Above and beyond in every aspect of the experience, Toby and Auto Hail Repair Plano went above and beyond. I was very lucky to have chosen this top notch organization as I can’t imagine having to deal with horror stories which I have heard over the last 4 months from friends and coworkers about their experience with other repair facilities. Having moved here from a hail free state, I was extremely uneasy with no one to turn too except the dealership where I usually get nearly all things related remedied. After realizing the dealership was going to replace nearly every surface of my vehicle I began entertaining other means despite the warranty as I had a hood that they repainted due to accident which every rock which hit my truck chipped the paint. It was through luck Toby and I crossed paths exchanged info. After stopping by the shop and seeing some finished vehicles as well as additional before and after photos I decided to give them a shot. Best decision I could have made. I’ll admit at first it seemed a little to easy and Toby was always easy to reach therefore I just kept waiting for the catch or to be disappointed however; there wasn’t one. I received my vehicle on time within a week and it looks amazing. All I can say is thank you guys for truly simplifying this stressful situation, I feel the proverbial weight lifted and happy to move on knowing I now have my GO TO GUY here. This is my first time write a review for a service, but I have to share our great experience with the hail shop. Toby, a representative from the shop, is an awesome guy, he work with our insurance right at the first day and make sure everything go well. We got the car fixed perfectly and delivered to front door without going to the shop!!! What you need just handing the key to them, every things else, they’ll take care all for you. Great service.

Friendly service and fair prices

The service was excellent, my car looks brand new after the repair. My car was washed and vacuumed. Toby went above and beyond to arranged the rental car, call my insurance for the paperwork. He picked my car up from my office and delivered it to my house. I am so grateful for all he did. The job was done timely and Toby was very responsive. And I did not pay the deductible. Nobody wants to deal with the insurance and getting your car fix but if you are ever affected by a hail storm in Dallas TX, call The Hail Shop and ask for Toby A.

This was my wife’s and my first experience with Hail Damage to our car. We had no idea who to call or contact since we were new to the DFW area. I was at lunch one day and ran into Toby. Had a great experience with this shop! My car was literally demolished by hail. The dealership told me it would take a month to get my car back. The Hail Shop fixed my car in a week and I didn’t have to pay my deductible. I had a free rental the whole time too!I would definitely use them again!

Both my wife and I had major hail damage in the last storm that rolled through Carrollton. ($3500 each in damage) The main and practically only reason I went with The Hail Shop was Heath, and his positive and utmost professional service!He explained in full detail how the process worked in the beginning and did everything he said would happen with no exceptions at all. Paid the deductible, paid for the rental (including out of his own pocket driving me in his car back home one day.), and they made the cars look brand new again which I know how that was since mine is a 2017 Mazda 3 that I got brand new. Not to mention all of the unprompted for courtesy updates as our cars were going through the process.Easiest, most efficient and quality repair job you will get hands in the North Dallas area!

I had extensive damage on my 1 month old ZL1 from hail here in Plano. We had fastball size hail so some dents were what I thought was beyond paint-less dent repair with over 100 dents on the roof alone and some right on the crease lines of the car body. This shop not only fixed it but they fixed it right, it is perfect.After PDR at Auto Hail Repair Plano the car looks new you would simply never know it was hit by hail at all!
