This shop has gained my business for any of my repair needs! I talked during the day about the issue I was having with my daughters laptop and then was able to go by the shop after work. It has been having charging issues and hasnt been used for months. He looked at the laptop and narrowed it down to a setting that my daughter changed and was effecting the batterys speed and ability to charge. He could have easily taken advantage of me knowing it wasnt charging and did whatever he wanted. He was honest and kind. Someone I can trust going forward. Responsive was the first word that came to mind in my experience with Vphone repair. I called and got a person on the phone. I explained my issue. The charging port on my phone needed to be replaced. They checked and had the part and said if I got it to them 2 hours before closing, they could have my phone fixed same day. Wow! Thats exactly what they did. When I dropped the phone off, they greeted me immediately, were kind and ask questions, and retested my phone. I had already taken my phone to a different shop nearby, which had diagnosed the problem. The other shop kept my phone for a full week and said they had to order the part. Crazy they couldnt get the part when you can get it on Amazon Prime. Anyways, I had to have the phone back and was glad I found Vphone Repair. They replaced the part and my issue is fixed. They did it fast and their price was $70 cheaper than the other shop I went to. I would recommend Vphone repair to anyone.

My business cellphone was damaged so severely that the glass and frame were broken and twisted into pieces. It was impossible to transfer the data, active job site photos and customer chats onto a new phone. I was told by the manufacturer of the phone that the data could not be recovered - all was lost. I gonna say Vphone repair provide good service and they fix phone very fast. I was off from work and kind want to find a place to fix my phone quick. After google I found Vphone repair has good reviews and decided to give it a try. The owner was nice and had his technician guy explain to me how they will fix my phone and how long it take. Around 90 mins he told me the phone was ready. By the time I saw my phone, it just perfect be fixed. Technician test in front of me and shows all functions are well. They kind give me a really good deal than I thought the price will be and I tipped 10 dollars extra just because I really satisfied their service. Highly recommend.

I had my son’s iPad repaired in April. There was a air pocket in the screen causing it to have a rainbow in the center. I went back and they solved the problem, so I thought. I came back home and the air pocket reoccurred. I called them and they told me that there is no way to fix it because it’s not an Apple screen and won’t be perfect. Which I get because it not an Apple Store so I let it go. Now it is October and the screen is having issues. Totally not worth going back to this place and getting it fixed. Super disappointed.

He replaced the glass on my S10e, he charged me $130 but on my statement it shows $140, the glass looks to be used and the plastic around the screen is all scratched and torn. I wouldnt recommend them.

This is the worst place to visit I would say he is a con man. I saw him one of his advertisements on social media and unfortunately was looking to repair my iPad. I went to his shop to replace my screen. He charged me 165$ to replace it. I took it home after it worked only two days and touch stop working Afterwards. I called this guys and told him him that it is stop working and he called me to his shop and said you must have done something. I told him that it’s only two day that u fixed my screen and now it stop working then he said np I will fix that again. But guess what I worked only two days after and stop working since. Now my iPad which was sent for replacing broken screen is having touch issue and god know what he did inside of it...now I am not taking any risk and will go to Apple tech to fix it. These kind of people rip you money simply framing u

I have an iPhone 7s which I like and always have a case on it as well as a screen protector on it. With my luck, though, I have dropped my phone twice in the corner cracking the screen on the phone (below the screen protector). I have taken it to VPhone repair both times and he fixed it within 30 mins so I wasnt without my phone for very long. It looks brand new. Within 3 weeks...I dropped my phone again in the same spot but fortunately, this time the crack is very small an in the corner so doesnt impair screen vision. This is my go to place for repairing my cracked screen.

Jerry provided Great service and was very good at meeting my expectations. I have an iPhone X my father in law gave me. It was cracked front and back and even the camera lense was cracked. Jerry fixed all of it in two hours for less than half the price of Apple! These guys rock!

I had to have some data recovered from a samsung galaxy s6 because the screen was broken and not showing a thing. It took a little bit longer because the some video files wouldnt transfer. I had a flash drive to use as storage luckily they could get it out of the phone and onto the drive. What saved me was the price. Would highly recommend if you are in need of a phone repair. Let me start by saying I found Vphone Repair on Facebook market place. He was very fast in my request about how long it would take & how much to repair my screen on my new Samsung Galaxy S10. He was substantially less than the 2 other quotes I received & had the parts on hand to make the repairs in 24 hours.I was thrilled with the results & it was ready when when promised. I called ahead to get prices & they had great prices compared to other locations.... HOWEVER THEY ARE NEVER OPEN! Came in a few days after I called & they had a sign up saying they wouldn’t be open until the 8th (a few days later) - I am sitting in front of the store AGAIN on the 12th at 10:32am & they are closed YET AGAIN during business hours. A complete waste of my gas and time.

