Just worried about the money and not the customer. Took 2 months to get my Jeep back (still wasnt done!), I had to force Juan to give me updates and he didnt even submit part of the claim so he had to submit a second claim. Just a mess....I just pulled my Jeep from the repair center and going to get the rest of the repairs done somewhere else. Terrible and will never be back.
Today I’ve called twice to speak to Charles V. the insurance liaison with Huffines Plano’s Collision center about my windshield replacement and his voice message says he would be out of office June 3rd and would return the following Tuesday. It is June 21st and he still has the same message on his answering machine and won’t answer my phone call.This is clearly a lack of professionalism and service. If you need something fixed, I recommend you go somewhere else.

First time Ive ever had to had a vehicle repaired and I was a bit nervous about it. I took my Jeep Cherokee in with damage to the right front grill, right fender, lights etc. I have to say I was extremely pleased with the communication and quality of the repair. I was kept informed of the status, given a an ETA on completion and an explanation of what needed to be done. My car came out looking brand new. If, god forbid, I need collision repair in the future I will be taking my vehicle back here. Outstanding service and results.Definitely take your vehicle in here for repairs. You wont be disappointed.
Huffines did comprehensive body repair damage and coordinated everything with the insurance company of the person that hit my SUV. John King was my advisor. He was so detailed from the first time I took my car in, text updates I received and his super prompt responses to my emails. John took a bad situation and become an amazing problem solver. My vehicle looks great. John also did an extensive walk through when I picked up the vehicle and pointed out everything that was done. The time frame was exactly what he estimated too. A huge thank you to John and his team!

He is a true asset to Huffines, and should definitely be recognized as such.We purchased our Cherokee new from Huffines in 2015, have always had it serviced at Huffines, and have now had it repaired at Huffines.It is nice to have a local dealer group cultivate a relationship through such great customer service across multiple departments.As far as repair quality goes, they made it look as though no accident had ever occurred.The body work was perfect, the paint work was factory quality, and Trey managed to get insurance to approve OEM Jeep parts instead of salvage or aftermarket components (may or may not be possible with your particular claim).I am very happy with every aspect of my visit, and will definitely return should the need arise.5/5, would highly recommend.

Suggested new wiper blades which my husband had ordered on Amazon. Told me my SUV was in excellent shape for a 2007 Yukon Xl Denali. Thanks Reggie!
Ive been bringing my trucks here for service for several years. My sons have as well. Great service. Reggie is our service supervisor and is really good to work with. They are very thorough. Occasionally things happen and Reggie does what ever is needed to make it right. Weve never been disappointed.

I had a bumper replaced and some bodywork/paint done to the quarter panel on my 2014 Ram 1500. Took two weeks to get it done which was a little long. I go to pick up the truck. The guy pulls it up in front of the shop gets out, leaves the door open and walks right on by me. No walk around, no what do you think, no telling me what they did. I am in a hurry so I take off. I mean, they have quality control check it out before it is given back to the customer right? I get some gas and am standing by the rear door on the driver side. There is a big scratch by the back window and a bunch of overspray on the quarter panel and rear door. You cant miss it. I check out the bumper and the plastic step on top doesnt even fit right. I call them back and am told to bring it back up. Wrong answer. I say I am working seven days a week now and might be a month before I can do that. No alternatives offered. The correct answer would be to send someone to where I am to check it out and schedule repair. I am not doing you a favor by giving you my business. Never heard back, no follow up. Avoid this place. They just want to get it out the door. Quality control my ***. If I could give negative star I would.

Richard Schneider, is hands down the absolute best man that took care of me within the auto insustry. Hes super knowledgeable, he is extremely caring, definitely one of the most dedicated people that I have ever met in my life. This man is the reason that I will return my business till the end. Richard is a blessing. I cant thank him enough for his hospitality and heart.

I wish this had ZERO Star. This has got to be one of the most difficult, uncooperative, disorganized places I have ever been. ZERO assistance when it comes to helping customers and could careless if people are put out. I will never come to a Huffines dealership, service store or body shop again nor will I allow any friends, family or any random person I meet waste their time and money experiencing what I have gone through. If you have the opportunity, go somewhere else. You will be taken care of better.
They have done an outstanding job on two different repair jobs for me. One accident and one hail damage claim.

I do not recommend huffines Plano body shop repair. My car has been with them for over a month and a half now. I was told again and again and again that my car would be ready the next week for it to no surprise be pushed back. They didnt make things happen or try to find a way to stay true to their word. They didnt call with any updates what so ever. I am not impressed and you can bet I will not be using them again.
My Dodge Charger was taken in for collision repairs (USAA insurance claim) very early March 2016. 24 hours from delivery, March 23rd, I was not kept informed that my car would NOT be garaged during a known hail storm (broadcast all over the news at 4pm that there would be widespread hail from 9pm-1am that evening). If I had been informed, I would have gladly come and picked up my car, garaged it myself, then brought it back the next day to complete repairs. As a result it suffered hail damage due to the incompetence of the body shop staff and their lack of planning. The body shop refused to take responsibility for the new claim that had to be filed, so now Ive got two claims against my insurance in less than 3 weeks - neither of which were my fault and one of them happened outside of my even possessing the car (the hail). To be fair, they paid the second claim deductible and they fixed the car correctly from what I can tell. Im still VERY mad that their incompetence and lack of caring about my car led to it being severely hail damaged while in their care and their custody. They knew better! I dont know if I will ever trust them again. They acted like it was no big deal when they first contacted me and left a message that it had been hail damaged at their lot and now I had to open another claim to get it fixed when it wasnt even fixed from the first claim yet. VERY unprofessional!!!

