I purchased this 2020 Hyundai Sonata 19 months ago. This is where quality meets Outstanding Customer Service.

An hour and a half for a Quick oil change is too long.

Not sure if there is a 0 star, but the Service department at this place is HORRIBLE. I came with a VERY, VERY simple requests to have keys made (they then told me that I also need to have a recall issue addressed), and after two SERVICE APPOINTMENTS HERE, waiting 1 hour the first time and 2 hours the second time, they essentially told me “Whoops, we didn’t do any work. Want to reschedule?” BOTH TIMES. The second appointment was made TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE (that was the earliest I could get). Also, every time I call it takes 15 to 20 mins to schedule an appointment. This place is HORRIBLE, save yourself the time and stress and find another nearby Hyundai dealership.

This is my third Hyundai vehicle and I always have excellent experiences at the Plano service location. Truly excellent customer service. More specifically, Camon Adams exemplifies customer service. He has helped me during several visits in the last two years. In my humble opinion, hes the best Service Consultant hands down. Thea Kinder at the front desk is always so pleasant and consistently demonstrates a caring customer service oriented attitude. I will continue to use this location in years to come. They always give good service except for those 2 times that they didnt.

I would recommend this place. I had visited before I was an official customer and they helped me mount my license plate. I did a walk in 2 Saturday ago for an oil change. They werent that busy, I was received immediately. Stephanie handled my paperwork and such, she was very pleasant. So was the cashier, I believe her name was Linda. Unfortunately, the car wash was down. So I didnt get my free wash....boooo, I can always do with a free wash. The whole thing took about an hour. I just relocated here from Miami and this will be my new service center to service all my cars needs.

Trying to get a hold of a service advisor on the phone is difficult. But the service is very good. I finally just showed up without an appointment.

I talked to three separate sales person and they were all....i wouldn’t say rude, but rather short with me. For example, when I asked to see a certain colored leather in just any model to see what that color looked like (because they didn’t have it in the model I wanted), they told me “look it up on Google”. It’s not that they didn’t have it, they just didn’t even make an effort to try to make this sale. I thought this was just one sale’s person but everyone I have spoken to there carry the same attitude-they don’t really care if you buy or not.

Love this Hyundai. I got my car from mesquite, but I take it to this location for the customer service. I have to pay for my oil changes here since I didnt get the car from here, so hopefully if they see this, they will give me a free one!

Had the engine light go on and Jack helped me out in service and did a thorough job diagnosing the problem. Made sure that I was taken care of and got the issue resolved the same day.

I took my sons Optima to Huffines service department for something minor, maybe an oil change. Its been so long Ive forgotten. Years. Ever since then, theyve been spamming me with email advertisements. Ive unsubscribed several times and called at least twice to get off their list. Just got another one. Somehow, even reporting it as spam which should send it to the spam folder doesnt work. I hope this lowers their score a little. I dont have a Hyundai, and if I wanted one Huffines would be the last place Id go. If an oil change triggers years of spam, imagine what talking to a salesman would bring? Theyd probably set up a tent in my front yard.

Service advisor said the moonroof has been lubricated but the noise didnt go away and wanted $402 diagnostic. The moonroof was not lubricated at all.

Found the problem in about 10 minutes.

I Went in to get a key fob programmed here. They charged $89 bucks, which is fair. It took them a little over an hour to get the job done. Luckily I bought my keyless fob online for $37. The dealer parts department wouldve charged $350 for the fob alone, and they didnt have it in stock. Most people where getting a complimentary car wash with there service. Unfortunately they didnt wash my car. I didnt mind, I was only getting a fob programmed and I was ready to leave anyways. Service writer tried to sell me on gdi cleaning. But my vehicle doesnt have a gdi engine. The service would have been totally unnecessary. Good service overall.

My 2018 santa fe was making anoise in the axle. The car is still under warranty so we took it in for service. The dealership told us the tires were cupping and we need new ones. They told us the fuel injection needs cleaning. The total price would be over $1000. The tires are less than a year old. Bottom line is I did not buy there service. My needs were not addressed.
