I spoke with an associate at Car Care about getting a diagnostic on my vehicle and they told me the price would be $69.99. The next day I got my car towed to them. There is another associate in there and this associate asked had I paid the tow fee. I replied with I had a tow company to bring vehicle up there and it was outside and gave her my key. Later on an associate called me and told I needed a new battery and starter. Quoted me $902 for labor. He lied and said the starter they getting would be over $300. Which was not true. A new starter not refurbished is $144 and battery was like $140. That is too high for the labor for a starter not to mention the vehicle is 2001. They never gave me anything showing the codes my car reading and come to find out it wasn’t my starter and the battery was fine too.I suppose I paid for “a guess not diagnostics.

Driving on Legacy Drive & hit something with left rear tire. Got 25 lbs warning and while at red light it dropped to 5. C.C.C. was right around the corner, but closed. Two men were inside and one came out and looked at tire. He put spare on said no charge & sent me on my way. Im 81 years old. I appreciate this more then you can imagine.Went back the next day and he ordered a tire for the car. Mine were very expensive Michelin 18 in. Took a while to get one but had it within 3 hours. Called me when it was mounted on rim and had things back to normal quickly. What could have been a really bad situation became just a minor inconvenience.THANKS FOR YOUR HELP, especially after hours.

Quick and easy, though price was hardly competitive. Manufacturer dealership quoted same service about 20% less, but a longer wait. If you need local, quick service than this is a good spot. If you can wait, a dealership may be a better option.

Great shop to do business with. Always make sure the customer is happy first and foremost. Ive had them fix minor things on my car that I didnt even bring it for absolutely free. Nowadays I do most of the work on my car myself, but my family always uses them and theyll always have a good name in my book. Im always going to recommend this shop to anyone in the area, even maybe recommend to people a bit of a distance away, just because they are worth it. I am very disappointed in the oil change this time. The serviceman didn’t do a good job of cleaning off around the engine oils container because the next day I pulled my car out of the garage to give it a wash, I found engine oils drops on the floor of my garage. The % of oil level had dropped down to 99% from 100% and I only live 5 miles from there.

Best place to get work done on your vehicle. Travis was helpful to me with the inspection as well as putting in the new plates. While some big shops wanted to scam me into fixing things that were not needed for inspection. This shop did not try to make money on me and did great work on both my vehicles. This shop is going to be my car repair shop going forward. Highly recommended. Everyone I talked to at the shop was extra helpful and nice.

It is so difficult to find a car place you really trust, but I have had wonderful experience after wonderful experience with Car Care Central. I feel like they give me really honest talk when doing car maintenance, and I never feel like they are trying to up sale me or push products. When they do bring up or suggest something other than what i’ve come into address it’s never pushy, and almost always just a heads up about upcoming maintenance that should be considered for whatever mileage I’m at.But what really seals the deal for me, after building such a good trusting report with them, is the amazing care they take of their customers. Recently I brought my car in, and had to get a few things fixed to pass inspection that ended up taking more than a day. The price never went up from what they had initially quoted me, even though they had to spend many more man hours and they had originally assumed to get the problem resolved. More than that, they drove me and my children home, saving us about a mile walk, and dropped off my fixed car back to me, letting me pay by phone.Honestly as a mom with young kids they have bent over backwards to be accommodating and courteous to me. We have been going here for over 5 years for everything that was not covered under dealer warranty, or work that they actually recommended we have done somewhere else. They have always been very professional, with good work and appropriate pricing. The fact that they have occasionally said that for some work we should go to another place because they simply could not do the work for as low of a cost. It is humility in a business like this that will keep us coming back.

Car Care Central has very good customer service. I have never felt like I was ripped off for being a woman, but that they are very straight forward if nothing is wrong and no repair is needed. They do not over charge and are completely upfront about costs. They have been flexible with payment.

There was a woman who spent 2 years trying to get her transmission repaired. She went to a transmission shop and had to return it twice. In the process she received a 15K quote from the dealership for repairs. Identified. By the time she took her car to Car Care she didn’t have much hope. True story. Car Care was honorable and acted with integrity. They only recommended real problems and saved her (me) over $10K in unneeded repairs. This place is awesome.

These guys were great with helping a desperate customer. The person who I talked to helped me with all my questions in a very polite, courteous and extremely informative manner. His answer to all my questions were quick and he didnt need time to think about it, which made me felt reassured about the quality in the service I was getting. The service was actually good. However, one of their employees was not wearing a mask in the main office (despite their posted policies saying they are required). I also had an unexpected charge on my bill. Im not knocking them down for that, considering I could have been mistaken, but just be sure to get the full amount prior to committing.

We have 3 Honda cars and we used to always go to the Honda dealers to do our maintenance, but my younger one used them to do his oil change when he got his car and he told us he is very happy with their service, so I decided to give them a try. They have been very professional, doing quality work and keep us informed. I think they are honest and pleasant to work with, we have been using them for all 3 cars and so far we are very happy with them.,

We’ve been taking our cars here for several years and they always do a thorough job. They lead with their honest professional opinion when evaluating our vehicles.We have a 1999 vehicle driven first by our oldest son until he graduated, now passed down to our high school senior and with each service visit the techs comment “we’ve got to keep this running for one more child, right”.
