Great service and perfect hair cut. Andrea was my stylist and would recommend her to anyone who wants an awesome cut and conversation be be and she truly made me feel comfortable and even helped by cutting my hair a certain way to hide some scars I have on the back of my head and she offered to do that for me without me even having to ask. I was so happy with the final haircut and the scars I have are not small. One scar 4I have it took 15 Staples so it wasnt simple to make it not stand out!!!! Im really happy I chose to go there. Plus, Im really really particular and picky when it comes to my haircuts!!

I really liked this barbershop. The staff is very welcoming and the prices are fair. You get haircut and hairwash for 30 bucks. I highly reccomend Bri. She is very friendly and she does a great fade.

I can see why they’re often so busy at this location. I recently took my son here for a standard haircut, and Katy did a great job. She was very friendly as well, and was just an overall pleasure to have as his stylist. His haircut looks great. We will definitely be coming back and requesting Katy. Another plus, the people here are not new. It seems like every time you visit a Knockouts or Sport Clips, the entire staff is unrecognizable from your previous visit. They cycle through people regularly. But, Katy informed me that this is not the case at her location. That inspires confidence for not only good haircuts, but also, a loyalty that is hard to find in these types of hair salons.

I was visiting the area from out of town and was looking for a place that could cut a nice fade for my friend. All the top places for Dallas we’re located downtown and just too far away.Lisa did a really nice job with my buddy’s head and recommend her as I’ll be having his head faded again by her in a few weeks 👌🏽

My stylist worked quick enough on the scissor cut that I was nervous but it came out the best Ive had in a couple of years. The scalp massage was nice too. Definitely recommend.

I went to Knockouts my first time today and Kaleigh cut my hair with a military style haircut. She did an awesome job and cut my hair with precision. The employees here are friendly, nice, respectful, polite, and absolutely qualified to cut hair. This business offers online appointments and reservations for haircuts but I was just a walk in and did not have to wait long at all. I felt welcomed and comfortable and that makes a difference too. The barber shop is well kept and clean and the atmosphere is positive and friendly. I was really happy with the service provided to me and I will return as a loyal customer. Additionally, the women who work there are so gorgeous all of them could easily model if they wanted to.

High quality haircuts, consistent across everyone who works there. When I reserve an appointment it is with Mia who does a great job styling my difficult hair. The straight razor shave of my neck is worth it for the clean shave it provides. (Ok that sounded like a commercial but I didnt know how else to word it. I hate having stubble on the back of my neck after a haircut!) They have online appointment reservations which is nice and convenient. Been going there for years, no complaints.

If your looking for a great haircut at a tremendous value I would recommend Knockouts in Plano. Their price is roughly the same as other chain places but you get a mostly male targeted salon with nice perks like beer, shampoo, hot towel and watching sports on TV. I would especially recommend asking for Vikki as your stylist. First give them a call to setup a appointment as her schedule fills up and rightly so. She is an excellent stylist and is smart and funny as well as, dare I say it, a knockout.

Going to Knockouts is usually a highlight of my month. I have Always enjoyed Bri & Ashley. Needing a haircut badly though I was forced into trying a new person, Tiffany. No dialogue was even attempted other than where I work.I have always gotten the same haircut for the last 10+ years at multiple Knockouts locations. It takes right at 35 minutes with neck shave & hair wash. She had everything finished including the going over my hair again in 15 min total. I felt like she was uninterested & didn’t want me in her chair. Just trying to finish the last cut of the day since I arrived at 7pm.Everything was short orders except to argue... Down, Forward, Close Eyes Tight... She went over my head 1 time with clippers & got scissors out. I told her I didn’t want her to use scissors I’ve always gotten just a clipper cut. She said this is my way that everyone cuts hair differently. After that I guess I upset her because the neck shave (What I enjoy the most) was 5 seconds, & the shampoo barely 2-3 minutes including the part where she got soap all in my ears. We go back to her chair. She asked me what do I think? Like we were finished. I made a face because I was unhappy.I told her I was unhappy, it doesn’t look anything like what others have done. She had a look on her face like I made her annoyed. Then said well I’m not finished yet I still need to go over it again. (Why ask me if I like it if your not finished?) She speed through everything again & did make it a little better but, it still doesn’t look like what I wanted & am used to. She asked if it was better? I told her it was better. (BUT, it still wasn’t as good as Ashley or Bri.)Overall she’s just one of those people who seem like they’re all about business. I usually tip very generously but, I tipped her $5. Honestly I don’t think she deserved it though.

