Had no appointment. Sat for about an hour and half before they could get to me, so for your sanity book an appointment online. Zach was able to get me taken care of, saw me as soon as he was done with his clients. Did a great job getting me cleaned up. He spent a good hour or so getting me looking sharp. Gave him carte blanche on getting me looking right. Trimmed up the beard, cleaned up the neck, ears, and eyebrows. Finished with a nice short shoulder rub. The shop is clean and nice with very nice rustic decor. They have drinks and other libations. Will be visiting again. Overall very happy with the experience.

Raquel always killing it, havent been in for a haircut in like 6 months and I showed up with a wild beard and mop of hair and she went to town, remembered exactly how I usually have it cut, and she shaped up my beard quite nicely. Since there was a lot of beard to work with, I kept it longer this time.Have gotten lots of compliments, and have sent a few people that way over the years.

I usually have a very pleasant experience and get the haircut I ask for from my normal barber at this establishment, but my barber was unavailable and I had to go with somebody else this time. I explained the haircut I wanted, showed him pictures of what I exactly wanted, ended up with a skin fade around all sides, not at all what I wanted. Now I gotta wear hats for the next few weeks. Not expected for a $60 cut

Firuz is an artist. I had been going to the same person for 8 years in Chicago and after moving to DFW in June I had been to 2 other places and was seriously underwhelmed then last week came across Dapper. This a cool place but Firuz is the real deal. Best haircut I’ve ever had! Feel guilty saying this cause the woman that cut my friend but he’s the real deal.

Been here multiple times always have a great experience with a specific Barber he gives great fades and hes always on time. I always show up with an appointment, scheduled an appointment with a different barber Erick because my usual barber was out of town, I show up ten mins early and 20 mins into my appointment the barber Erick finishes with his current client and then takes another client. so despite me having made in appointment in advance I was going to have to sit and wait another hour, there was no courtesy of my time very unprofessional did not even acknowledge the fact I was waiting in the sitting area I got up and walked out.

Paid $52 for a haircut with tip,In my view, I received hair cut the way I don’t like. Received better in other saloon. The barber was very hospitable and friendly, which I don’t like to scale . do you really need it??? - My experience was NOT worth the price.

My barber, Darian, did a good job cutting my hair. The reason that I am giving only two stars is because I paid for the haircut and beard trim but I only received a haircut and an extremely patchy beard trim. I also didn’t receive the shampoo and conditioning.

Haircut and beard trim-This place has the look and feel thatd youd expect from the name. A sort of modern, yet classic feel with a touch of rustic to it. My barber was very thorough and did not let a single hair go uncut that I asked for, and even offered a suggestion to my style when I was unsure of what exactly I wanted. Great place, good people. Its a little pricey, but well worth it

I took my son, who didnt want to get a haircut at all. He showed the stylist a picture of basically a mallet and ended up with a fade. I saw him show the guy his phone. The manager did refund my money, but Summer starts today and I have a kid who is embarrassed to go outside and passed at me because I made him get it cut.

Every time I get my hair cut at dapper I give the barber creative liscence to do whatever they think would look best. Ive never walked out feeling like I made a mistake. They excel at all kinds of up to date styles and different kinds of hair, from fades to long hair etc. Its on the pricier side for a mens hair and beard trim but well worth it (especially if you want to get a straight razor beard trim!)

Great atmosphere and great barbers! I really don’t like to make appointments, but one barber caught my attention. Raquel is one of the best barbers there! Every time I go is like a new experience! I usually enjoy just walking in and getting a haircut without saying a word, but Raquel enjoys talking and getting to know you. Great attitude that keeps you coming back. I am particular about how I like my hair cut. When I find new barbers, I often use them once and leave to find someone better. This has not been the case with Raquel. She does an amazing job. She has great attention to detail and is phenomenal at her job. I will keep coming back to see her not only because she is a skilled barber, but she also has a warm and inviting personality that makes me feel welcome and appreciated. 10/10!

Went here a few weeks ago because i was referred that these were great barbers. Once i sat down with Jamie he really helped me find the style i was looking for. They take their time and know what they are doing so i definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a barber.

I really love coming to this shop. I feel like royalty coming into this place. Everyone is extremely friendly, the shop is very clean, and they even offer refreshments! The staff is great and the line for walk-ins goes pretty quickly. Most of my haircuts here have been great. There have been one or two haircuts that I wasnt happy with, but those were from barbers that I hadnt ever used before. I finally decided to try out Dapper after 2 of my friends got their hair cut at the Plano location. I’ve gone to Raquel since my first time making an appointment — she is INCREDIBLE. Extremely detail oriented, and an expert at what she does. I will, without a doubt, continue to go to Raquel specifically.

