They are Google certified repair shop. My sons Pixel phone was having issues and was covered under Google warranty. We brought it to this location and found the employee was very knowledgeable. They were able to order the parts. Once they received the parts, the phone was fixed within the same day. The process of reimbursement with Google was seamless and we were not at all involved in the process.
The staff at this location are very knowledgeable and prompt to give updates and respond to questions. Ive had a few devices repaired here, as theyre certified for the Google Pixel line and Samsung devices, and both have been taken care of extremely well. I appreciate the diagnostics run after a screen repair to validate that nothing in the system was effected after the fix. Most definitely my go-to place for phone repairs.
Don’t waste your money here.$50 for inspections on my liquid damaged iphone. No following up from the shop for 3 days after $50 paid upfront, then I called and was rudely told the phone was unrepairable.I took back the phone and both screws were missing, later I took it to another shop have it fixed for just 1 hour.
Excellent customer service and communication! I went there initially for a warranty repair, but my phone company had initiated the repair for the wrong phone. I left and went back to the store that initiated the repair. After some back and forth with my phone company and the warranty company, I decided to pay for the repair out of pocket. While not conveniently located, I drove back to this shop to get my repair done based on the level of professionalism and customer service I experienced during my first visit. I wont go anywhere else going forward.
Bait and switchI called before visiting, and I was told they had the staff and parts in stock to repair my broken phone. I arrived, and I was told the necessary parts were not in stock, but on order to arrive in about a week.The counter attendant did not offer to take my contact information to tell me when the parts arrived. He also declined to do so when I suggested it to him, telling instead to just check back later.Exceptionally frustrating because this was the second iBreakUFix location I went to in the same day. Much the same happened at the other location.

I brought in a Pixel 4a with a broken screen for repair. They made the repair, and all seemed okay for two days. Then, the screen started experiencing some major display issues and soon after, stopped working entirely. I could not get ahold of anyone on the phone all day long. I tried calling 4-5 times at various points throughout the day, often waiting for 4-5 minutes per call with no one picking up. I even left a message, and my call was never returned.I took the phone to another location to do a diagnostic. They took the phone apart and informed me that the phone was not reassembled properly, and that this location had completely left out the bracket that holds the screen cable. To summarize, this place took my phone apart, took parts out of the phone, and didnt put them back afterwards. Which caused the phone to be completely unusable afterwards. This is the bare minimum standard of care that should be expected for a business like this, and is totally unacceptable.
There were some issues with a repair/quote, and an employee at this location, and the manager Augustine was on top of it! His customer service and attention to detail was incredible!!!! If you ever go to this store (highly recommend you do), ask for Augustine. You wont be disappointed.
I had a problem with my IPhone and after getting run around from other people, I found this place. Augustin was so nice and helpful and patiently sorted thru my claim. It was an easy fix, billed my insurance and I only paid $29 to be on my next ATT bill. Very nice and professional I would definitely recommend this place. I had my phone ready in less than 2 hours. Did a good job on my screen repair, and did it speedily. Gave them 30 min of notice and I had a phone working as good as new 90 min after that. Hopefully I wont drop my phone again anytime soon, but if I do, Ill be right back here

Made an appointment online (including my contact info). Walked in at appointment time and was told they cannot look at my phone today due to their long back log. There was no attempt whatsoever to contact me earlier about potential reschedule, save me the trip and give me a chance to get it fixed elsewhere. Very poor customer service! Dont make people make appointments if any walk in will trump it.Update: We ended up going back twice since Samsung required us to use this store for warranty repair. Associates were unable to address the issue and I ended with scratch on phone that almost invalidated my warranty.

I am so ANGRY with these people. I came in a week ago to order parts for my phone. The 2 gentlemen I spoke with were very nice and helped me place the order. They even sold me a warranty I was excited to use. They told me that Friday the part should come in sometime that following Monday to Wednesday. If I dont hear from them, they told me to call back. I called today which is Thursday to find out they NEVER placed an order for the part because Samsung doesnt have stock of that item because it is so rare. They found this out and never thought of calling me to let me know? I was so excited to have my phone fixed this week because currently it cannot be used at all. I have been patiently waiting for their call just to find out they didnt do anything. I could have gone somewhere else that same day or Monday to get it fixed. Piece of advice: PLEASE call your customer. Even if it is bad news, I would have really appreciated the call.
How are these people going to literally break someones phone and try to steal every bit of money off her that they can. This place is not somewhere you should go. I had taken my LG phone in within about a week ago with a cracked glass screen protector. After viewing they were able to repair and replace with an extra glass screen that I already had while I waited and within a very short time. Jackson was very attentive and did not charge me for their time and labor. Miguel was very professional, respectful and friendly in taking care of me. I would recommend them, my phone looks as good as new once more.While they may not be able to resolve all your technical issues, Miguel seems to always be earnest/urgent in taking ownership for your devices and service needs.

