Very convenient collision repair shop with enterprise car rental next-door. Insurance process made it easy to have the car repaired here although I wish they had told me when I picked up my car that one of the parts was on back order so I ended up going home and just realizing later that they left off the side molding on my door door. When I first called to ask about this I asked him to look at the pictures to validate the side molding on there when I drop the car off but they said there was no such molding. I had to show them pictures of the car I had taken on my own to prove to them the car had original door moldings.

They unplugged my dash cam for the week and half they had my car. After I got my car I put it on a lift and saw both my front lower control arm ball joints are freshly blown out, and they used close to half a tank of gas and didn’t fill it up at the very least, as well as now my alignment seems off, probably related to the ball joints. DO NOT GO HERE. I have no idea what else they did since my dash cam was unplugged, and only plugged back in minutes before they gave me my car back. AND I DONT WANT YOUR COPY AND PASTE “sorry yo hear about your poor experience. And we appreciate you bringing this to our attention” BS

I worked with 2 different associates. They were both very knowledgeable and pleasant. The 2nd associates is the one who I worked with for drop off and pick up. He explained everything that was going to happen and how thier process works in detail and what they were going to do and check on my car. He explained timeless for work and that they have a texting system that would update me on a regular basis, but that I could also call if I wanted. I dropped the car off about closing time, but sure enough first thing in the morning I received a text stating that my car was checked in and work was beginning. I received another text stating the car had been looked over and I was given a estimated time of completion. I received several texts as the process went along with actions being completed and targeted date still on track. They actually ended up finishing a day early. They called me and I went to pick up my car. The 2nd associate who checked me in was the same who checked me out. He went over what they did, warranties and guarantees. He answered all of my questions. I paid and was on my way!AMAZING SERVICE. This is the only place and location that I will be visiting if needed. (Although, I hope I dont need collision service again lol)

Your portal said my car was going to be ready on February 14th. I showed up on Monday February 17th and my car was not yet ready. I was told that there was a missing grill that had not shown up and that your portal had not updated that the delivery date. I was nice and understood this could happen. When I asked about next steps I was then told that the car would be completed on February 19th. I was also told to not come in until someone called me to confirm pickup time. However, I kept checking your portal and it continued to show February 19th as a completion date of my cars repairs. After not hearing back from anyone on the 19th, in the afternoon I called again, but didnt get clear answer on when I could pick up the car. I waited until February 20th to call again and spoke to the service team. They said the repairs have been completed but that a final inspection was needed. I was told that the car would probably be ready in the afternoon of the 20th. However, I did not receive a call either with an update of any kind. I then called Friday the 21st at 8 a.m. I spoke to the same technician who told me the car was not starting and that he was waiting to hear back from his manager on next steps. I explained to him that the battery was new and under warranty, and that I would like to get an ETA on when I could at least inspect the repairs and determine what to do about the battery. I was told that he would call me back. I waited until 5:30 p.m. that day and after not hearing back from anyone at Service King in Plano, I drove there to see my car completely dead. When I asked what happened or what the status was to get my car back operational, I was told that the manager had left for the weekend and that next steps would be determined on Monday the 24th. This was simply unacceptable, so with some help from your techs I was able to jump start the car and took it out of the repair area. I paid my bill with Service King and had the battery replaced on Saturday. Im absolutely disgusted with the level of service that this location provided me. Not only that I have to wait, and hound someone for an answer on my car I had to incur an extra week of car rental charges as a result of the delay for a simple repair. The repairs to the bumper of my car also had some defects, but I did not want to wait any longer for those to be fixed. Im not planning to EVER return to Service King and plan hope that no one else goes through what I went through.

The service was impeccable. They made it very convenient to drop off my car as well as pick up the rental. They even had it arranged to have the car brought to me if needed. During the repairs, they kept us updated the entire time as to where they were in the process, via phone call or text. We were very pleased with the customer service.

I took my car in for service and Jeremy was extremely nice and helpful. He initiated conversations and walked me through everything before I left my car. Everything he said, he did. He called me every day with an update on my car, and he was so easy to reach. He told me when it would be done and it ended up being done two days earlier. Easiest experience I’ve ever had honestly!

Liked the place. Got my SUV repaired. Good customer service and professional people. C rental service available next door so it is easy to drop off and pick up your car for repair. Big parking area but remains busy all time. You can have tea or coffee at the reception for free.

Had repair work done after a front end collision. Got the car back sooner than expected, but had to bring it back twice for issues that werent fixed properly. After the last time, I noticed that the paint job on my car was already flaking as well. They provide a warranty on repairs so I decided that I would take it back later, as I needed my car. Then a month later, I got a call from them accusing me of having not paid my deductible. Luckily I kept the receipt and they discovered that they added my payment onto someone elses account (lucky them). If you can go somewhere else, you may want to.

