My phone broke out of the blue and wouldn’t turn on. After speaking with apple, Best Buy, and a phone repair service near my house, I was told it couldn’t be fixed and it was “too far gone” and I would lose all of my data that I didn’t have backed up to i Cloud. Dr phone fix was the ONLY place that tried/had hope to fix it so I could retrieve my thousands of photos and data. Will only be going here for my phone issues from now on. Super fast, super nice, and super fair pricing. Very thankful for them!!

Was able to fix my shattered screen very quickly despite the manufacturer having used commercial gum making the job more difficult. Very affordable.**update**Had my phone all of 4 days and dropped it one time and it shattered again. I dropped my phone probably 100 times before the original glass broke. I took it back thinking they’d offer some decent discount since it broke absurdly easily and all he took off was $5. Definitely won’t go back here again.

Apple told me it was going to be a couple hundred to get my phone fixed. I then came to Walmart where this is located and only got charged $81 after tax and my phone is basically brand new now.

Had my iPad Pro screen repaired here. When I got it back, I noticed the screen had a slight bump around the camera area. The tech said it was fine and told me there are some plastic clips under the camera there that sometimes become loose and cause the glass to bulge. He reassured me it would be fine, even after i pointed it out several times that it didn’t look right. Turns out glass isn’t mean to be bent long term, so the screen cracked at the exact spot where the tech said there were clips underneath. This place says they have a lifetime warranty on all parts and repair, but I went back and forth with the owner for literally weeks, and he refuses to stand by the shoddy work of his shop and keeps blaming me for the crack even though it is apparent that it was the repair tech’s mistake that caused the crack. Would give 0 stars if possible. I thought this place would be great - so many reviews and a very high rating. But trust me, spend a little more and go somewhere else. (Side note, the repair itself was also pretty bad. Lots of light and dark spots all up and down the side of the iPad screen. Really bad work)

I have never seen such a bad service.From they promise of repairing my computer,(change inner screen)almost a month passed, I still haven’t got my computer. Different employees always give me the different answers, I don’t know when they can fix it and how long I will be wait.Business should not be done like this. If you don’t have the ability, you should’t do this kind of work from the beginning.

Went to get my iphone7 plus screen fixed and battery replaced. GG fixed that but later that day my phone begin to glich and would not stay on without being connected to the charger. The next day I dropped my phone and it wouldnt turn on passed the apple logo so I took my phone back to GG to fix it, a week later my phone is not fixed. I had to call just to get an update after 7plus days and Sam said he needed more time I respected that and never called again, so today I went up to check on my phone just for the manager to look me in my face and lie and say they tried to call me to let me know they couldnt fix it. Ive waited a week plus without a phone just to get a lie and a phone that is still not fixed. I shouldve known not to trust this place. VERY POOR QUALITY & POOR VALUE!!! I will continue to speak with the higher ups until I reach the top. Its not about the money or anything it is simply the time passed and the lie. Be respectful and tell the truth.. THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My quoted price was granted even though it was $70 less than actual price. One days work turned into one week due to defective parts and extra damages to my phone, which is why Im giving 4 stars. This place is scam. Please do not change screen here they charge me more than $400 with tax. My phone is S20 Ultra must have Gorilla 6 screen but replace with cheap screen was crack pretty easily again and even fingers print is not works at all. Terrible service. One more thing, they said its take only 2 - 3days and actually took almost 4weeks.

Thanks!update: So, I looked up a youtube video for what was required to replace the charge port on this particular iPad, it was not a plug-n-play module. It required mainboard soldering (thanks Apple for making that common repair unnecessarily difficult, aka Rossman) so this was a technical fix that I am impressed they did in-house. The iPad is performing flawlessly and still looks brand new.

I had a bad experience trying to fix my laptop. As student in University of Texas at Dallas, this shop was near my home and it says fixes laptop1. The people in shop know nothing about fixing a laptop.2. They had my laptop for 5 days and returned back without doing any repair work or reporting to me on whats wrong. I demanded it back my laptop after 5 days, losing my patience with their bad service. Everyday I used to call them and they say it will be fixed and lacked any straight forward answers. Why should they provide one ? They know nothing.3. The shopkeeper talks too much and he needs to learn on how to talk with a customer and Respect the same.Not sure about mobile phones repair, but laptop repair service was too bad.

Awesome. I had a broken screen on a somewhat rare phone (Kyocera). They were able to get it repaired no problem. Other places were asking for 600 to 700 dollars for data retrieval (and destruction of the phone) and most repair places dont deal with Kyocera, but these guys were able to fix the one thing that needed to be fixed (just the screen). Prices were very reasonable considering the screen is a reinforced and rare brand: $120 out the door. They also were very good about communication and customer service. I sent it to them and gave them the return shipping label and that whole process went smoothly as well. Very happy with their work.

I have had to have my older iPhone 6 services three times.Once because I cracked the screen when it dropped it. I had to fix the on off button for the Ringer and the last issue was the video was fine but minimal sound.The guys here did it and awesome job. The last fix was super easy. He simply needed to open the phone up and do a slight cleaning.This joint is very clean and professional and very convenient. I was able to eat lunch inside of Walmart and shop while I waited. Purchased a used iphone 6 some months back. Battery never stays up for more than a few hours with no use. When running google map it drains like in 10 minutes completely. Should have returned it earlier, never got time.
