I have been there a few times. Everyone there is nice and give good haircuts EXCEPT for the old bald man! He had bad manners and was rough with my haircut. Avoid him if you don’t want a bad experience!

I got the worst haircut of my life from here. The lady who cut my hair blatantly did the exact opposite of what I told her to do and did a poor job at that. My hair is way too short and UNEVEN. She washed and styled my hair even though I told her not to in order to charge me more. She tried to straighten it and I had to repeatedly tell her not to. Don’t waste your money here.

My first time at this salon. I am very disappointed with the service. Be careful the hairdresser almost ripped my hair and kept insisting that I should do the shampoo. I refused because I like to use my own. She chopped my hair in such a hurry that she had to catch a flight. Just for a haircut I paid $24 which I think is a bit more. Won’t go there again ☹️😒

I was in their salon on May 26th. I spoke to a woman over the phone, she explained well over the phone and convinced me to made an appointment with her. I was concerned about the Brazilian Blowout, but instead the whole style turned out terrible. I still had frizzy hair after the haircut and my highlights still wont show after the 1st and 2nd wash.To get exact estimate I went to her salon same day to show my hair length and thickness.She was busy she told me to wait and show me the pictures without even looking at my hair type.Keep it in mind it took me 20 mins to get there which was completely wasted.Day before service I called her to confirm price and services in every call she cleared she will do base color and 2 to 3 color of highlights cut and brazillian blowout in $ 250.00 I have asked her to confirm twice and she did confirmed.Next day I went to appointment she was waiting she said she will not do base color she cant do more then 1 highlights that will cost extra 50 to 90 dollar.I told her you confirmed over the phone several times she refused it straight away.I said if thats the case let me check my husband she switched again in a calmer tone ok I will do 2 Colors but I cant do blond highlights which I wanted she did different colors what I wanted.She pulled a d break a lot of hair while washing my hair she was litterly pulling my hair wame when drying.I dint like my color after washing but after dyring straightening it looks better

First time here and I had an excellent experience !Amy did an amazing job with my hair. I got it cut/ layered and thinned. She made me feel well taken care of. She ensured the cut complimented my face and that the layers were even.There was no wait when I walked in (Sunday afternoon).

Everything was great until the end when they charged me $85 for something they verified was $55 before we started. $55 is for just roots. I told them whole head, one color, when I asked for the price before we began, never anything about just roots. The sign says $50+ so I figured they added $5 for shoulder length hair, seemed reasonable. I left feeling angry and cheated. Will not return.

Really horrible and rude. When you go there the girls just stare at you and talk in their own language among each other. No subtlety at all. I felt like a monkey at a show.

This is my third time getting a hair color and cut done here. I love my new hair. Its difficult to communicate with the staff but once you do, the results are great. You can show them a photo of a haircut and hair color, they can replicate it.The service is great...walkins allowed and prices are unbeatable.

I have been going to this place for almost 2 years to cut, color and straighten my hair with Lee. She was super nice. But lately she is too popular until she has to reduce the time for customers because she got fully booked appointments. So for the time she gave me only 30 mins for my long and thick hair. Off course it’s not enough. I just want the good quality haircut.And with a lot of her customers waiting, she would not be able to give me as good service as I expected. I will never go back there again!

Have been a client with Beyond Clips since 2004. ALWAYS makes my texture hair look marvelous! Currently, young Amy is my stylist. She takes the time to wash my scalp completely after a long hot summer sweat and blow drys my hair completely. Then she styles it in the lastest style. She is the BEST!!!! Me and my wife have been going to this saloon for almost 3 years now. Every time we are very happy with the haircuts. My wife usually get layered trim while I go with regular mens cut for $13. Very inexpensive and their service is good. Chris, Andy, Stacy are very good hair stylists.Sometimes if I want to treat myself I go for the VIP Package which includes scalp and facial massage with the mint shampoo VERY relaxing!

Kacie just gave me a fantastic haircut, probably one of the best haircuts that I’ve ever gotten from her. I’ve been going to her for the past 6 years and time and time again she cuts my hair exactly how I want it to be.

Went in this passed weekend for highlights and my hair turned out a disaster. The instructors have no idea what they’re doing. My hair was already damaged to begin with and I left with it in worse condition. They did an all over hair color and highlights. It’s difficult to communicate with staff. My hairs were so much lighter than the rest of my hair. I went back to fix it and he wash my hairs with bleaching my hairs become more dry and damaged after washing.

Very friendly and do great job. The whole family get hair cut here and been coming here for over 3 years now with no bad experience. Lee is the favorite but all the others are great. Keep up the good work.

Went for a hair cut for kid. Not only the lady did a bad hair cut, was also talking to someone else throughout and ignored our instructions. At the end she also cut my daughters ear. It is not intentional but her attitude and ignorance forced me to give the lowest rating. Never going back.

We have been relying on KayCee and team s service for several years now. We have had outstanding experience overall. The staff here is very courteous and very, very patient in spite of packed schedules and demanding clients. Prompt, courteous and good service.

Is this customer service? Absolutely TERRIBLEEmployees are great. Appointment waiting time is not too much. Yeah if you walk in, you’d have to wait a couple of minutes. The size of the place could be expanded in my opinion.

This Salon is totally ridiculous. If you go there you will face one of the below challenge. As soon as you get in to the Salon you will start cough or itchy nose due to uncleanness. From the cheapest stylist you will get the cheapest haircut and the cheap treatment. I won’t suggest to anyone.You definitely get dandruff if you go there. All combs, brush, scissors, cover cloth they never/rarely washed. You can feel the smell. They are always ONLY looking for the tips, counting tips every other minute, looking at the bill again and again and again and again. Particularly the man who is not Chris, other man don’t remember his name.They won’t concentrate on their work except Kacie. Whoever give less tips they will discuss and/or criticize and as soon as the person move out from the salon. You can clearly notice this kind of behavior if you go there. They are thinking we are blind.If you ask for particular person for your haircut they will force you to cut with other person. Those persons will learn the hair cut on your hair. You can ask then why you went there, the reason is this the closest salon in my area.Last visit I went there at 5.45pm, Lee told me she has 6 ‘o clock appointment I said I am fine I can wait, then after 20 mins she told she has 6.30 appointment, can you come at 7. I really disappointed she should have informed me earlier right. These people don’t know how to treat the customer. Indirectly they force you to go to next available person. Cheap place with cheap treatment.

Get an appointment. Very spread out inside and masks are required. This is the only place I go for a haircut. Ask for Diem or Lee.

Each beautician has their own way of cutting, but you always end up with a good cut.

I have been having my haricut here for past 3 years now. The price is decent and the stylist are pretty good. I stick with Bee or Andy :) Others are good too i guess, in general they are welcoming and kind. They dont take appointment on weekends, but if you go around 2pm then the wait should not be that long.

Had a horrible experience today when I took my 5 yr old for haircut.The girl cutting my kids hair was extremely rude and impolite. She was also checking & replying back to her messages on her cellphone. She made me sit on a chair next to my kid to help her ( I kept my bag & kids jacket on it too).while she asked me to hold my kids head to assist her,another stylist came & very rudely asked me to move my bag & jacket, seeing clearly that I m standing & holding my sons head.Throughout the haircut, she kept tugging & pulling my kid up on the chair very impolitely.Not at all a place for young kids. You cant expect a 5 yr old to sit still & follow what you say when u speak in a different accent.

Like the hair dresser and the cut. Dont want to state the dressers name. I am just not happy with the appointments that never on time. Today made an appointment but it was double booked. She said 15 minutes wait but I know it will be more than that. Other cases even I came early, still waited beyond my scheduled slot.
