I brought my son here for a haircut and Taylor did a wonderful job. She was super sweet and asked my son questions as she cut his hair to ensure it was exactly like he wanted. 10/10 recommend this place and more specifically, her. All the girls there were great tho everyone was super sweet and welcoming! This is definitely the new routine spot for us!

Haircuts. I am able to show up and get the next available stylist. I have been there 5 times over the past 11 months and have been assigned a well trained stylist who has given me a very good haircut with only a minimally defined request. They sensed my needs and preferences. They were quick and made me feel safe (COVID) and showed consideration of my desires.

This is definitely my favorite place to get a haircut with Mirna as my stylist. Shes always on time, and does the best job ever. I have been seeing Mirna foe several years and enjoy her haircuts and the pleasant conversation. I always leave looking and feeling great. I would never miss an opportunity for her excellent service. This specific store is always clean and everyone is friendly. However, Mirna Yanira was always the first to greet me with a smile and a friendly hello. I asked for her specifically long ago, and since then she makes sure to help me feel better about my hair. She is very kind and listens to her clients which is the most important. The world would have to end for me to let anyone else cut my hair... Always schedule my haircut based on her schedule fir the week.

If this place could get less than 1 star I would. The online booking is a joke. Taylor the said manager is a joke. How do you not know what’s happening and what you’re doing at your said place of employment. We really enjoyed this place and drove 30 minutes out for haircuts, just to be told she doesn’t know anything & other people are infront of us and wait time went from 2 minutes back up to 26 minutes.

Julie at Sports Clips Plano is AMAZING. She started cutting my sons hair when he was 3 (we all know how difficult that can be) and it ALWAYS looks fantastic when we leave. We recently moved to Mckinney (where there are 3 Sports Clips) and we will definitely be making the drive to Plano to get it cut by Julie.

This is a great place for a haircut. Mirna is my stylist for two years now, and she is fantastic! You will not be disappointed with great conversation, a great haircut, and a wonderful experience with Mirna!

Ive been a customer at this location for years,; both haircuts and product. Not seeing Suzanne on the mobile app, I dropped by the store to ask whether she was on vacation. I was told ... No! ... Shes working somewhere in Frisco ... We dont know where.I was okay until staff followed up with ... Are you going to get a haircut or not? ... I didnt like the stylists tone, and said no. My annoyance increased upon learning later that referrals to her at the Park/Preston location were promised. Very unprofessional.

Not really a review kind of person, but had to do it. Myself and another guy walk in first thing in the morning. Check in whatever. One sec guys they go to the back room. Guy walks in. Here comes girl number 1 takes guy that just walked in to chair. This happens two more times. While waiting for these dudes more guys walk in. 3 times they stepped over both of us. Finally just leave. Really I am just curious about the policy. Would we just sit there all day? If people had clicked a button on a website for a certain time then straggle in whenever and they wait for them why have walk-ins?

Went in for a haircut, before the whole pandemic shutdown, got a cut from the stylist, asked her to do a fade and trim.Everything went fine, or so i though, but then a few days later, i had what seemed like a pimple on the back of my head by my ear.Turns out it was a Staph infection from the dirty clippers.The following Monday 03/23/2020, my birthday, i had to go to my dermatologist to get prescribed medication and have test done on the culture.Ive called multiple times since they were reopened, and no one is answering, hopefully this review will get some sort of feedback to what they are going to do for the medical bills i received***********************Update 05/22/2020-Mark Mansfield, the franchise owner, is trying to convince me that the neglect of cleanliness is basically the customers fault, and they are not responsible for any negative events after the haircut.Mark and I have been emailing each other, and still Mark is putting the blame and financial cost onto the customer for their faults.This is part of my email to Mark Mansfield,As for the medical expenses, if this was a routine checkup then I would not expect you or Sport Clips to be responsible, however, this was caused by your staff and their neglect to use clean equipment.The infection symptoms showed up after the haircut, which it takes anywhere from four to ten days to show up. So that is why I am having a hard time to believe that you are saying “do not believe your personal medical expenses is our responsibility”.I did file a complaint about your sanitation and cleanliness with TDLR, the tracking number is TRACK105558Lets see what Mark is going to do, he offered me two free haircuts, why would i go back to a business where i got an infection from?

