Francisco and his team are wonderful people and absolute exemplars in their trade! I highly recommend them for any and all electronic repairs from guitar amplifiers to tablets to computers to TVs.I also highly recommend them because, quite frankly, too many folks throw away and buy new, when there is someone like this out there than can fix it for a lot less than buying new and filling a landfill with a 3 year old TV.

The gentleman is very nice and had a lot of vintage TVs, Stereos, and PCs. I picked up my childhood Gateway 300L PC from him. I will definitely pick up a CRT TV or Monitor from them asap

I collect vintage boomboxes and had tried taking them to several other places for repair and was always told that no one in the Metroplex could repair them. Francisco was able to repair my boombox and even made enhancements to it. I was very happy and will be taking more of my boomboxes for him to repair. He also gave a very fair price.

My projector needed repairs and I had no idea what the repairs would cost and this concerned me. So I did my research and this company had the best reviews. I dropped off my projector and they repaired it for $25 as the fix was simple. They were so courteous, so honest and did not take advantage of me! ** SOUND BAR ISSUE**First off I would say all the reviews are correct and honest. Mr Francisco is a very honest man. I had an issue with my Newly purchased Soundbar, it had cosmetic issue thats why warranty was not covering it. However, I took it to Mr Francisco and he was able to fix it the next day. Charged only inspection fee. Because problem seems to be minor.He explained me the issue and told me honestly the issue was minor thats why no extra charge for service. I mean, he could scam me and all that but not this guy. I would 100% recommend him.

Had the gentleman do a repair on a led projector works great now. . After taking it to a repair shop in Dallas. That I didnt get a good vibe from. The other repair shop told me it would be like $700 to fix it. Brought it by 3d electronics for a second opinion told me what was wrong on the spot. Which was different from what the place in Dallas said. Called later that week with the cost for the repair $250. Was very pleased with my experience the projector works great very nice guy and a straight shooter. Want screw you around. Highly recommend this place.

Took in a 7 year old 42 Vizio that had no signal, paid for the $25 diagnostic fee and after a few days, they told and showed me they couldnt find anything wrong. Honesty when he could have easily told me otherwise. He even offered to look at it for free if it stops working again.

I have a really bad habit about not writing reviews for places but this one definitely deserves one! Also, I apologize in advance for the length of this review but if youre sketched out or hesitant about bringing your stuff here keep reading.I was trying to find a place that could repair my gaming headset and this was one of the places that popped up in my google search. Reviews play a big role in whether I buy something or not so I looked at the reviews for this place. I saw a lot of 5-star reviews but was still questioning whether they were legit or not. Well, Im glad I did.I had a gaming headset that started to fray near the audio jack. Over time it got worse and ended up breaking the connection so I no longer was able to use them because the sound wasnt working. The audio jack was dangling like a limp noodle from the cable so you could easily tell why they werent working. I brought them in and asked if Francisco (the owner) could fix them and he said he could. He managed to find a spare piece in the back and said he would fix them as soon as he could. He said he was pretty busy but if he had time he would fix them that same day or have them done by the next morning. I told him no rush and to just let me know when they were ready. He called me the next morning and told me I could pick them up. He let me test them to see if they worked and I really appreciated that because I was still a little hesitant.I have another pair of Bose headphones that lost sound in the left ear so Ill probably have him fix those once I get another pay check. Definitely give this guy a call or talk to him in the store and he will help you out. Sorry for the length of this review but hopefully this helps someone thats hesitant like I was.- Jonathan

Ive had two jobs done at 3D within the last few weeks, because Ive FINALLY found an electronics repair tech who: A) is experienced in ALL facets of electronics; B) wants to repair instead of replace; C) is as honest as anybody can possibly be; C) LOVES their work; D) takes pride in getting things right; D) is accurate and reliable for estimates of both time and money; and most importantly, E) owns the business, so is directly invested in creating satisfied customers/return business.Ive been hesitant to get some things fixed the last few years, because the chains (and a lot of the storefront shop[s) have been some combination of incompetent, inexperienced, and dishonest. 3D is the total opposite of that in every regard.THE SEARCH IS OVER - FRANCISCO RULES!!!!