The Review.I just experienced all around bad service. It would go so far to call this location trash. I dont typically leave bad reviews but in this case I must voice my opinion. I went in for a quote over 2 weeks ago, since then I have been contacted twice to ask if I am ready to get my car repaired. Each time I have to explain that no one has given me a single quote for the work that needs to be done.The first time, I was told that my quote would arrive within an hour to 24 hours at max, a week went by. I found out later my first quote was deleted after they put it through. We spoke for about 10 minutes about what I needed done, and I was told they would not be able to fix my bumper but they would get me a quote for my trunk which was where most of the damage and my overall concern was.The second time I was asked to come in to get the repairs and explained all over again that I still havent received a quote. I was transferred to the Plano office where I was told that my quote was ready but come to find out they ONLY quoted me for fixing the bumper which if you recall above they had told me they would not be able to fix and that they would focus on the trunk. So how they messed up the 2nd quote is beyond me.I was told that they would have an my adviser or whoever handles the claims call me, this never happened. No one reached out to me at all.If they were honest then they would just come clean and say that they are not willing to work on my car. Dont waste my time and send me through loops just to dodge a quote.100% unprofessional and I would never want to have something I value handled by anyone who is that piss poor at giving basic service.I urge all of you to find another location or company to handle your vehicles, if you value your car and the work that is put in because its very clear that they dont put attention to any details what so ever.

Repairs done in about a week after another car side swiped me. Paint job looks ok but final details were obviously rushed. Plastic pieces and covers not snapped in all the way. Paint under hood was completely ignored and still cracked/now rusted from impact. Said they did an alignment but steering wheel points to 1 o’clock.

These people are, in my opinion, grossly incompetent and dishonest. My car developed an interior leak in heavy rain. I took it to this Service King and the service manager named Ronnie told me they could fix the problem. Several days later he messaged me and told me my car was fixed and ready to go. I paid the bill of over $450 and went outside to inspect my vehicle. It had been raining that day and my vehicle was wet inside at that very moment. Ronnie promised me they would fix it and had my car for another week or so. Once again he told me the problem was fixed. At this point I was skeptical and asked exactly where the leak was and how they had fixed it. Ronnie was very evasive and could not give me a straight answer, but he did bring out his manager who made a show of shutting a piece of paper in my doors to show me they were sealed. They assured me that if I had any other problems they would fix it. The next big rain revealed there was no change and my car was still leaking. When I returned they refused to do any more work on my vehicle unless it was approved by my insurance. Out of frustration I took my vehicle to another body shop that found the actual problem and fixed it in just a few hours with a bill of $130. This Service King is, in my opinion, incompetent. They could not find a problem that was obvious to another shop. This Service King is, in my opinion, dishonest. Not only did they twice tell me the problem is fixed, they do not stand behind their work. I gave them a car that leaked and they returned my vehicle to me in the exact same condition and charged me over $450 to do so. The number of 1 star reviews should tell you everything you need to know.

My insurance company sent me to this repair shop to get an estimate on hail damage for my car. I made an appointment, showed up on time and they said the guy who was supposed to do my estimate went to lunch. I asked them if someone else could do the estimate since I had made an appointment. They said no one else could help me that I could wait till Matthew Huntley came back from lunch. So I waited 45 minutes for Matt to come back from lunch. I asked Matt why he went to lunch when he knew he had an appointment and he told me that anybody else could have given me an estimate. Matt took a preliminary estimate of the car and it took about 10 minutes. My insurance company asked for a in depth estimate and I told him that is why I was sent here. Matt said it would be two hours and he would need to call a specialist. Terrible way to run a business and absolutely horrible customer service. Dont waste your time or money here.

I stopped by Wednesday 6/12 after work, (right before they closed), because my brake lights weren’t working; thinking something may not be plugged in after my car was repaired a couple of months ago. John came out and personally checked both of my brake lights, showed me the bulbs, explained how they worked, replaced them both without charge. He went above and beyond; Exceptional Customer Service! My vehicle was repaired at this location a couple of months ago, for extensive damage resulting from another driver running a red-light. Service King Collison Repair did an excellent job repairing the body work for my vehicle!

They were going to do some work on a Mercedes and the work they were planning on doing was $3k over and above what was needed. The vehicle was taken to Mercedes and was fixed according to the proper protocols and was reasonably priced. NEVER TAKE A MERCEDES TO SERVICE KING.

These guys went above and beyond for my insurance claim. After another body shop wanted to charge me three hundred dollars above my deductible. After talking to these guys, they drove over, picked up my car and repaired it quickly. They even did some research for me to see if there was any paint issues from the manufacturer because they said that might even cover my deductible. I will definitely be using them again.

