This whole crew are amazing! We had a big time problem with our car today, the alternator and the battery were in really bad condition making the car not start at all and they helped us find a solution to our problem and even if they were all busy they took the time to explain everything to us and keep us updated on our car. By far this is the best Auto Repair place I’ve ever been, thank y’all for the excellent service, we sure be back to this place for future repairs on our car.

I recently took my car here for a check engine light issue and I noticed that they have changed their staff. Nonetheless, I was grateful to meet the employee named Aaron. He was extremely sweet and kept me updated as the mechanics continued to work on my car. He even broke down everything that was being done to my car and what they believed the issue to be; Aarons great customer service is the reason I will continue to bring my car to Drivers Edge. If you decide to visit definitely ask for Aaron; he will make sure that you are well taken care of.

I just wanted to thank Andrew one of the managers I believe again for his service. I came in there 2.5 hours before close needing brakes & rotors ASAP. He made sure he found the parts for me & he was able to make sure my car got done before they closed. I truly thank you for that & your kindness.

Always honest about work being done. They will let you know if other maintenance is needed but I appreciate their opinion of what needs to be done at that time and what can wait. I went in for a state inspection, as I am new to Texas and need to register my vehicles. The service was completed within the time frame quoted. I was replacing the AC compressor and condenser myself and was shopping around for a local shop that would remove the old refrigerant, then pull a vacuum and replace with new refrigerant after my repairs. Not only did they accommodate my special request, but they also worked with my schedule, had it done faster/cheaper than quoted, and communicated with each other so every member of their staff knew who I was and what was being done to my car. Plus, no one tried to up sell me on anything. 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone and will definitely be coming back in the near future!

I had the absolute best experience at Drivers Edge. The staff here is honest, hard working, and efficient. When I needed help they stayed late to service my car and even waited until my ride came to get me! Andrew was hands down the most professional, kind, hard working manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Long story short - I had come from another car service facility and they had unintentionally messed something up with my tire and rotor. Andrew and Zach, the tech who worked on my car, found the problem but also solved it for me. Instead of sending me to the other facility where the mistake was made, Andrew reached out to their supervisor and settled everything. I didn’t pay a dime! I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to have some bulbs replaced in the front headlights and back brake lights. They were very busy, but decided to stop. They were able to get to the job done and that included having to order a front bulb and have it delivered within the next hour. Very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend!

I have been taking my car to drivers edge for as long as I can remember and it’s always the loyal customers that forget to leave a survey! I absolutely trust this shop with any of my vehicles. I went from driving a Nissan to driving a GLK and I still take my car to them. They used to have a valet service that would drop you off at a near by destination but not anymore. Either way they never try to up sell me in fact they randomly apply coupons to my service fees. Go with a shop you can trust. I trust Drivers Edge Plano.

I had an issue with EVAP system that was covered under warranty purchased from the dealership but the dealership could not get me in for service. I looked up through the insurance company (Assurant) and had drivers edge service the vehicle. Upon checkout the manager was on the phone with Assurant and we were told they would not cover the repairs as I needed to go to the dealership. The dealership could not correct the issue or give me a rental vehicle for service time as they did not have any available. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with Drivers Edge and I highly recommend them for service. They were kind prompt and open with every part of the process with Assurant.

The team was very professional and informative. That never seemed like they were scamming me. Very straightforward and honest and very generous and friendly. I will go back if I need any further service.

They didnt have to but it did help me attempt to get my car started to leave their establishment parking lot. But the prices for my car starter situation was too expensive. Something I can be done with at least $275 or $300 was equated to be $675. I was told that the company use great products. But like the saying goes.The customers is always right!

I came in to get an inspection prior to going for my annual registration. I was given a 1/2 hour wait time which was 5 minutes longer than the actual elapsed time! I happily went on my way. Professional and willing to help! I got a rear signal light connection issue and I went to other auto repair store to check first but they suggested me to replace the rear light assembly. To be honest, I think it was not a such big issue and unnecessary to replace that, so I decided to find another repair store to diagnose again. Then I found the Drivers Edge store and asked them to help. The guy just spent five minute to freely help me fix the issue! Awesome! Thanks again for the guy who helped me! Highly recommend!

Looks like the repair fixed the problem. Time will tell.When I first arrived I was told there would be a $140 charge for diagnostics. If I chose to have the work done the $140 would be deducted from the total repair charge. The diagnostic was to determine what was causing my Stable Trak light to come on. Intermittent. Did not stay on all the time. I was told I needed a sensor on the rear wheel.I was quoted $500 plus to repair. Well, I was going to be charged $140 anyway do I agreed. I then got on the web to see what the average orientation was for this work Part and labor was approx $300. I called Hufines Chev to see what there cost was. I was quoted $325. I called back to Drivers Edge and relayed the quote given to me. Drivers came down approx $70. My total was little over $420 plus. I recommend if you know what the problem may be before having your auto repaired, look up the avg costs for that repair in Plano and also call a dealer for a quote. $500 plus quote for a Stab Trak Sensor is a little much. At least Divers Edge did work with me somewhat but .......

All went well until they wanted to keep my car for 2-3 more days for a diagnostic and they gave me a pretty bad attitude about not being able to be with out my vehicle for that long when I was originally told it would take 3-4 hours
