Walked in without an appointment at the end of the day. Had my cracked iPhone screen replaced within an hour. Very nice guy did the intake interview and diplomatically worked around my lack of tech savvy.
Happy I brought my MacBook pro into Mobile Kangaroo. They were able to replace my battery in no time flat. And never felt they were yanking my chain or trying to overcharging me.

Honest guys, I had issue with charging iphone, came here - they cleaned port, did not charge me anything) not sure how I missed clogged port- I looked it up before coming to the service.
Tyler, the technician was outstanding. Our iMac would not boot (stopped at the Apple version of the blue screen of death) and unfortunately we did not have a recent backup of our data.Tyler spent the time to troubleshoot and research the issue and amazingly was able to get to a point where they were able to SAVE ALL THE DATA (Wow!!).Throughout this process, Tyler kept in CONSTANT communication with us on the current status. He was a joy to work with and very accomodating. Cant ask for much more. We are so thrilled to have our iMac AND data back. Would absolutely use them again.
MacBook Pro was sent for Apple Keyboard replacement back in Jan 2nd week. What was supposed to be a free keyboard replacement job, ended up like being stuck in a time loop bad dream. They dont know how to fix anything. They broke my MacBook Pro and blamed on Apple for not supporting them. Stay away from these guys, run the other way.
This crew did a fantastic job of quickly responding to my problem. I feel Apple service has fallen short during the pandemic and did little to help me service my Mac. Fortunately, they sent me Mobile Kangaroos name. I was able to set up an appointment and they resolved my problem within 48 hours including ordering the parts I needed from Apple. This is my go to service team from now on.
I am so impressed by their service. Our Macbook pro was unable to maintain an adequate charge and the screen broke. I got online with Apple, set up the appointment with them. Dropped it off easily at scheduled time on Friday. They were in contact with me the same day on the diagnosis. Paid my Apple Care deductible, and literally picked it up the following Monday. No issues, easy in and out, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. So easy and everything works perfect. They even took care of a recall that was on our Macbook. A++++++++
Took mac in for service and apparently they dont return your laptop charged. They didnt know they should do that as if it costs them more to give excellent service.
I scheduled an appointment through apple. I called their number and was sent to a voicemail. I left a message. No phone call back so I rescheduled my appointment. Left another message. Still no phone call back. I am new to getting my equipment serviced, and would have been a new customer. I just wanted to ask questions before taking the chance and driving out there because the only confirmation I got was automated. Never got a phone call or email back from this place. No way to contact them otherwise. Our time is no more valuable than this place, especially if were trying to spend money with you. And not cheap either. I would recommend finding another place that is responsive. When dealing with equipment that you use for your business, it is imperative that communication is there.
After chatting with them about swapping out a item under warranty which they supposedly had on hand, I drove 45 minutes there just to be told that they can order it for me and two of my items would not be able to be covered under warranty. Apple washed their hands by saying not much they can do as they are a contractor and essentially can do as they please.
Scheduled an appointment through apple. Drove there 50 minutes to be on time. The guy was on the phone the entire time and his response was there are people ahead of you and we can not even tell you what is wrong with the device until prob next day. Im confused! why would I make an appointment week ahead, be there on time to find out there are people ahead of me!

I came in today thinking my computer screen was broken after it refused to come on.I was fully prepared to have to replace the screen to but apparently it just needed to be reset.I really appreciate Mobile Kangaroos honesty, and they reset my computer FOR FREE, and sent me on my way.Made a customer out of me - I never do google reviews but thought this was worth writing :)

Apple directed me to this Service Center. Wasted a day and the problem was not fixed. Instead of looking deeper into it the repairman told me to buy a new charger, although I already have two. Sloppy, shallow and technically inept.
Had to replace my MacBook Pro 16 inch display.Used their delivery service. Great and fast service. All done within a week.
The guy working there was really nice, but held my macbook for 5 weeks and was never fixed due to issues diagnosing the problem and communicating with apple. I would try calling several times a day to check in, but no one would pick up or return my countless voicemails to check on the status of the computer. Pro tip - select # to bypass the prerecorded message. Really unfortunate they’re understaffed and couldn’t assist more.
Went in for an Apple repair; my appointment wasnt until 10am, I arrived at 9:48am and was greeted very friendly. Not only was he polite, but he was very precise and didnt mind showing me what he did to remedy my issue. The young gentleman fixed my AirPods within one to two minutes. Definitely going back and recommend Mobile Kangaroo; thanks!

I can’t believe that these guys are the only Apple Authorized Repair center in Collin County. Their customer service and communication are non-existent. I was also told my data wouldn’t be lost (just a power supply issue fixed under warranty) but it was. I’d suggest avoiding this place at all costs and go directly to an Apple Store
Booked an appointment thru Apple, and got an email stating diagnostic fee is $65, but got charged $130! Why? Well we have to open your MacBook and that is $130 just for diagnostic fee.. not to fix.Then I get an email stating “we don’t know how to fix it” but we can ship it to Apple to fix it, and it will cost you $975!!!! Ridiculous!
Took my macbook pro which had issues with keyboard and trackpad. Mentioned him that it previously had same issue and it got resolved after SMC reset.The technician in front was busy to sell a diagnostic service for $65 for touching the laptop. When asked to perform a SMC reset, he tried doing that by reading a manual and with out connecting magsafe connector. Then said it will not work and mostly issue with logic board and with out diagnostic it will not work.when enquired about the Cost of logic board, he said it would cost i $650.Came back home did few research online and got it working!The guy working might have been genuine, but no knowledge on doing basic diagnostics ( quick fix).Long story short: Poor knowledge all around and not worth to call it as authorized service center
They use OEM Apple parts and are authorized by Apple to repair their products. Only issue with my repair (iPhone XS Max screen replacement) was that they never called me or notified me in any way that my repair was done. I had to call them myself.