He worked on my phone until he fixed it, and did not tell me to leave my phone and pick it up in a few hours like the other similar business out there, he stayed with me for more than 2 hours just fixing my phone. The whole team was very helpful to everyone that enters the store and able to finish the job on time that they were told to come unless they find a bigger problem. Not only were they very polite and professional, they did not make any type of a promise they couldn’t deliver on and made no attempt to sell me something I didn’t need. But most importantly, I dealt with a manager type and a new employee being trained. In this day and age (07/24/20) to see an employer who was open, hiring, and even training made me feel a little bit better about the future. Worth every penny!
Miguel did a great job fixing my laptop. I would recommend this place for computer repairs!Send my laptop on 4th, takes 1 week to just find the problem, then call me for pick up on 21st, then I call on 23rd to see how that going, and they tell me they never order the part! Finally I can pick up my laptop the 27th, but they did not plug my speaker in so I have to return on the next day. There is no way I would leave a positive review, it MUST BE someone in the store leave this review.
Very customer-oriented. Came in to get the screen of my Google Pixel 3a fixed. It suddenly decided not to work anymore. UBreakiFix replaced the screen a few weeks before. They did another screen replacement under warranty. No questions asked. Very patient team. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their phones repaired.
Incompetent. Went in for new screen protectors for my phone. This was the only place nearby that was authorized by samsung for my type of phone. Not only did they lie about having the screen protectors, they also OPENED and REPLACED the entire outside screen without telling me despite the old screen clearly not being broken. I left with one less screen protector than I came in with because of this. Completely unacceptable.Update: They suddenly had the interior screen protector in stock and offered to put it on for me like I originally asked. After an hour, they informed me that they couldnt do it and wanted to replace the entire screen with a new screen just because it came with a preinstalled screen protector. Do not trust your device with these people. They are incompetent and dont know what the heck they are doing.

Took my phone in, gentleman at the cpunter immediately greeted me and got me in and out in less than 5 minutes. He quoted me 2 hours for my Samsung. Well he called me an hour and a half later to let me know that the repair was finished which was faster than quotes. My phone looks like new! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!
Im sure this place can get the job done, unfortunately my experience was not good here. After drive an hour and a half to get my ZFold2 fixed, they tell me that there system had gone down and there was now way to fix my phone. Needless to say I wasted half my day. They could of atleast called. Only if there was something they could of used like a pen and paper to keep track of appointments in case something like this happens and not depend on digital only.
I spilled water on my MacBook Air (per my usual clumsy self) and I quickly ran to uBreakiFix less than an hour later and asked if they could help me. John was SUPER helpful and he stated he will put it in a dehydrator for 30-40 minutes, which will allow the water to evaporated. He explicitly stated he cannot guarantee it will work, but they will try their best. After an hour later, I received a call and stated my laptop was ready. I quickly opened my laptop and everything was working again!!! I am so grateful and thankful that they were so prompt!
Miguel, Jon, Tyler were all super professional and responsive. They even went above and beyond to hold the phone an extra 5 mins after closing to arrive to get the phones! The phone is looking great!
Took them 6 hours to figure out they damaged the phone while replacing the screen. They started testing after I showed up to pick my phone up it, then had to wait an hour for them to test it. Luckily I called Asurian because they were going to try to give me back the phone and say it was un-repairable and stiff me with the cost of a replacement device instead of the cost for the screen only, Asurion rep stepped in and corrected the UbreakIfix tech and kept me from getting ripped off by Ubreakifix.

My phone wouldn’t hold the charging cord. Brought it in and Bree took care of it quickly and was incredibly friendly. If you need tech items fixed give these guys an opportunity to help.
Poor customer service,,,I visited this shop today to ask simple question there was only one guy at the counter helping other customer but he call someone else to help me several times but this guy doesnt show up at all after waiting 15 minute I left without asking my question. They should improve the customer service skills for there employees

I brought in my laptop that wasnt turning on and they did a free diagnostic the day of and were able to fix it that same day. They also didnt charge me anything since it was an easy fix. Great customer service, highly recommend them!

