I went to Round Rock location, Ramsey was very helpful and kept communication through the whole process. The whole team was very friendly and professional.I paid zero dollars out of pocket, they paid for new windshield that the insurance wouldnt cover and threw in a free battery!I recommended a friend and left with a $100 dollar check.THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS! The hail storm that hit the Austin/Round Rock, Texas, area in April 2021 threw some decent-sized golf-ball sized hail down. It beat up my Beetle pretty good. One day, I had a flyer on my door for Dent Services. I called and got Tanner, who provided all the info I needed. I contacted our insurance company to make sure we could use them and off we went. We dropped my car off at the Round Rock location and Tanner kept us informed all along the way. We brought her in on May 6 and it was finished on May 11! She looked great and good as new! I couldnt be happier with the results. They even paid our deductible! The only thing it cost me was a little bit of time. Would recommend!

I cannot even begin to express how strongly I recommend this place! I had hail damage from a recent storm in Frisco, leaving my car with hundreds of dents all over the roof, hood, sides, trunk, trim, everywhere. I saw a flyer from them shortly after the storm and decided to give them a call; it was the best decision I ever made! They were able to get me set up with an appointment within a week and even helped set me up with a rental car through Enterprise. They picked up my vehicle straight from the rental place so there was no awkward shuffling around between vehicles trying to get my car to their shop and get myself to the rental location. My insurance company required that I get an estimate done by my insurance adjuster, but Dent Services did their own estimate as well after they picked up my vehicle and found nearly double the damage! Dent Services advocated for me to my insurance company to get the additional damages found covered. I got my car back just one week after I left it with them and it looks absolutely flawless. It looks as good as the day I brought it home new from the dealership! They did amazing work and are super friendly. Another bonus: they offer deductible assistance of $500 and my deductible is $500, so I was able to get repairs done at no cost to me! Highly HIGHLY recommend.

Soooo glad we did!They did an amazing job on my 4Runner, which had a large amount of hail damage! You cant tell one piece of hail ever hit my SUV!!!The shop is super clean, everyone is hard-working, and they took time to show us the whole process before we dedided to stay!They are a family run business and treat you like friends!

Part of the estimate process was allowing me to view the extent of damage under a special light. The estimated cost of repair was in the thousands. He assured me it would likely cost me nothing provided their deductible assistance. He was right. These gentlemen go the extra mile to make the experience as painless and stress free as possible. They were even going to provide me a ride to my rental car appointment, which they themselves set up at the closest location to my residence. My vehicle was dropped off on a Wednesday afternoon and completed the same week on Friday afternoon. I HIGHLY recommend Dent Services to anyone needing hail damage repair.