I would typically not say a place should be closed permanently but in this case I can’t help it. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow and paying the location yet another unhappy visit. I’ll start from the beginning, hang on, it’s a bumpy ride.The vehicle had some basic and minor front end damage. Very simple for even your average body shop. The first time they called me in claiming the product was ready, it had a wrinkle in the new paint. This was not a big deal to me but I have seen what a tinkle can do so I asked them to fix it. The floor guy said it could be buffed out. After about twenty minutes he came out and said we have to repaint yo bumper. I wasn’t unhappy because they were doing the right thing to properly fix it.A few days later they called me back. I was totally expecting to get my car this time. When they pulled it out front, a potential wrinkle was the least of my worry. The bumper was obviously crooked. A Football ref could of even seen it. Plus, one of the front parking sensors was just hanging there. They actually called me to come get this. Of course the guy rushed it to the back and said he would be right back out. He came out and said they fixing it all real quick and will have it right back out. Well, they brought it back out as intended and I didn’t even have to walk towards the car. The guy gets out of the car and says “how is that”. I said how is what, it is even worse than before. Without even walking to the front of the car the guy out his head down and said I know. That is even worse, he knew it was awful before he brought it back out. So again they sent me home. They said that they would order an OEM bumper instead of using the aftermarket. That meant I had to wait for a new bumper and new paint job. This time when I got it back, it seemed right and I left.Fast forward to today. I need my vehicle inspection done. The horn doesn’t work. That’s weird. The car is still under 25k miles. So I start investigating. All my fuses are fine. My horn is in the area service king was replacing so I figured I would investigate as maybe they forgot to plug it in. I remove the wheel well and my horn looks okay I guess, I will run a volt test on it later. What blew my mind was my air intake. It isn’t mounted, not one screw. It’s just loose flopping around in the front bumper cavity. Totally upset I decided to check the other side. Same thing. An air intake that is just loose. You can see where it is supposed to mount, it’s obvious. This is something I couldn’t see from the outside. Now I have to pay another visit tomorrow.At this point I will be hard to convince the horn issue isn’t related to them as it is right in the middle of everything they dealt with and I am pretty confident that nothing is truly done correctly on this job. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. This particular location didn’t ruin it for their location, they ruined it company wide. I will be contacting corporate, this they need to know.

The Service King at this location has gone far and beyond my expectations. Their customer service is second to none. I had my first accident at the age of 35 and it created so much stress and anxiety. I was in tears, but Robert was always able to keep a smile on my face. Robert continued to keep me up to date with calls and texts about the status of my vehicle.When the repairs were completed, I had no way of picking up my car. They offered to drop my car off to me and return my vehicle.To my surprise, they returned the vehicle to me cleaned and fully repaired. The car was returned in better condition than I left it in. They took care of the vehicle as if it was their own. That meant a lot to me. More than they would ever know.

My son just picked up his car that was brought in for bumper repair following an accident. The insurance estimate called for a new bumper, and the check that was given to Service King Collision Repair was for a new bumper, and they took the money for a new bumper, but only patched the old bumper up. And didnt even do a great job at that. This is fraud at its basic level. I highly recommend nobody go to this establishment for any kind of collision repair work. My son attempted to communicate his dissatisfaction to Personnel at the front desk, but was basically ignored. Avoid!

I had a repair done a year ago (2016) and had a problem with it that I noticed this past weekend. The guy working Saturday told me to come back on Monday and theyd take care of it. Said it would only take 5 minutes.I took it in Monday morning and he was absolutely right! They asked no questions; just looked me up on the computer and assigned a person to me. I explained the problem and he said no problem, took the car back and had it out in 5 minutes. These people are great. I also noticed how they handled all the people in the reception area and they were friendly and respectful.I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give ZERO stars for this Service King location, I would. I had the positively worst experience EVER with them - sad, since Id used the Fort Worth Service King a few times and had been quite pleased.This Service King changed the estimate on a major repair twice (without even starting the work and discovering something new), eventually to the point that the cost would be double the original estimate -- noting were talking about thousands, not hundreds. At the end, the estimate (more than doubled where we started) was $5K more than a brand new car replacement, making apparent that SK didnt want to do self-pay repairs and that their estimating practice was.... questionable....Surprise! They charged a real fortune for the amount of time the car sat in the lot, including the week or so of repair estimating. Incredible, really. Infuriatingly, it would be cheaper to park the car in the most expensive downtown Dallas garage - or DFW airport, including tipping the valet! At the end of this experience, I wouldnt take a car to them again if you paid me to bring it to them. One furious ex-customer, forever.