I filed a claim through my insurance and was taking my phone to get my cracked screen fixed. Checked in my phone and they quoted me an hour. After an hour of waiting, I go back in to pick my phone up. The same guy that checked me in is the same guy that was helping me when I went back in to pick up, he could not find my phone when I dropped it off with him an hour ago. They eventually found it and told me that its not finished yet and to give them another 30 minutes to work on it. Came back and another guy helped me and said that they are still working on it. Already been there for 2 hours. I go back in a third time to check and they say that all they need to do is calibrate the screen and that it should not take much longer. I go back in the store and then they tell me they cant calibrate it because my phone has an internal repair that wont allow them to calibrate it. So then I had to wait more time for them to put my old screen back on my phone. After 3 hours of waiting I was finally able to get my phone back that was not fixed.I contact my insurance company and they tell me that in the notes it says that I declined the repairs and that I was going to take it to another store. Which is a complete LIE.Very very upset with this store and they way they handled my visit and then say that I declined the repairs.My insurance company sent out a person to my house to fix it from this company. It took him about 30 minutes to repair my phone and he said that there was nothing wrong internally. My screen is now fixed and my phone works great.

Walked in on a Sunday and scheduled a repair appointment for a Thursday since they needed to order a part for my phone. Showed up on Thursday and was told they had used the part they ordered to repair someone elses phone and theyd need to order another one. These people need to watch the Seinfeld episode on the car reservation. 🤡 Cant recommend this particular location at all. Thanks for wasting my time.

I initially visited the store located at Spring Creek parkway to get a diagnosis on a laptop. I was told they would have information around 6PM.I went back to the store later that day and the store was closed with a note taped to the door telling me my laptop was at the Coit location.The people there were confused and thought I had a repair and said they didnt have my laptop. OMG!!! I showed them my receipt and a picture of the note on the door at the other store. A woman came by with odd and ends of other customers items. I guess she was an owner or manager. She didnt seem concerned or to care about my laptop. She stated it would take a week or so to get my laptop. After going back and forth with her and the guy at this location, she went to the other store to get my laptop.No diagnosis. Amazing! It seems they are in business to sell warranties. I really wanted to do business with this company because the guys at the Spring Creek location seemed to care, but I have no confidence that these stores fix anything.

My iPhone wasn’t charging. Brought it some where else and they said it needed cleaning but the phone still didn’t charge so they wanted $55 to replace the charging port. Good thing they didn’t have it in stock so I left. Stopped in at uBreakiFix and they too said it only needed cleaning. The difference, these guys cleaned it properly. My phone started charging straight away. Best thing, no charge. Now that’s customer service. Will definitely come back.

I had my phone fixed about a month ago by another uBreakiFix location. Recently my phone started randomly turning off every 15 minutes when not plugged in. I called the original location, and they asked me to come in. I am high risk for COVID-19 so I tried to do the curbside pickup. After waiting 20 minutes after they said they would be right out, I left and called the West Plano location. When I told him my issue, he immediately told me that diagnostics arent a good idea because it is likely software not hardware. I worked as a electronics engineer, so I was pretty convinced it was hardware based on my experience. I decided to follow his advice anyway and do a factory reset, and my phone is now working perfectly. I am very grateful that he saved me time and money, since the other location said diagnostics would take 24-48 hours.

Not having the product in stock to fix my phone is not even why I am upset. After waiting around 10 mins to be spoken to, he looked for the replacement product, said they didnt have it so he couldnt do anything. Did not offer when they might be getting more, if he could get my information to let me know when they were in stock, or any other offer of assistance. Another UBreakIFix else where. Nothing. Just, I cant do anything for you. Even if there isnt much to be done, the offer would have been appreciated.
Great and quick service with an excellent price. Take all your phone/computer need here. My phone was no longer charging and at another fix-it place I was quoted at $110 to replace the charging port. I took it here and they ask if they could do a deep clean first before seeing if they actually need to replace the port. The clean worked and my phone charges GREAT!! Best yet, it was a complimentary clean despite me insisting to pay. They could have milked money out of me or replaced the charging port and made money off. Instead, they did what was right. Any phone problems... Take them here. I know I will.

