Very personal and Great Customer service

We have been with Dave and his team when they took over the previous agents office many years ago after his untimely passing. We have been thrilled with their help throughout lifes challenges, whether it was a car accident, a hailstorm, setting up a business policy all the while making sure we were more than just covered, that we felt good throughout the process. There are 1000s of insurance agents in the area and many insurance companies to choose from. My philosophy is to do business with people you like and like you. Dave, his wife and team have always been that... great partners for our home and business. I 1000% recommend!

Ive been with State Farm for 29 years; a great majority of which was with one agent. Some time ago I was lucky enough to be paired with Joe (based on my last name). When my original agent retired I followed Joe in his State Farm journey, where hes now with Dave Kiley. I have many varying policies with State Farm and Joe is extremely knowledgeable about each one. He is extremely timely with answers to any questions/emails. Most importantly, Joe is someone I trust and I know our best interest is his priority. I know this because he has guided me with success throughout many different insurance experiences over the years. Joes customer service is excellent! I highly recommend Dave Kiley - State Farm.

I recently changed my car insurance policy to State Farm from Travelers and could not be happier. I was referred to Dave Kiley by a friend and am so glad I went forward with my decision to change. I signed up with a lower rate, constant communication and better customer service. It is sad to see a bad review posted toward a great business. I only feel it necessary to say that my experience has been the exact opposite. Any time I have ever had a question or concern I have been able to call or e-mail with a prompt response to follow. I have made a personal connection with Dave Kileys office that is hard to find these days. Even better than that,I just recently had to obtain renters insurance which LOWERED my monthly payment!! Amazing! I will be forever be a loyal customer of Dave Kiley.

He is incredibly prompt on his replies to emails or calls and has helped us get our insurance in order.Dave was excellent on helping us set up a college savings plan for our son. I had insurance with them for over a year I had 2 previous late payments. He told me I couldn’t have any more late payments I was OK I called them on the 20th about my claim to see if something was covered I was OK with that. I get an email On the second saying I’ve missed my payment oh I tried to call and make a payment she said they will not take my payment my policy is going to be canceled OK why Did his office not remind me when I spoke to him on the 20th that my payment was due in seven days she had my policy yet she had had to call State Farm to see if something was covered or not to me a good agent watches your back I don’t feel like she watched my back at all.

Dave Kiley has been my State Farm agent for several years and I have had nothing but excellent experiences. Sharon Salazar has always went above and beyond any time that I have had questions. I have 3 autos one recently added. I also added a life insurance policy recently and she took her time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I recommend Dave Kileys office any chance I get!

WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS... I have been advised by State Farm corporate to hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit against this agent, yet State Farm is doing nothing... Avoid the nightmare I am living!I signed up for a policy in November 2014, in December 2014 they billed my credit card 5 times for the monthly payment...AND they canceled my policy!!!After collecting 5 times what they were supposed to.They also sent me 2 bills for January for more than twice the amount I agreed to pay.I have tried calling their office numerous times with no answer. Their 24 hour customer service does nothing but tell me to call back later.Apparently someone in their office did a new application for a different policy without EVER telling me, Im not an attorney, but Im pretty sure that is insurance fraud.On top of credit card fraud.I am amazed this person is in business.I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with State Farm corporate to resolve it and nothing has been done.They have told me their highest level investigations team would contact me... In 2 or 3 weeks!!!Is that a joke?This whole scenario is so bad, it is almost funny. Except they have stolen my money and wasted a HUGE amount of my time.Update:I was promised a refund to my credit card 2 weeks ago, that has NOT happened. The agent is a crook, State Farm is unresponsive and rude, and their only suggestion to me is sue them. Even though they admit 100% to writing a policy I never signed for or agreed to and are now over charging me for not 1, but 2 policies.I have now spent over 10 hours on the phone with State Farm getting transfered from one department to another over and over, being told a supervisor will call me to investigate and nobody has.This is the worst insurance experience I have ever had.Run away, fast, and dont look back.

I have had car an renters for the past 3 years. The people who work there are so nice shout out to dave, sharron, griffin paul, lisa and lindsey. They treat you like family and they always know me by my name. wonderful when filling a claim or dealing with anything under the sun. I could go to any other place but i choose them because of the customer service.

Contacted them to get a quote and never got call back.
