I drive the BMW 750i, and I would normally use the dealership to work on this car. However, Omar & Nick assured me that their mechanic would be able to handle a valve stem & head gasket job on this car since he has near 30 years experience working on BMW & Mercedes. I must say, the mechanic did and OUTSTANDING job, the car runs smooth and fast, the 0-60 is even better than it was previously. I spent $3,400 for this job which is a great price, this is a BIG job! I highly recommend them.

I’ve been going here for an oil change for a few years now. It’s a little out of the way for me, but I have yet to find another place with a fair price along with great customer service that’s closer to me. They recognize me and greet me every time I walk in, and if they’re not too busy, i don’t have to wait any longer than 15 minutes (a lot of times it’s faster!).I love these guys. I hope they stay in business for as long as I’m in Dallas. Give them some love.

I just moved to the area and purchased a Groupon; when I went in, there was a sign that said they were under new management and would not accept it. I can understand this, but even when I walked through the door, the gentleman was sitting on the couch playing on his phone. I didnt even know he actually worked there until he acknowledged me. He wasnt very friendly, and gave the distinct impression he didnt care if my business stayed there. That being said, my boyfriend HIGHLY recommended this place prior to the change in ownership.

Changed my review from 5 stars to 1. My axle seal that they fixed didnt even last a year. New auto shop fixing the issue. My Warranty company said that the only way for it to get covered is to go back to this place. I knew they felt shady when I got there, seem very nice and welcoming(but who doesnt these days to get business). I also found that I had something missing in my jeep after I picked my jeep up. It wasnt valuable in a sense of cost. But was valuable in another way. Can be replaced though.

I dropped off my Gmc truck to do a transmission service and they test it out multiple times to make sure its working great also they kept me updated. They had recommendations for me to be aware of and making sure that my truck is safe to drive. I appreciate the great customer service and the friendly treatment and the fair low prices . I highly recommend this place..

I had my car vehicle service here and had a bad experience. When you are getting any estimate for repair, please get everything written down and signed. The guy I worked with (not sure of his name) but know he is a short skinny white guy was very forgetful. (Possibly on drugs) Had to constantly follow up on the status of the car. Was promised one thing and got something very different. They do work for cheap BUT at the expense of constantly coming up with more things to charge you for when you agreed to something else.While in this store, I noticed another customer having the same issue. Guy was coming back and lo and behold the manager wanting to charge him for something different. I learned my lesson and will not come back.It is just not worth it. If the shop continues with the same management it will be out of business soon.

This is by far the best auto shop I’ve ever been too. Came in the shop with damages to my BMW, something that I thought was I fixable and would have to get a new car. Took my car here brought my parts and left with a car looking it had never been damaged, even sprayed it to much the existing paint. Please take your car here!!

I discovered this location on Groupon. Being that I just moved to this side of town, Im so happy I found a mechanic that is knowledgeable and fair priced!What I appreciate is their friendliness and not treating me like some dumb female that they can price gouge.Highly recommended!

The person at the front desk was very nice and very helpful. I took my BMW M3 for a full tune up and starter replacement. They took very good care of the car, and now the car performs better than ever.

My BMW has been messing up and looked up these guys on internet and thought give them a try. Glad i did these guys are top notch especially Omar. These guys will bend over back to help you in your situation, they work with you on the pricing and just flat out care about their customers. I agree with the other post, I have been taking my vehicle here for some time and recommending this place to others. They seem real friendly, but if you know anything about cars and the amount of time and labor it takes to do certain things theyre over charging. Im disappointed too, because I thought they were genuinely nice people. Until it took them twice the time it wouldve taken me to complete a job, and they probably thought he wont know... I wont be taking my vehicle to this Pronto Lube anymore.

Took my car here for an oil change, pretty basic right...$1250 at another shop afterwards. I woke up the next morning to a puddle of oil in my garage! tow fees, engine repairs, power washing my garage, etc. this oil change cost me over $2000 DO NOT GO HERE! See you guys in court!

Worst place I have ever experienced in my life as far as car repair goes. It was hell and they are such liars just lie so much. They literally wasted my whole day waiting to fix my abs fault sensor and guess what they didnt even fixed it. Why couldnt you just tell me you couldnt fix it in the first place instead of just taking my money. Youll get what you deserve for screwing people over like me.