My husband and I bought a vehicle from the Pre-owned side of Huffines Chevrolet and Hyundai in Plano on Saturday. We had the best experience ever!! They know how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed through the whole process. Service was AWESOME!! Great staff and great cars!! Will DEFINITELY go back, not your normal car dealership feel!! Would also recommend anyone to go check it out!!

Car was in for hail damage repair. No complaints on the work or the amount of time to repair given the severity of the thunderstorm which caused the damage. HOWEVER, there is a SEVERE lack of pro-active communication. Not to mention a less than friendly, caring receptionist.So, if you dont mind being in the dark and having to call/e-mail/text to get status updates for 6 weeks, this is the place for you.

A few problems they need to address.1. There is a designated person working on each car. If that person is out, no one knows what is going on. It seem having backups is a no-brainer.2. I have to beg for an update. Isnt this your job to give me an update?3. I had such a hard time reaching my assigned staff. He is usually not at his desk which I understand but I found voice mail was pointless.I wont come back due to subpar communication.
I am sitting here in tears because I have been out of my vehicle for over two months now. I dropped it off at the body shop on June 7th and was told it would take three to four weeks maximum. It is now August the 9th and the pick-up date was extended yet again. The pick update has been extended more than 5 times. I just want my car back. I dont want to drive rentals or borrow cars from other people anymore.The service advisor that I have been dealing with, Richard Schneider is very knowledgeable and has intermittently updated me on the status of my vehicle. I do like speaking to him but I dont feel like I will ever see my car again. If I ever do see my vehicle again, it sucks that I will actually have to pay these people something.
Well, i see the bad reviews probably bad experience i was about to give 1 star for the first experience but after that DOUG ANCKER took my case and everything changed he helped me alot always smiling or joking tryung to make my bad day in a good one had a great and happy experience with him if someone goes there ask for him
I tried the repair center because it was provided through the insurance. My Dodge Charger had gotten hit on the front fender. They had told me max a month. I was driving a rental car till it was in there. About half way in the month and there is a hail storm, they do not cover the cars or anything so the wait time was extended. Told me again about another month, I said fine then the insurance stopped paying because they were taking more and more time, 4 MONTHS LATER AND 2 HAIL STORMS LATER. My car finally comes out, and they not only went over the time they had told me but the hood, front fenders and roof of my car are not the same color theyre all different shades of the color theyre suppose to be and its very noticeable. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
As soon as I get my car back. I will NOT visit this dealership again. My car (2015 corvette) has been in the bodyshop since 7/21 for some simple repairs (repaint hood and fenders, replace headlights and windshield) and is going on week 2 of delay because of poor workmanship from their bodyshop. I went to pick up my car last Monday 8/14 and it had many issuse.. Multiple seals were out of place, there were pits in the paint on the drivers side fender, the front lip that I had bought new for them to swap out when they replaced the bumper had clearly hit something (probably a lift) after they installed it, buffing compound that they used to buff the car was dried in crevices all over the car and a lot of it was in the vent on the hood, and the windshield was installed off center.Once I left the dealer that day, I of course left my car so that they could fix those issues. I was told itd be a few days.. I never hear any updates or see any email updates so I call two days later just to make sure they were making progress and see where theyre at and Im told theyre getting the last part in that evening and itll be finished the next day.. Well the next day comes and I dont hear anything so I call again and was told that theyre now expecting the part that day and it should be done the next day.. So then I call the next day and they tell me that they now realize the windshield was installed about 1/4 inch off center and theyll have to re-install and possibly replace it if it breaks (which can be typical when removing windshields)So the windshield ends up breaking and then they source another one locally.. (keep in mind, this is Friday 8/18) They tell me it should be done by Monday 8/21 or Tuesday 8/22 at the latest. Well I call them today and am told that the windshield they received from the local dealer had an issue and now they have to order one from GM and itll be Friday 8/25 at the absolute earliest.I understand things happen, but this is simply ridiculous. Ive had cars in my past at multiple body shops and have never experienced anything like this. The employees are apologetic but it feels like thats where it ends. It doesnt feel like theyre doing anything to really make sure Im taken care of as a customer. Theyre simply apologizing and throwing me back in the loop.
The really strong hailstorm in the Murphy-Sachse area got my truck. Im very pleased with how courteous Richard and Joey were at Huffines Body Shop. They have helped me get it back to like new. They worked with my insurance co to get everything covered right, and as soon as insurance covered something fairly, they did the work quickly. I learned that insurance cos try to debate what they cover, but Huffines stood up for me and made sure the insurance covered everything honestly. I was kept informed along the way too, which was awesome. The severe hail damage meant that it took some time to get all of the parts in, but Huffines as soon as they got them, did the work quickly. If you are looking for a place that will not just do it, but repair your vehicle right, you are at the right spot. My friends who did Service King and others are crying because those other shops along us75 dont do as good as work as Huffines did. Im glad I ended up in the right place with Huffines.
My experience so far has not been all that good, Between Gieco and Huffines body shop they kept my car for over a month, and (Gieco said 7 days on repairs) the approvals were delayed and the machine quit during the job leaving my car in limbo to be fixed and when it was finally returned it was still missing a fog light.i called and asked when i could return for them to finish the job and that was a week ago, i guess i dont get my light back or fixed.they should pay my monthly car note for keeping it that long!!!
Left my car there for repairs to the bumper. I got it back late because I was told we messed up the paint and, a day after the due date my car was pelted with hail damage on their property because of this companys negligence to put my car inside during such weather. And to top it all off they are only paying half of my insurance deductible. This place is a joke. STAY AWAY

My car was being repaired for hail damage I was told it will take 3 weeks & my car will be fixed 3 weeks turn into 2 in half months no communication I had to pop up the body shop to find out what was going on with my car they started out text messaging me text message stopped no return phone calls back very poor communication which his terrible May 10th is when I put my car in the shop just now getting it back July 20th 😩
