I can’t speak on the quality of their work, but I find it extremely strange that they are in apartment parking lot in Euless like vultures EVERY day. I have asked to see their solicitor’s permit multiple times only to be told they don’t have one. Our community has no solicitation signage all over. It’s creepy walking to your car and random people coming up to your every evening while trying to leave asking “is that your car?” I have told these people multiple times I’m not interested due to their practices, and they won’t let up. It’s ridiculous to have such a poor experience with a company that you aren’t even seeking to do business with! I’m leaving this review in hopes that the activity quits before I’m forced to contact Euless Police Department.

When the hail storms hit earlier this year, simply didn’t bother to fix my car. Paul knocked on my door and told me how great they were. Weeks later I decided to allow them to repair my car from hail damage and I was WOWED! My car looks amazing after they repaired it. The took care of my deductible and gave me a loaner car in the mean time. They are GREAT at what they do and make everything so easy for you as a customer. I was hit with hail damage and Rocco with Dent-Picks reached out with a personal note and business card rather than one of the standard flyers that often come from fly by night operations. I did a little research to ensure that Dent-pics was an established business in the area and wouldnt disappear (along with my lifetime warranty) before obtaining their services. They drove out to Arlington from Plano, met with me, then took my car themselves leaving me a loaner so I wouldnt be without. They kept in contact and returned every query I sent in a timely fashion. Once the work was finally approved by Insurance they were going to get me my car by June 1st. This was bad for me as I intended to car shop on May 31st and I asked if there was any way they could speed it up and complete by then. I got a call the morning of the 31st stating my car was finished. It looked amazing! Thats what you call 5 star professional service. Thank you!

I reached out to this company after my car was damaged by hail and was disappointed right off the bat. Before handing over my vehicle, I pointed out three areas that were missing paint and advised the sales guy that I wanted these areas addressed. He acknowledged my request and said they would do what they could. I advised him that I discussed these areas with my adjuster and that my adjuster also acknowledged my request. My disappointment started when the shop/sales guy did not communicate that a scheduled virtual inspection did not take place and I had to reach out to them for status updates. The response I received stated that an estimate was sent instead (okay, no big deal but still I believe that should have been communicated). The advisor continued to inform me that the shop did not submit for all the work on the vehicle because it would total my car. Um, what?! When I called to discuss this I was told that this was standard for this shop because thats how they get paid. Shocked by his response I called the owner, the owner basically said the same thing and stated that I was asking him to commit insurance fraud. As an individual who deals with storm restoration insurance claims daily, I am well versed on what hail/storm damage is and know that I am well within my rights to ask for this. Upset by the lack of integrity the shop portrayed, I told the owner I would like to pick up my vehicle. His response was he was unsure if my car was assembled. Again, WHAT?! The vehicle was damaged by hail and was not in a car accident, confused by the response I reached out to another company who explained this is not standard practice but a technique likely used to make sure I could not pick up the vehicle (my adjuster also confirmed that this is not standard practice). Sure enough, when I went by later that day my car had been disassembled and the shop guys stated that the situation was all a big misunderstanding and that all damages were sent to the adjuster. When I spoke to my adjuster, he confirmed that the shop did not include the damages that I had requested and that he would be reaching out to the shop to get this added, and that it would likely total my car. To bring a close to a long story, my car was totaled and my insurance company had to negotiate egregious charges from the shop to get my car back. Oh, and when I picked it up, it was not properly reassembled making my taillight light non-functional and I had to go back to get it corrected. I understand that not everyone wants their car totaled but to operate the way they currently are shows a lack of integrity and that at the end of the day they will do what is best for them regardless of what is best for the vehicle owner.

After the hail storm, Ive had the opportunity to experience several different PDR companies via my roommates and neighbors. Dent Picks was by far the best overall experience from beginning to the end. My f-150 looks better than new with their great detailing and after expecting the repairs under appropriate lighting, I couldnt find a single wobble anywhere on the body. The same cant be said for my roommates identical truck. If I ever need repairs again, Im going here!

They did an awesome job fixing the hail damage to my car they even went over and beyond by removing the dents on the doors of my car. My insurance didn’t include a rental car they gave me a loaner car for free until the day my car was ready and it was delivered to my apartment. Finally, they waived my deductible this completely blew me away. I strongly recommend this company to anyone seeking to fix dents and hail damage to their vehicle!!!