Worst customer service I ever received. The Manager at this Service King is rude and cheap. I heard and seen the manager discussing with Wyatt that my car would not be repaired with a alignment and no new tire. Gieco Insurance is the worst and both need to learn white glove customer service. My car was hit on the driver side and needed a new tire and alignment. There was a used rim replaced and my same tire was put back on my car. Now my car pulls to the right and shakes. Black women are not welcomed here. I asked for a courtesy ride to work because I did not want to use enterprise car rental. I was told it would be 2 hours before I could get a drop off at work. Which is in Richardson right of 75. Not even 10 minutes away from service king. Worst service ever, I could only be reached by text message, receptionist from Hell did not let me speak to no one working on my car. This place was very prejudice and disrespectful. I rather took the money to fix my own car.Today I brought my car in for the front wheel alignment. Service was much better and Im completely satisfied with service.

Highway Rubbery, Nice Office, Coffee and Tee, Smiling Faces, but they dont do what they tell youMy wifes car had a dent at passenger doors, and they said it will cost almost 1200 to repair giving that they will cover few scratches also here and there then they said dent went deep into the door panel and the whole door has to be changed, estimate shoots to almost 3500 because they they have to blend the new door and paint big part of the car to make color even, they fix the door, did not cove any other thing and they did not even wash the car and that took them 14 days to do, Insurance company paid for everything but I still thing its highway rubbery and for that much cost they cold do better job or at least wash the car ...dont let the coffee and tee fool you

I was pleased with how the outside of my car turned out. I thought they did a good job on the overall repair of the car. However, I was VERY disappointed with the condition of the inside of my car. There was dust all over, it smells of paint, dirt in the cup holders, and marks on the seat, and the glove box was pulled out and not put back properly. I would have been embarrassed to return a car to a customer in the condition it was returned to me. Granted, my car was not totally clean when I dropped it off, but they made it far worse. They provided good customer service up until the very end. I would NOT recommend taking your car here for repairs.

This location was very customer forward, seeming very eager to both effectively communicate and make sure the job got done well.My initial repair quote from Progressive had to be changed due to additional work being needed, and they even bothered to call me and let me know of that. Paintless Dent Repair took a week exactly, and having the enterprise location in the same building is both genius and useful.

If I could give more than five stars I would!!! The service was beyond excellent. Other companies, take note!!! This is the way customers should be served. From the minute I walked in through the door to the time the job was completed, I was kept informed and treated with the utmost respect. Great job to Scott from Geico, Wyatt from Service King and Sierra from Enterprise, this is the ultimate in convenience. When you have a wreck it is very stressful and this whole service package takes the stress out of a very frustrating time.

I used this shop to repair damages from someone backing into me. The repair work done on the car was great, you couldnt even tell where it was hit. They also cleaned the interior and washed the outside. I was really pleased with the work. However, when I picked up the car I was warned that I MAY receive a phone call about a survey in the future. I was going out of town the day after picking up my car and what followed is what really turned me off the shop.I received a call daily about the survey, as well as text messages and if I had left my email address Im sure I would have received emails as well. I was out of town for a week and finally completed the survey online after getting back to town. Wouldnt you know I just got another call from the survey company. Even though I completed the survey online, I still had to complete the phone survey as well. Its practically harassment!

Horrible. They didnt buff it out and it looked flat not shiny. They also did not adjust my trunk so it fit correctly. Ive taken my car back twice for them to fix it. Dont WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

I had my car repaired there after a pretty bad accident. They did a great job on the body work and paint and went above and beyond to make me happy. Thanks Oscar. After picking up my car I found out the next day that some of my rear lights werent working, safety issue, had to return to the shop. A little time later my bumper started coming off, another return to the shop. And now my bumper is coming off again, another return to the shop. And Im getting no call backs on follow-up issues even after calling them multiple times. This is getting ridiculous.

Worse customer service I have ever experience. Poor quality repairs. I brought my car here years ago when I got rear ended. The repair was made so poorly that my car rattles and the exhaust makes all sorts of noises. It took them over a month to fix my car and when it was done, my trunk didn’t even open! Absolutely poor service and disappointed and them. Go somewhere else!

Do not deal with Mike. He just called me at 9:30 Saturday morning to yell at me for disagreeing with the work he did on my vehicle. However, Wyatt at Service King was much kinder. If I had a choice, I would not be going back and having them fix the half finished job they’ve done.

I had an accident... I called thier towing service, took my car to the shop. Left the car there to the next mourning. Went to pick up my car they charged me 300$ for towing and two days parking however i only left the car there for one night and i picked it up next day before 11 am. The towing service is very expensive and i could have got AAA to tow my car for 70$. Avoid using thier service. They charged me 300$ even without checking what need to be done or give me an estimate. Worst collision service ever !
