How many dent shops out there that actually cares about customers? Probably not many, once your car is done, that’s the end of it between you and the shop. Jay, the owner of dent headquarters called me few times after we received our FJ from a repair, Jay wanted to make sure we are happy with the repairs. Jay gave us some helpful tips on car care which we didn’t know about. We really appreciated that. The day Jay dropped off our FJ in front of our house, he did the final walk around, I guess he saw something he wasn’t happy about, he opened up his trunk, and took out some supplies and started detailing the area he wasn’t satisfied with. Haha. This man is passionate on cars and cares about his customers!!! A+

RUN, dont walk! What an unprofessional, inappropriate bully at Dent HQ. He refused to cancel my estimate when I when I told him that I did not feel comfortable with moving forward and was going to another shop for the repairs. He had the gall to proceed with the estimate anyway and would not take no for an answer. He continued trying to convince me to work with him after I clearly cancelled. He LIED to me and claimed that my car was totaled to spite me, when I told him that I wanted my car back and was going to another shop for the repairs. He left red marker and scratches all over the trunk hood of my car, to spite me. He made it very difficult to get my car back from him and it was just a nightmare experience. Thank God I finally got my car back and took it to an amazing shop that made my car look like new again and took the time to buff out the scratches red marker that was left by Dent HQ.

The whole experience was quick and easy. Great Team and great job. I had got so many dents on my Toyota Corolla in a recent hail. They removed all the dents perfectly and now my car looks brand new!. I admit I was skeptical at first but Jay took care of everything. Put me in a rental Friday met with the claim adjuster on Monday ready with the estimate. It’s Wednesday and everything is done. I didn’t have to do anything. It pays to have a shop that has experience with the insurance companies. No gimmicks or games he did what he said he would do. The process was quick! You can’t tell anything ever happened to my car. My car was fully detailed, washed, waxed carpets were shampooed, down to the tires. But best of all no hail damage! I’m so glad I chose this company because I don’t think the process would have been as seamless. My husband accidentally dropped a Christmas tree box on the hood of my car, which I just bought. I was very upset about it and thought Id end up needing a full repair. I Googled dent repair and took my car here. Its flawless. Not only did they fix the dents my husband caused, but also the preexisting dents that were there when I purchased it used. I didnt even see them until the owner showed me.Even my dad said the car looks newer than when I bought it. The technician buffed the area he fixed to remove a small scratch the box left, and he applied touch up paint to a few areas that were worn down. When I say I received A+ customer service here, thats an understatement. The quotes I got from other dent repair vendors were $300. They did this for $180.If you dent your car, dont freak out. I recently had my 2012 Rav4 repaired by Dent Headquarters, and Im very satisfied. They came out to my house to look at the damage, explained the process, and helped with filing the claim. I dont have rental converge, but they provided me a loaner car for free. In the end, they repaired all the hail damages, took care of several unrelated dent, and detail-cleaned the car. It looks like brand new. Definitely recommend.

Jay is one of the most helpful people in the world and did everything he could to make this experience amazing. My car was really damaged and it looks perfect. Even the inside of my car looks perfect and I have two German Shepard’s that live in my car basically. They also had to deal with my insurance being a pain in the butt. They’re just amazing. They did a fantastic job removing the small dings on my 911. They quoted and charged me for removing 9 dings but ended up removing 14 but did not charge me anymore than the original quote. They also did a oxidized plastic restoration that looks incredible, just like new even though the car is 14 years old. They even told me where to buy the restoration liquid so that I could do it myself in the future and showed me how to apply it. They were fast also, only a couple of hours. I highly recommend them. --don

Fast and courteous service. Although it was a 30 minute ride, it was worth it. Fixed my car and I had it back in 2 days and it looked as good as before the hail storm. I definitely recommend them!

From start to finish, the customer service here was phenomenal. I requested an estimate online for hail damage and the owner, Jay, gave me a call within 24 hours and offered to come and look at my car at my residence. I was running errands so I brought it to the shop. Jay looked at the car, got on the phone with my insurance company, dropped me off to get a rental car, gave me a 7-10 day estimated time for repairs to be completed and returned the car to me in a week looking new. This was the easiest transaction Ive ever completed. I wish everyone ran their business like this.

Jay and his staff did an excellent job on my 2016 Escape that had major damage from the 2016 hail storm. He worked with my insurance and the rental company to take care of everything, and did a comprehensive detailing of the interior too. Im pretty sure it is cleaner than it was when new.

John at Dent Headquarters is the man!! We had some surprisingly high winds a few nights ago causing the neighbors large city trash can (happened to be full and heavy) to fall and slide into the passenger side door of my BMW!! Needless to say there was very noticeable damage. I stopped by this morning got a reasonable quote and 3hrs later 🔥🔥🔥 Like magic gone! I would recommend Dent Headquarters to anyone who knows cars are more than a tool to get from point A to B.