Update October 2020: Today I had the absolutely fantastic experience of being cared for by Keely from Lubbock. She made my experience so much fun with her bubbly personality and sweet conversation. On top of that her professionalism and business tricks were amazing. This store was my favorite a couple years ago and I ditched my more expensive and I brought family and friends to this location. Then there was a change. My experience today with Keely was the best one to date at any Sports Clips. I hope she doesnt leave for a long time. The shampoo was heavenly, and the cut looked fantastic! She was confident in her work and for great reason.Thank you Keely, and Sports Clips for hiring this caliber of stylist.Update July 2019: Not long after writing this review they had a considerable staff overturn and I waited for things to get back to the devious ‘Four Stars’ quality but I have been let down as this store as mostly (not completely, still the best in the Plano-Frisco-Allen area) become average.First Review: Best Sport Clips Ive been to in Dallas metroplex. Girls are cuter than elsewhere, with a few actually being very pleasant to look at, and better yet- they actually listen and do a good job. Novel idea. Wait is never terrible. $20-$25 for a haircut is a bit steep, but thats corporates fault.

Good lord, try to sit in Sport Clips anytime when there is not a game on. The deal they have w ESPN to have EVERY tv tuned to the yelling shows will make you want to run for the hills. Sportscenter, replays anything but adults yelling in a confined room from 7 TVs. Haircuts are good

I moved out to the Dallas area about a year ago and I was worried I wouldnt find a quality hair stylist like I had back home. I was dead wrong, Kim has been cutting my hair now and I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of haircut she and her team produce! As a guy we want a person who knows how to blend/fade and trim our hair neatly but fast. This team in Plano does it all and will also make sure you are styled before walking out. The wait times are not bad but I do recommend checking in online because it streamlines your wait time alot.

Every one needs a second chance, I wrote a bad review on Mirna(one of the Stylists in Coit and legacy sports clip) few years back and I take it back, as she changed the perception ”completely positive” in the last few months. My last 3 haircuts were with her and now I’m happy to say that she’s consistently exceeding expectations. This store has been my saloon for 3 years now and will continue to be my goto store until I live in this neighborhood.Good Job Mirna!!

I had a very bad experience on this location today, I went for hair cut today, after the hair cut they ask me if I need any product all are 30% off, I picked one leave in conditioner, I showed them coupon for $6.00, they refused to accept $ 6.00 coupon, they said we only can give $ 5.00 off, I asked to remove product, She said then it will be $3.00 off only, I said the coupon is for & 6.00 and it is for hair cut only, She said if you buy product then it will be $ 5.00 off and without product will be $ 3.00 off, while the coupon showing that $ 6.00 on any hair cut and it’s showing your location only and valid until Nov 12 - 2017, but she said we cannot accept this coupon, The thing is $ 6.00 off is not a matter for me, it’s not a big deal, but the matter is if they are not ready to accept the coupon then why they sending coupons in emails or in the mail, I was so disappointed and I decided to not any more go to this location. If any one wants to go for a hair cut and wants to use any coupon first ask them if they can accept the coupon .I am giving one star because there no option for zero star

Friendly, on-line check in is easy. Hard to get the same stylist as they rotate out pretty often, but they are consistent in quality.

The “Filipino” manager the jackass “Bait Guru” is referring to is not Filipino. Her name is Kim and she is freaking awesome! Kim has cut my hair for over 10 years. Her team and her service is remarkable. She cuts my hair along with my nephews, son, 2 brother in laws and couple friends. This is why the store has a wait for 15 people at all times and this is why Kim has so many clients to being with...this “Bait Guru” guy below obviously had something screw up his day but hey let’s take it out on the hair cut and the people that TRY to make you look better.Don’t judge Kim or this location based on this guy. Take it from someone that has been to the same location for over 10 years.

My nephew is three and he is not a fan of haircuts, but Morgan is a miracle worker! She was patient and did a great job! Hes usually traumatized after haircuts, but he was happy and smiling because she was so great!

