sharp piece of the case sticky out and it would have cut me. Had to return and they filed it down.Additionally, the color displayed on my phone is dimmed and the touch sensitivity is not like the original quality.The top edge of the new screen fits down level to where the original was, but the bottom part is sitting up a bit.I avoided using someone out of their house as I thought this would be a seamless replacement.People that worked there were very nice, but not satisfied with the job done.

I always have a good experience with the staff at the Plano store. They are professional, kind and efficient. Last night I was there for a broken IPhone screen. Very pleased!