The lady that cut my hair was really good and the head massage was pretty good as well towards the end with the hot towel. The only drawback was that she didn’t know how to trim and upkeep the beard properly.

This place is not as the name suggest. This is not a hair cutting salon; but this place is a training class where blondes learn how to cut your hair. If u r seriously interested in a haircut, please go to some where else. Here u will be just a gunny pig to few hot girls who are still learning how to speak, behave and off-course cut some hair as well.

I had an appointment at 5:40... Somone took my name. At 6:30 I had to ask about my appointment. Apparently they treated me like a walk in. These did not seem to care about the situation so I left. Now I wasted almost 2 hours of my life and have to find a place to get another haircut.

Ive been going to this Knockouts location for approximately 2 years, with mostly OK to good results. Ive kept coming back here because its at a very convenient location for me, there is hardly any wait and who are we kidding here, the hot girls are the primary selling point. However, during my last visit I was helped by Kaleigh, who had the best attitude Ive seen from a stylist here and more importantly was able to cut and style my hair exactly as I described it (no easy feat), and its something Ive never been able to get from any other stylist before, whether it be from SuperCuts or an expensive salon... Needless to say, I have finally found someone that actually makes me look forward to getting my next haircut!

Never been to these establishments but have had a few of my buddys describe a great experience when theyve gone, over the past few years. My son needed his shaggy hair cut and figured itd be a good father-son outing in an environment where were both comfortable. Or so we thought.So heres the sequence of unfortunate events as they played out in front of me in disgust. We pull up, getting out of the car laughing and having a great time, as we always do. As soon as we walk in we were promptly greeted by the nice girl who was cutting somebodys hair in front. We of course said hello back, and in comes another girl from the back of the salon. Zero smile, and the first words out of her mouth were, Make an appointment? Confused and needing to make a quick response, I reply with, No......did we need one? Nope, she says as she walks up to the reception desk. Is it for the both of you?, she asks. I reply with, [Nope]. Just my little man here.She took his name and age and phone number and said, Ok. And walks off. My son looked up at me just as confused as I am at this point. So I tell him, Follow her I guess? Sure enough, shes standing next to her chair waiting on him. And Im thinking, Well ok. I suppose I sit here, referring to a nice little area with comfortable leather seats in front of a flat screen with my favorite network on. ESPN. So I sit and in a matter of a minute a gentleman walks in. He too is promptly greeted. Only its a different girl whos assisting him. He explains why hes there and she asks if hes thirsty and offers him a small selection of beverages, a few of which were ice cold beers as he gets his cut. He makes his selection and the girl says, Ok, right this way!I raise an eyebrow and Im obviously flabbergasted at the lack of customer service that my son and I had experienced. It gets better. Another gentleman walks in and of course, promptly greeted. The girl thats cutting my sons hair steps away from him, walks over to the reception area, takes his name, tell him there is a little bit of a wait and asks if hes thirsty. Naturally, he gladly accepts a complimentary beer and sits behind me in the waiting area. My buddys always mentioned awesome service when theyve gone. Even mentioned complimentary drinks.At this point, the frustration kicks in and Im dumbfounded at the lack of consistency in the service here. How is it conducive to presume that I wouldnt mind appreciating the hospitality of decent costumer service, while enjoying a beverage of my own? Even a bottle of water for my son. Very perturbing for me, whos been in customer service for 21 years.According to my son, there was very little interaction and he felt that she was speedy to the point where her hair clippers were rough on the back of his head. I paid $25 for this? Granted, his hair looks great. I wont take that away from her. But youd have to really consider the fact of the matter here. As well as the principles. Assuming we come here twice a month consecutively for both of our cuts in a given year @ $25 a pop. This franchise will gross $1,200 just from my son and I. Not accounting for tips. Unfortunately, after today, we will never set foot in this place again. Id feel more complacent spending less for a cut for my son while getting the customer service that we expect.The place is very nice inside and it seemed to be what I thought was going to be a good time for my young son and I. But thats the thing. It only seemed that way.
