I have been going to Sam for many years. He’s helped me with various car troubles and it’s always been the best service ! Thankfully I made it through school with so many car breakdowns and not a lot of money to spare, and he was always able to resolve the issue without the hassle of going through the dealership. He Is honest and fair. Being a female it is incredibly hard to be taken seriously by mechanics but he explains the issue and needed parts/repairs thoroughly.He truly does the best work and I will continue to come here !

Have to been to Sams Auto care two times. Once for Vehicle inspection and they were pretty quick with report and did the job nicely and explained me report very well, which i submitted for vehicle registration. Second time went their Car Oil change and again they were very quick and got the job done in less than half an hour. Got the best price for the oil change and cheapest one in the area. Even my friend had good experience with his car repair. Gave the genuine quote and charged less than quote after actual repair was done.

Willing to work with you depending on your circumstances. I am a student who doesnt have a ton of disposable income. When my window motor stopped working, I had the option to spend 300 dollars getting new parts and labor. Luckily I was also offered the option to stick some wood from home depot in the door panel to hold up the window, which saved me tons of money. A real honest business.

I dont recomend this place, I went to make the oil change fir my car, I asked Mr. Sam good quality oil, and I paid $45 for it, and in a few weeks in my car the light cone out, guess what, NOT OIL IN THE ENGINE, Im pressure my car has no leaking. So be careful

Car was driving fine one day- Out of nowhere engine light is flashing and car is rattling, shaking etc.Went to Huffines- I have a Chrysler Town and Country. They put the machine on it and said I had a Cylinder misfire.(Need to repair camshaft and lifter) Then proceeds to tell me it will cost $2500-4000 and there is 1week delay in services AND when they start it will be 1 week without my vehicle.Of course, I am freaking out and stressed at the price and entire ordeal but I need my car so I was wanted to quote another service provider.Wanted a 2nd opinion. Went to Christian Brothers- They said the same thing - Cyliner Misfire. They said I needed to replace my camshaft and one of my cylinders $4500I am extremely stressed that one gonna have dip into my home buying savings.Lastly tried Sams! He checked it. Told me it was a cylinder misfire. Told me all I needed was to replace my coils and hoses. Also a general tuneup. $900 and could be done in 3 hours.He did everything he said and got my baby back on the road same day.Will definitely be coming back FOR ANY mechanic services.

I have used many different car repair places over the 35 years I have been in Dallas and Sams is the best place I have been. I do not feel like they are trying to sell me repairs that I do not need!! They are honest, fast working and deliver the right goods. I highly recommend them! I have taken a Honda, Lexus, Mazda tribute and will take my Volvo when repairs are needed. They came recommended by the window tint folks next door. They said I will never be disappointed and so far they are right!

Fast and efficient service. I took my car here and Robert took care of me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. He was thorough in his diagnosis and prompt in providing service. He said they would be done in an hour and they kept to their word. Went here for AC repair (blowing hot air). First day their equipment was not working so had to wait until next day. They filled the frion and replaced some valves and said it will work fine now. We had to go back in. This time left the car over the weekend and again the same situation happened. I had to take the car to the dealership to get it fixed. Wasted my money at this place. Bunch of idiots. Never met the guy who spoke on the phone and telling about the fix applied. Do not go here for AC repair.

I was mistaken thinking this place would want my business. I waited forty minutes today for someone to come to the front desk, or be acknowledged, or offered an ETA. From 12pm to 12:40pm, no one opened the door to the front desk, checked through the window to see if there were customers, nothing. Clearly they do not want my business, or yours.If you see someone else in the lobby, and I mean only ONE person waiting, you might as well turn around, youre not getting helped. I brushed this off in the past because I choose to support small business, but this experience marks the last time Ill do business with Sams. If I wanted to be ignored, Id go to a big box company, but at least at a corporate business they at least have the decency to look me in the eyes before bending me over.

So I came here the other day to get my A/C recharged, and they did the service and as they were doing it they told me my compressor wasnt working, so Sam was talking to me and was working with me to get a Great price, and I left the car for a day and they got it done, and They gave me fair pricing and honest help with the problems I had. Hi everyone!! I did some suspension work on my 06 Jetta at this place . They replaced my Sway bar and Strut Mounts. Everything went good with Sway bar, no questions.But I am still wondering why after replacing my Strut Mounts I can still hear that noisy squeaking sound in the cold weather.(Control Arm Mounts,bushings,ball joints,struts were replaced before). So its your choice to come here or not. Overall its good.

This place did excellent work brake service on my car, for the best deal in DFW, AND let me bring in the part I bought from Ford. They won’t recommend services you don’t need, just to gouge you for more money, like Firstone or the like, and they even let my dog wait with me in the customer waiting area. I will definitely take my car to Sam’s Auto Care for anything it needs in the future — and any car I subsequently purchase!

I went in for a Car inspection today and it cost me $25.50 (Im pretty sure on the price). I wasnt greeted immediately, but thats because everyone in that shop was hard at work. I was in and out in about 30 minutes! There will be a lot of cars in the lot near the store, but dont worry theyre not all customers. I almost turned around cause I thought I would be there for hours waiting in line. In the waiting area they have coffee, tea, and a TV. I played on my phone and watched groundhog day. If there had been a couch in there I would have felt like I was at home, minus the other people of course...

Their customer service alone deserves 5 stars.

Sam gave me a 5 star service and fixed my car and saved me money with a discount. He is a professional and absolutely knows how to treat his customers with honesty. I have a couple more things that needs to get fixed in my car so I made my next appointment before I left. He did an amazing job on my car with the right price and now the car runs like a champ again. I will be driving to Kansas City in a few weeks to see my family with a peace of mind. If you are looking for a honest mechanic who you can trust and save you money then Sams Auto Care is the place to take your vehicle. He also makes great coffee and has free Wi-Fi and has a very clean and comfortable waiting room with clean restroom. He also provides a shuttle service but I didnt need it since I was comfortable in the waiting room and got some work done with the free Wi-Fi and great coffee. Thank you Sam!

I took my car for oil change. It was leaking oil that I found out after two days.Tookit back and they asked me a plug ($10) needs to be changed. Wish they would have found out the first day.I have found SAM to be the most honest and GOOD service people in my 35 + years of experience. I have been to High End vehicals to Law End vehicals. And I have gone to Those dealers to independentservice places like Sams.YOU cant find BATTER service place then this people.Thank you SAM>