Found DentPicks on my Facebook Feed, so that made me a bit skeptical. I made an appointment and met with Vytas. I showed him what I needed fixed and he pointed out another ding that I had not even noticed. He quoted me a price that was difficult to believe, so I was once again skeptical. He asked if I needed a loaner to buzz around while they did the work, I had a ride coming, but that was a super nice touch. He called a few hours later and told me my car was ready. To my surprise, the car looked spectacular. Not only did they make the dents disappear, but they detailed my car. Amazing work, fantastic customer service and great prices. I had a car and a truck that got damaged in the same hail storm. Dentpicks is 30 miles from me but I was very impressed with Roccos presentation on what they could do for us and I took the truck there as an audition for the car. They knocked it out of the park on the truck so we took the car there too and got the same results. They offered to deliver a rental car and take the vehicles with no hassle on my part, but I opted to drive up there and take a look at the shop and meet the owner. It was clean and professional. This company is hungry to show you great service and they work hard to make you happy. My insurance company wanted me to select a shop from their preferred list but I went with Dentpicks and it turns out my insurance company was already well acquainted with them. Rocco is a highly experienced and skilled representative to interface with your insurance company and he will talk it all through with you step by step. The owner (Vytas) stopped what he was doing and came out to discuss our repairs with us every time we went there. I highly recommend this shop for ease of navigating the insurance pieces and for high quality repairs. I feel like they dealt fairly with me and I never felt like they were trying to up-sale me on any of it, but they readily talked about other issues that needed attention on the car when I asked them about them. We just got our car back from Dentpicks, and they did a fantastic job! Great service and amazing work! Took SUV to get door repaired after a run-in with my garage. Body shop gave estimate of over $4k and 5 days in the shop, but Dentpicks was able to do it for just over $1k, in and out the same day. I had a fairly nasty door ding on my 2014 Subaru STi on the right rear quarter panel. It was right on a body line and I had been told by 2 separate Paintless Dent Repair businesses that it would be impossible to remove 100% without body work and paint.I saw Dentpicks on Facebook and decided to stop by. Vytas met me in the parking lot and told me it would be no problem at all. We went over the car and noted a couple other dents and imperfections. Due to location of the dent he quoted me $300 for the all repairs on the car which I thought was fair. That price included acomplimentary detail (which was top notch by the way)I was blown away when I picked up the car. That nasty crease scratch was GONE. I mean it was like fckn magic!! I was impressed with the work that they have done and on time. I brought my BMW 320i this morning to fix the dents on the side doors. It took 1.5 hours to fix it. I worked with V. Kucinaskas, who is an expert and so professional on what he is doing. His quality of work is outstanding and the pricing was very reasonable. The system they use for quotation is also well managed and transparent to the customer for visibility. The shop is very welcomed environment and it is very clean. They also have a Nespresso coffee and cold drinks for the customers. :)Overall, I was very satisfied on the work and meeting V. I am willing to go back if I have anything to fix on my car.

Did a great job repairing a single 6” dent in a fender from low speed impact with a tree, which fortunately did not break the paint. Dent crossed a crease line in the fender, which I was concerned would make repair difficult but they fixed it perfectly. Even knowing where to look I can’t see any trace of the dent. This is a much better repair method for this kind of dent than traditional body shop approach. Was also very quick; done same day. And the guys in the shop were a pleasure to deal with.

It takes a lot to impress me but these guys hit it out of the park! From the moment they arrived I knew I had made the right call. I needed them to come to me which the readily did. Their people skills, focus on customer satisfaction, knowledge and meticulous attention to detail are second to none. I hope I don’t need them again but if I do I won’t even consider anyone else.

Fantastic shop. Took my sedan here to repair a pretty bad door ding. The owner gave me an accurate assessment of how much and how long the repair would take (same day service). Honestly wish I had taken my car here last year when I had some hail damage. The shop I went to (on the other side of Plano) did a very poor job and took a very long time. The owner was able to immediately point out the poor quality of work done by the other shop. I hope my car doesnt get any damage in the future, but if it does, I will definitely come back to Dentpicks even though its a bit far from where I currently live and work.

This is the second car I send to Vytas, owner of Dent Picks. My wifes car(2018 Toyota Camry) had several door dings and I told her I know the best guy in town that repaired some nasty dings on my 2019 Honda Civic Si. Not only is this guy Vytas the best but nobody can beat the quality of his dent removals. His prices are possibly the best in Dallas. I know because I had 5 different estimates before I decided on him. He fixed my wifes 4 door dings in under an hour. Usually I don’t leave reviews, but this shop is worth every penny. Left my little Fiat for few days to fix small issues with the car and it was done with precision and speed. Those guys did over and beyond my expectations. Will come back with my other car to fix some small dents
