Thank you to the staff for sorting out my situation. Found out I had an issue with my rim. They were nice enough to sort out the situation. Due to budget I am also having to swap over my snow tires early. Trying to keep my old car on the road. I will go to these guys before I will go back to Seabrook. They seem to appreciate your business a lot more. Tire warehouse Exeter New Hampshire. They refused to help they also put my rim on. With the rim cover over the valve stem. With me having a nail in my tire they sent me home.

I had an appointment for 4 brand new tires, balanced and mounted for a good price. I was told I would be at the store for no more than 1-2hrs total, that included wait time & service (they were behind schedule)I had rushed over there to be on time and ended up sitting there waiting for them to take my car. I didnt get my turn for about another 2 and wasnt able to leave until a little after 3 after being there since 11!!! They also snapped a lug nut on my drivers side front tire and said its fine and honestly my vehicle doesnt seem to drive or handle any different than before

I was at Town Fair yesterday hoping to have a screw removed from my tire. Joe and I checked out the tire only to realize that the tire could not be saved. After a discussion over the phone with my husband it was decided that all four tires needed to be replaced. Joe and my husband discussed our tire options and I left with 4 new tires. We would like to thank Joe for his professional advise. Our car actually rides smoother than before!!

Visited Town Fair today. Kristian was very helpful in selecting my tires. My SUV was ready in 90 minutes as promised. I priced checked every tire place in the area and they had the best prices hands down.

Where do I even begin. Came in February to get 4 new tires after getting a flat. I notified them that I currently had the spare tire on the car and that the flat was in the trunk. To my surprise when I picked the car up they had mounted my new tire on the spare rim and disposed of my brand new spare tire (it was quite obviously a spare tire... different color than the rest and had perfect tread) A week or so later, I noticed that my new tires were rapidly leaking air so I brought the car back in and they claimed they fixed everything. Another week passes and all of the tires are leaking again, so I bring it in and they say they fixed it for real this time. The next week, the tires were leaking AGAIN so I had to repeat the process for a third time. Ever since then, the tires I bought here have not been able to hold any air. To make matters even worse, they CHARGED me to fix their mistakes. I do not recommend Town Fair Tire. Very displeased.

My tires were installed, which was fine - no issues there. My reasoning for 2 stars is primarily due to the lack of kept expectectations by the team. When I booked online I was told to expect a 90 minute time frame. When I got to the appointment, I was told to expect 2 hours, and overall, my entire time spent waiting for my tire change was 2:15. I wouldnt be upset if I was given an accurate estimate from the beginning, but this was just disappointing.

I had an appoint at 10:30am, they didn’t bring my car in for the service until about 11:30-12 and then i was sitting there waiting for it to be done when i look outside and my car had been sitting there ready. no one informed me of it but they were calling other people up when their cars were finished when they had all showed up after me and some didn’t have an appointment. very frustrating. it always has to be a 3 hour ordeal when i go there even with appointment.

Came in for a tire sensor replacement, thought it just needed one new one. Turns out there was a bigger issue but Jay was amazing and wouldn’t give up until it was fixed while still only charging me for just the one sensor. Staff is polite and knowledgeable, would highly recommend for tires and tire related issues. Thanks guy!

I went to Town Fair Tire looking for new rims for my car and had the pleasure of working with Jonah. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Within minutes he pulled up exactly what I was looking for online and the order was placed. Once they came in and I dropped my car off, it was ready in no time and looked just as amazing on my car as he promised they would. 10/10 would recommend Jonah.

Been here since 10:30am (I had an appointment) was told it would take 90 minutes.. long story short I’m still sitting here and I can see my car in the air on the monitor so it’s not near being done and it’s currently 12:45

I was there to get an alignment and new tires put on my rims. There told me it would take approximately 1.5 hours to complete. I waited for 4.5 hours without being kept updated. The tires are great but the service was unacceptable.