Went to him on a Tuesday with my projector after getting the run around with a local repairer for a week. I had alot of assumptions as to what was wrong. He told me he was behind but could fix it. It was complete by Friday. I was so surprised at the excellent customer service, I was like shut up and take my money. Hes awesome and reasonable!

We took our DLP projector in because it had dust spots showing when dark images were projected on the screen. Francisco was great in working with both my wife (dropped it off) and me (picked it up). He took it apart and cleaned it, completed the work when he said he would, and it now looks brand new!

Repaired a broken set of speakers and theyre holding up great months later.

Brought a sub-woofer and a plate amp in. Francisco trouble shot both. Determined the fix for the sub and noted nothing wrong with the plate amp. Explained how to check the plate amp components to determine what might be wrong. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and fair.

I was highly satisfied with their performance when they came to fix my television. They fixed my tv in a timely manner and would definitely recommend them to others who are in need of a quick fix of an electronic device.

Excellent service! Repair process is simple - $25 for the problem evaluation- next day get a phone call with the diagnosis and repair cost - proceed or not . Fixed a 37 LCD tv with really bad picture for $120. 3 days total. Works like new.

3D electronics was fast and reasonably priced. They could not fix my TV but gave me a suggested fix that I could and ended up doing myself ! my CPU was overheating so they suggested I could add a simple fan to cool and problem solved !

I had Mitsubishi projector that had some color problems. I was charged $25 + tax. Unfortunately, the man said the part was hard to find and couldnt be repaired at a reasonable price. Fast, courteous, and honest business. He didnt try to sell me something else, just trouble-shooted my problem.

I took in my 8+ year old pioneer plasma because the hdmi ports stopped working. I heard about 3d by word of mouth and figured Id take a shot since getting a new tv of equal quality would cost probably more than to try and get it fixed. Unfortunately due to the age of the tv, like all older things, parts became unavailable. But not just sending me on my way I was given a solution to my issue in the form of a hdmi to component video adapter. He let me test it before I bought the adapter and I could not be happier. He even offered to sell me his hdmi adapter so I didnt have to wait on shipping. I am grateful for his help. I can not recommend this shop enough.Dont throw anything away before seeing if it would be cheaper to repair and if you repair bring it here first.

Fixed my Samsung Plasma TV. The buffer went out on the screen and wouldnt display an image.He was very nice and informative and saved a $2,500 TV. I highly recommend using 3D Electronics.

I have used 3D Electronics twice and both with GREAT results.He fixed my Samsung plasma TV charging me a whole lot less than I expected. He helped me get the TV from the car to the shop, which I really didnt expect. He called with the cost before completing the repair and had it ready when promised.After that, I took a circuit board from my Infiniti Bose stereo in because 2 resistors were burnt out. Infiniti owners know this problem! I had no expectations of getting it to work but certainly didnt want to pay the $1000+ that the dealer wanted to replace the stereo unit. For only $25, he cleaned the board and soldered the new resistors on the board. The solder result was clean and professional. If I didnt know which ones were replaced, I wouldnt have been able to tell them from the factory installed ones. Reinstalled the stereo and voila...music again in the car. I was so pleased that I returned to the store a couple of days later just to thank him. I wish I would have done this a lot sooner, rather than listening to music from my phone speakers for years!

I have used 3D electronics to fix 2 televisions and one Samsung Galaxy S6... nothing but great experiences here. Bought a 32 TV at a garage sale for 5 bucks, broken picture tube... They fixed this TV but I had mentioned I wanted a larger one. He had a 42 flatscreen that he sold me for $100.00... I also had my 55 LG go out on me, $900 dollar TV, they were able to get it fixed in a couple days for almost 1/5 that price...They are my GO TO store for all of my electronic repair needs!!!!~ CHRIS