I took my Lexus car for oil change with coupon from Groupon and he said Struts were very bad and alignment needs to be done. He quoted around $785. I got shocked as it is just 3yrs old Lexus car and under warranty, I took it to the dealer and Christine brothers for check up. Both of them gave same feed back, alignment is good and struts are also in good condition. I got the print out of the alignment readings from dealer and Christine brothers and both are matching and looks very good. Be careful with these liers.

I cant say enough how pleased I am with the customer service and repair of our vehicle.My wife and I are new to Texas after moving from New York,Ahmed went out of his way to fix our car as I explained to him I had to travel back to New York,Ahmed provided my wife with a loaner at no cost while he quickly repaired our vehicle,I didn worry because I knew my wife was in good hands!! I will use Pronto for life and thank you again the car is running better than ever like new!!!

They are a bunch of scammers, please do not take your car there. They will lie and play games with you once you pay them. I had my car towed to their shop to get repairs done, I paid $1300 when i picked up my car, car broke down the next day for the same issue. I towed the car to their shop again, its been sitting there for 2 weeks, no updates or nothing, i am constantly calling them to get updates and they do not pick up your calls. They will keep telling you stories upon stories, they are not straight forward. Avoid them if you can.

I had bought a Groupon coupon to get my oil change and A/C check up done.Sam and his crew did a thorough job on the A/C diagnosis and some more..on visual inspection they made some suggestions as well to replace the serpentine belt (which was wearing out) and the air filter . They were very polite in the way they made their suggestions..reason why I point that out is based on my experience some auto shops do make it uncomfortable for you by pushing services which you may not need or may not be urgent.Coming back to the A/C diagnosis ..compressor turned out to be the root cause and had to replace it.. the decision was to either replace just the compressor or the whole kit . I just went with the compressor replacement the next day. ..and now with the serpentine belt, and a/c compressor replaced I feel lot more safer and comfortable on the road...not to forget they even picked me up and dropped me off while I waited for the service to get doneI plan to go there again for my next service milestone as well.I would rate it A+ for professionalism, customer service, prompt service. I highly recommend this to anyone

Nice employees, quick service, not pushy to upgrade oil change or sell more services but do offer and suggest when to get services done for better life of the car. They also honor their Groupon price without having to purchase it on groupon, when available just mention it.

Prompt service. Went in with the groupon, but they said theyd have matched the price anyway. The mechanic suggested I replace the air filter but wasnt imposing, I did replace the part. I am going back. In n out 20 mins.

The first time I came here, I came for an oil change, they told me that my brakes were bad and that I needed new brakes. I told them it had not been long enough to need brakes. He insisted. I told him Ill think about it and took it to another shop. They pulled the brakes out and showed me that my brakes were still almost brand new. I called the Pronto back and told them and they said, oops must have been a different car.It did not feel right but decided to give them a 2nd chance. After that, everytime I called, they say they are busy with over hour wait. After about the 10th call, I asked if I can book an appointment instead of just bringing in my car and waiting over hour and then however long it takes for the service. Omar said he is wide open in the afternoon and that he would have me in and out in 10-15 minutes. I booked an appointment. I arrived and filled out the clipboard, and let them know that I was here for my appointment. They said they have a ton of cars, but they will do my car next. After 40 minutes of waiting, I asked for my keys back. What is the point of setting an appointment if you are not going to honor it and make me wait just like everyone else? I was hoping they would redeem themselves, but I was left wasting a lot of time and hope instead.

I went here for oil change on 5 /13. Shop supposed to be open @0800. Guy doesnt show until 0815. He says will be with me in a minute. 0845 he comes in lobby ignores me grabs a paper and back out garage he goes. I left. Clearly this shop has so much business they cant even address a customer and provide expectation on wait.

STAY AWAY!We recently purchased a Groupon to get an oil change. My wife took our Tahoe in and they tried telling her there was around $1000 worth of repair work that was needed. We immediately took the truck our truck to Nashs and they SHOWED us where the con-artists pants were on fire - from being a big fat liar. No more Groupon Pronto purchase for us.

Mmm I was thinking to take my truck to this location to fix my heater but if they disguise their intentions to over change on unnecessary parts or labor time behind a friendly faces that means (Son Trazas) that means to rob people legally 😠 sorry Trazas Im taking my business some where else .
