Ive had my renters policy with Jessicas agency the past 2 years, and imo it has to be one of the best-run insurance agencies you will find anywhere. Jessicas outstanding, and the customer service provided by Jessica and her employees is as good as it gets.In fact, and this is what prompted my review, I had a problem with my Apartment complex just this week. They informed me that they didnt have current proof of insurance from me (they did) and were going to assess a penalty until I could get this matter straightened out. I called Jessicas office, and Maria immediately started working on my behalf. There actually turned out to be multiple issues, but Maria was able to both update my policy and provide all necessary documentation to satisfy every request the Apartment had.So, thanks to Jessica and Maria for the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this agency. Im hardly their biggest or most important client, but they always treat me like I am.

After a 50-year stint with another insurance company (between my wife’s parents’ family and ours), we recently switched our provider – 6 weeks ago. After years and years with the same agent, I began to suspect I was overpaying for auto insurance. A friend suggested I try State Farm, and I am so glad I did! Choosing a new auto insurance plan with Vincent was a pleasure, but also educational. He showed me right away how much I could save, as well as key options I had never considered, without a sales pitch. Vince listened to me, offered honest direction, and customized my final plan perfectly. It was so easy, I had almost forgotten about it, when I was surprised by a flat tire in downtown Dallas. But then, I remembered how Vince had added roadside assistance to my plan—one of the options I’d never considered—and I was so grateful for his help! I called the roadside hotline and they had someone out to change my tire quickly, and the customer service on the hotline was great, too.

There is a wonderful staff who really cares about you as a person and not just a number. They really help insure your needs as well as ease your mind from the stress of unexpected losses. Their claim handling process is second to none. I recommend this state Farm agent to anyone who wants to be properly protected and cared for.

Jessica is wonderful to work with and she always goes above and beyond. She connects at a personal level and most importantly understand what the consumer needs. Honestly I felt State Farm policies are expensive and never bothered to get a quote but surprisingly they, I were 30% lower than current policy. Jessica works real hard and with out her, I wouldnt have known about State Farm quote and hence wanted to pen down my experience.

Everything is really at the beginning. Really nice people in the office. The only bad thing is the they lie to people they tell you a good premium. But just wait until you get the bill maybe higher than the old insurance you had before.

Somehow this office got my contact info and claims i met Jessica at an event (which i did not) and for about a month they have blown up my phone with 20+ calls and just wont give up. You would think they would give up after 2 or 3 attempts and no call back, but no they bombard you until you get so frustrated you have to write a bad review because of the annoyance.

He also helped me a lot with the claim to fix my car due to a blow they gave me, he helped me find the shop to go to, they attended me and left the car very well in that place.