My stylist, I believe her name was Parrish was in such a tearing hurry to have lunch that she finished my cut in 5 minutes. It is overall very clumsy and patchy with different lengths at different places. The top and front are untouched. She left bald patches on my sideburns with the trimmer and didnt give me any time to look at the mirror for a bit to see if I was happy with the cut. Never going back again! She didnt even clean up the hair from my face. Very unprofessional

I bought a 6 hair cut pass here and they didn’t give me any pass saying you can access it through your email. I moved to another state, After a month when I reached backed to them asking for pass/ how to use it in other state they just hung up. I tried multiple times and they stopped answering call. I tried calling customer care also I was not able to reach them I emailed them but no reply. Lost close to 120$ bcoz of this particular location.

Was greeted with last name?. The lady that cut my hair also auto-upgraded me to the more expensive option without asking me which was really annoying. I didnt notice until I was out of the store and didnt want to go back in to question it. The haircut was also extremely fast and rushed. Look elsewhere

Horrendous. She doesnt know how much an inch and a half is. She cut almost twice as much. First she cut off about 1/2 inch from the top and when I asked her for 1.5 she said all over again? As though she was in some rush to finish. Finished it in 2 mins after that. Very inaccurate measurements and length. Do not recommend at all.

It was obvious that they were done for the day and were not interested in helping. They spent playing around with the check-in computer, clearly clue less as to how it worked. The receptionist had a major attitude. Well guess what, I will never set foot in this establishment. There are too many reputable places who WANT my business so thats where I will be spending my money folks.

After years of visiting Great Clips across the street, I noticed this location across Coit, and only 1/4 mile from the house.6 months ago, I visited for a haircut, and was provided a stylist with experience, and had a comfortable haircut. 5 months ago, on a Saturday morning, I was driving past the saloon, and I recognized the Open sign was displayed above the door at Sports clips with cars in the area. This was my 2nd time visiting the Saloon, and I soon discovered that the cars were actually at the Jersey Mikes next door, and the saloon was closed for another 30 minutes. I was the 1st one in the area for a haircut, for the next 20 minutes. When the doors open, after I check-in, the filipino (*we now know her name is Kim) looking stylist (the manger) escorts me to the first chair, and in between checking in other customers, she covers me with the poncho, and neck protection, and asks me how I want it cut. After I provided the details, the door opens and she recognizes another customer (a child with parent) walk into the saloon. She then informs me that they have specifically asked for her to cut the childs hair, and starts taking the poncho and neck guard off, and tells me to go have a seat and she will find another stylist to cut my hair????? I have already waited near the front of the store for the past 30 minutes (granted I did grab a sub sandwich next door while waiting), and I found this absolutely unacceptable.By this time, the other customers had been seated with a stylist, and I was forced to wait. 10 minutes later, another very young stylist walks into the saloon, and I was assigned Victoria.I find that manager Kim is incompetent, and inconsiderate. I called back to complain, as that is when I was informed she is the manager. I have visited, and used Victoria several times since then. I was in desperate need of a haircut all week (they were closed on Monday for Labor day), and hadnt seen Victoria available while checking in online. At 4:50pm on Thursday, before the end of my work day, I call to confirm she was still cutting hair at this location, as I still didnt see her on the online check-in. The girl that answered the phone indicated that Victoria was there now, and that I could come in and have Victoria cut my hair.There is a line of thunderstorms in the area, and torrential downpour. Coit avenue is is flooding, and my phone is receiving alerts about flooding and lightning in the area. I have a larger 4x4 SUV, and I am there by 5:05pm, I arrived soaking wet (just from walking from the truck to the front door), check-in, and while I see her listed on the device with the icons of stylist working, I am unable to select Victoria. The receptionist confirms that Victoria is not selectable on the list, and alerts Victoria of the problem. Victoria informs her that she is/ was off shift at 5:00pm (8 minutes ago), then the receptionist glances over at the wall and quickly apologizes as she misread Fridays schedule for today (Thursday). Victoria indicated she cant stay to cut my hair (havent I always provided very good TIP$), and I alert manager Kim and she just blows it off, while I stand there dripping wet from coming into this location during the torrential downpour.Absolutely incompetence, and terrible service.

The manager Kim is not at all good. Not all the hair dressers are good. Victoria is one the good hair dresser. This place is crowded and open late on Sundays.