If one pays $62 for a haircut, including tip, the experience should be amazing. In my instance, I received a SuperCuts level cut where I had to come back due to the barber missing a huge spot of hair. Sure, the barber was very hospitable and friendly - but my overall experience was simply not worth the price.

This was my first time here and it was a great experience. Marquis was my barber and I am happy with my haircut. It can be nerve wrenching trusting your hair cut to someone when you only have two options if it dont turn out right, cut it off or wear a hat. You can feel safe here. I will come back.

Have been bouncing from franchise to franchise hair shops for a few years and stumbled upon Dapper Barber and Co. They appear to be all trained barbers and not your typical supercuts stylist. I am so use to showing my stylist a picture and not getting the cut I want. This store had some photos on their google page which were similar to the style I wanted which is reason I came. While I was there I was surprised at how professional everyone was. They have free beer in a fridge too! My hair cut experience was great. My hair looks exactly how I wanted it. My stylist even shaved the back of my neck. She shampooed my hair while putting a hot towel over my face which was also a nice touch. Overall it was a very relaxing experience. I was there for a little over an hour which for a haircut is a bit long, but I wasn’t in a rush so it was all good. I will be back here for my next cut.

Ive been to a few hipster barbershops lately and they are either to clean, almost sterile, or they look like a mess with posters everywhere. I love the environment, the staff is great, and I will definitely be coming back.Veteran Tip: Make an appointment (with Camille). They are really popular and it is hard to get a walk in cut.

I love this location and the environment. Id been here in the past and worked with a barber thats no longer there. He gave me some great cuts in the beginning but then things went down hill so I stopped going. My current barber has been overbooked lately so I decided to give this place another go. Aside from the fact that an hour seems like a long time for a simple fade, I appreciate the diligence. What upsets me is that I was very specific with explaining the cut I want, and on top of that showed pictures. I asked that the top not be cut, except for a slight trim on the top back part of my head, nothing on front and a skin to 3 fade on the sides. I lost 3/4 of an inch all across the top (which is a lot when your hair is already short, and you didnt want it cut in the first place), and got a skin to 1.5 fade on the sides. (In exact terms I asked for a low drop fade and got a high and tight). Honestly not a bad haircut, just not at all what I asked for. Now Im set back 2 more months (all of summer nearly) to get my hair back to where I like it.

I’ve been here 3 times with 3 different barbers. Every time is 5 stars and I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend making an appointment online, as the walk-in wait time usually is an hour or more. Definitely worth the $ and drive for me

Came in for the first time yesterday after trying out so many barbershops. I finally found the one!!! Jacob made sure I got what I asked for, faded me all around real nice with a trim on top. To top it all off, ended the service with a nice warm hot towel on my face, washing my hair, and styling it better than I do it. If you want quality service this is the place to go!!!

Haircut / beard trip was rushed (did not last the 1 hour 15 min as stated on website) and the quality showed. Beard trim was very uneven all around and haircut was just average. For $55 I expected a much better experience.

Moving to The north side Dallas Metroplex from Miami. I needed a quality barber. No Bs mediocre shop! Well i found my spot. Dapper sets the bar. And my barber Buffalo Joe is the best barber i have dealt with in my life. Taught me tricks and showed me tips. Just doesn’t collect my money. He actually spends the time to explain my hair and style points. Best all round barber. Not knocking anyone cause In reality they are all good barbers. But if you have a chance give Buffalo Joe that shot. He will impress you!

My husband has been going to the Dapper location in Garland for about a year now. I was excited to see a second location open up closer to home. I was even more excited to see Randy at this location! I asked him if I could schedule an appointment for my husband with him. He said he didnt have anybody and put him in the chair right away. I have never seen him with out anybody in his chair so I was super excited for my husband. I Really like the vibe in this shop! Complimentary beer was also a plus! I was very pleased with his haircut. I will definitely have my husband schedule his next appointment with him.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! My husband came here to get his hair dyed and they messed him up!!! He has bald spots everywhere and clearly not the color that he requested, his scalp has been red and breaking out for days now and owners do not even try to solve this problem but just avoid it and pretend nothing happened. Such a shame he’s been coming to this place for such a long time and they did him like this! So unprofessional...

I am a regular with Dani and he is great! Although this time he was not available I had to book a walk in and they did not have my reservation when I got there. They were not to busy so I was sat with Jacob and was not happy with my hair cut after I got home and had a close look. He shaved my face dry so now it is irritated and I had to shave myself when I got home as it was un even. I hope to have a better experience next time Dani is available or someone else can step up. Cool place and hope to return with good vibes.