They stole my SIM card and will not return it. My camera doesnt work due to the missing SIM card. As you know, the SIM card has all your data and I guess they were informed to take it and not return it, just like my Military ID card. I want my SIM Card back immediately!!!

These folks just raised the bar on my commitment to just that. I walked in seeking a solution to my 4-year-old laptop. It needed cleaning and an inspection of the battery. They received me and all the other customers coming in and out well, they were upfront when it came to what they can do and for how long, and they certainly were clear about the time itll take. Not only did they deliver on all the above, but they did it with complete honesty and integrity. I am so happy with the work, I am committed to sending everyone I know for their phone repairs to computers, to these amazing folks. Shine on, guys.

LOST MY PHONE! They offered ship in repair so I shipped my phone in, and that was the last time I saw my phone. I called them a few days after the phone was delivered to them, and the guy said they havent looked at it yet, and will call me back. Later that day they called me and said that my phones motherboard is totally gone, and I knew immediately that they didnt know what theyre talking about, because my phones screen was the only thing that was broken, it was even able to receive calls before I sent it in to repair the screen. So I ask them to ship it back to me, and now after a couple of weeks I still have not received my phone. I couldnt help but think that they might have just told me it was totally broken and then just stole it for the parts. But I dont have any evidence so I couldnt really do anything about it.
Had an appt to repair a clear defect on a zfold 2 under warranty bestbuy determined a defective screen. These jokers think they were going to charge me to repair a phone that is less than 3 weeks old
Everyone here was really professional and nice, especially John through another customer yelling and cursing while I was in the store. John walked me through everything I needed to do and made what could have been a bad experience a wonderful one.
Went to service my pixel after the phone kept turning on & off. One could easily day the power button got sticky inside. They said they are not authorized to do the service in pixel. On saying they indeed are, as per google website, they told the problem is with motherboard and they wont do it. I fixed it myself by vaccuming near the power button. Incompetent people.
I needed the glass replaced on my S8 plus. I visit their store and guess what. Not in stock. So three calls and a week later, I bring my phone in. Its Saturday, give us four hours . So, you gonna call me? He says Nah, just come back in four hours. So, four hours later, instead of coming in I called. The tech is just finishing up, give us 20 minutes Okay, I think and arrive 30 minutes later. Guy behind the counter says just finishing up, another 15 minutes We did this dance another half dozen times. Then they tell me they cant get the phone to connect to the network .So another half hour later, I left. Went home and called them. Give us ten more minutes. Three more calls he finally says we got it .So the net of this was a four hour repair was actually a 7 hour repair, the staff at the front desk was about as useful as the self checkout at Wal-Mart and the storefront looked as if it could be converted to a Halloween store at a moments notice.Never again.
Heres my bad experience story. A week ago I took my note 10 plus for a broken screen changed, which the guys managed to properly fix. When I went to collect it on the second the guy asked me if Im interested in a 25 $ discount on repairal, and who would say no, right !! He explained that all I need to know is to sign up for An Insurance plan for 27 $ (ad poster placed on main door), with a first month free trial and the employee swore no fees to be taken upon signing up. In return i will be getting the 25 $ deduction on my repair bill which was initially 280 + tax, and I ended up paying 280 using my CC and I still hold my same exact amount receipt copy I signed on. 3 days ago I received a notice over my cc statement of 27 bucks for that insurance company, in other words they have deducted the 1 month free trial amount, which Ill be asking my bank for a reimburse and cancelling the insurance right away.For this Im writing this post here to warn all the customers from falling into this misleading fishy scam.

Cracked my screen and was looking for a place to get it fixed. Made an appointment online for today and the appointment said it takes two hours to fix. I got there at 4:10 and the employee said he would take the phone but it wouldn’t be done today. Online it said it closes at 7. I would have hoped they could be upfront about the time instead of lying online. Not recommended
My phone wouldnt charge. Turns out the charging port was just dirty. The guy was super friendly and just blew some air in and fixed it for me no problem, no charge, even a few minutes before close!Great place and knowledgeable staff. I hope I dont have to return with a broken phone, but if I do, I will be back!
Had a great experience with Sam at uBreakiFix. Had issues with my Galaxy S10 e and when the replacement parts came in and were put in place, there was still an issue. Sam was quick to not only see to it that I got a brand new phone since it was under warranty, but he also packaged in a liquid glass screen protector, at no charge, due to the extended wait time.