Open on the weekends which was helpful because I was only in town for a short time and he had my screen fixed and back camera replaced in a timely fashion and answered all questions I had and was nice to make sure I was happy with the work. I dropped my ip6s in water. The screen was black immediately and I cant use anymore. So hopeless. I searched some phone repair stores and make a call to ask about my case, but they just said that maybe cant fix it. Then I called to Vphone Repair, the technician told me that just bring the phone to his store and he gonna check it for free. After check it, he said that my phone got some water, but just a little bit, but need to replace some parts. Thanks God, he saved my phone. I would recommend Vphone Repair to everyone! So, this place came highly recommended to me, and what a huge disappointment it was! My wife went to get her iphone screen replaced. Not only was the glass used terrible (Had a blue glare to it and the upper right corner wouldnt respond based on user input at times). My wife had issues with it and contacted the owner. He told her to bring it back in. She brought it in, and he accused her of have cracked the INSIDE of the new screen. Im not even sure how somebody would do that. He charged her all over again for a new screen.For those reading this, there are plenty of companies that replace screens for a reasonable price. Avoid this one. Their glass quality is not at the level it should be and the customer service is even worse.

Went here to replace the glass on my s8+ just to be told that he cant do it for the agreed upon price of 170. Only question he asked is if if my screen is working and it is fully working, he was pushing for me to replace the LCD for 320 and was raising his voice that I had to tell him to he gotta tone down.PS if youre reading this. Its proper etiquette to be nice and upfront about your business, and lower down your voice cause I was ready to pop your face for wasting my time.👍EDIT: should also tell your customers that you replace their screen with old refurbished items.

My sons Samsung Note 2 wouldnt charge. We have had the charger port fixed once before so we thought that it was the same issue. It was going to cost $49 to fix. When we got there he plugged it in and it began charging. So we ended up only needing a cord for $15. We really appreciate his honesty and his excellent customer service. Would definitely use him again!

I recently brought in my iPhone 5s to repair a completely destroyed screen. The owner was able to fix the screen and the phone was working when I left - beauty!However, that very night Apple released an update and it bricked my iPhone. Went to Apple store to have fixed and they said the hardware sensor was damaged in repair and couldnt fix. Went back to Vphone and he couldnt get it to work either.I simply asked for a refund - since repairing a screen shouldnt limit you to ever updating your iOS - but was refused. Even a warning that installing his new screen would invalidate any future Apple changes would have helped prior to his repair.But no warning and no refund. So I had to buy a new phone... and am now leaving this warning for others.

The people working there were nice and did stay over hours to try to fix my phone, which I appreciate greatly. However, I kept trying to explain what the main problem with my iPhone 6 was(touch disease) and they did not seem to listen at all. They then told me it would be around $90 to fix my camera if they had to replace it. After fixing my camera, they explained that it didnt have to be replaced, but charged me for it anyway. They did nothing about the touch disease so I got charged $100 to replace a camera I cant even use because my touch screen still doesnt work, which I explained multiple times, which they just blamed on me having the screen replaced. Other repair places I called knew exactly what I was talking about and the only reason I didnt go elsewhere was because this place promised a faster turnaround time and I had to go out of town early in the morning the next day. They also strongly pressure you into leaving a five star review by practically leaving it for you on your device before you can leave. But, decent customer service, I guess.

Took ipad to replace screen. They broke the finger print functionality when repairing. A few weeks later, home button doesnt work. Took it to them and they want to charge me again for it. Incompetent repair work and no customer service.

Awesome experience. The service was very fast and convenient. I went in thinking that my screen was cracked and needs replacement, but the owner explained that the LCD has gone bad, which was evident. I think he quoted a decent price and I trusted him. They are open on weekends, so just stopping by and getting the work done in 15-mins was superb. I will not hesitate to go back to them for any phone related service.

I had my iPhone 7 glass changed at this place. Now, my phone has a blueish iridescence that’s annoying. I went back to the store but the guy there told me that that’s the way the replacement glass is. So, I recommend you think twice before having your original cracked glass changed here. It might be worth adding $45 to have it replaced at the Apple store at Willow Bend

I replaced my cell phone battery that died in 2 months. I was told the replacement battery is brand new but it turned out to be used based the the date printed on the battery. I was told that the hand written date is the date the battery was put inside the phone. In fact, when I first complained the battery was dead to the store, I was told that the battery was replaced in over 6 months ago based on the hand-written date thus no warranty of any sort. But later on, when I showed the store the repair receipt. The store changed the story to that the date is not the date when battery was put into the phone.