I blew my tire near a gas station in Haverhill, it was pretty late and I did not have AAA. The next morning I called Town Fair and spoke to Jay who was extremely helpful. He was kind enough to go to the gas station, remove the wheel off of my car, took it back to Town Fair for the replacement, and then came back to change the new tire! They were able to save me money on a tow. I could not have asked for better faster service. All I had to do was take a cab back to the gas station and my car was all set to go! Thank you so much!!!

Over 3 hours to be told they don’t know how to align any car older than 1996. Absolutely terrible customer service. Told 15 minutes for over an hour, will go to Walmart from now on. Never had an issue there.

These days a good alignment is hard to find. Dealerships charge an arm and a leg, take forever, and are unwilling to change from the factory specs. At the Plaistow TFT I got an alignment at an incredibly fair price and was in and out really quickly. The tech Brian was even able to dial in some more negative camber for my car so I would get better more even wear, and better performance on the track and at autocross. Couldnt ask for better service!

Made a 3:30 appointment to get the tires replaced. At 4:30 they still hadn’t taken my car to start the job. At 5:00 I asked for a refund if my money. They asked why because they were backed up. I said that if you aren’t going to honor the appointment time schedule then why do you bother booking the appointments. I also told them that my time is also valuable. I will never go back to this location and I will also discourage anyone else looking to use them. Not surprised now why they only have a 2.5 rating out of 5.0.

The district manager sent me to Plaistow to resolve. I returned to the Plaistow location for new tires and alignment years later hoping they were still on top of their game.THEY MOST DEFINITELY ARE!I read several reviews commenting on the knowledge and professionalism of Brian, the alignment specialist. He’s an SCCA National champion and it’s clear he has a passion for what he does.I hope corporate acknowledges the team at their Plaistow location for going above and beyond, and being a model for what all Town Fair Tire shops should be like.

Great customer service by Jonah. I had picked out tires online and set up appt. When I arrived, Jonah explained he had a better tire, for less money! Better warranty and better traction in winter, for less money, win win! He could have just taken my money and given what I picked out, but cared more to put me in better tires than just taking more money! Return customer earned Jonah ☺️

Most recently looking for tires and they price matched the best offer I could find online, and as a bonus when I arrived on site it turns out they were able to give them to me for $10 a tire cheaper than what we had agreed on. Service for mounting and balancing only took one hour.I have also had multiple alignments done here and their tech Brian is very knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I was looking for out of my alignments. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family.

I could not be more disappointed in the service that I got today at the plaistow New Hampshire Town Fair tire..Or should I say didnt get. I had a 12:00 appointment today.. for a tire that they had put on two weeks before. It had a slow leak from day one. so I made an appointment,showed up on time they told me its going to be a 2 to 3-hour wait before my truck was even seen.. theres absolutely no excuse to treat anyone like that especially a returning customer.. I know Im only one of many people that go there. But thats the last time Ill ever go there.

They special ordered the exact tire I wanted and price matched a competitor. Tires showed up in 1 day and install and alignment took only an hour and 15 minutes. Smoothest/fastest experience Ive ever had with a tire shop. Alignment tech Brian is also very knowledgeable.

Set up an appt. Spoke to a guy on Thursday told me to come in on Friday. Once I got there Friday another guy tried to sell me a different set of tires. No consistency in either of the information I was told about the two different tires. As always they tell me they are down a couple guys today. 2 hours later they finally take my truck in the bay meanwhile there are 4 guys out back texting on their phones leaning against a stack of tires doing nothing. This place is so mismanaged and run by the typical young mechanic wanna be who things he has some power over the customers.... bring back the mom and pop shops that care about their customers. And as I type this I still wait for my truck so I can get back to work.....

I don’t recommend this place at all. I have called in probably a good 5 or 6 times trying to speak with Joe and each time I left my number for him to call me back because “he was with someone”. If I was placed on hold my call got sent to a voice mail system or would never get a call back. It wasn’t until today when I asked for him when I called and heard him in the background say that “I’m not dealing with that herb and his no spiff tire’”.

Purchased rims from town fair tire a few years back and lost one of my center caps. Went into the Plaistow location to get a replacement and Jonah hooked me up with a new one he had right in stock, came out to my truck and put it on all at no charge! Great customer service provided and will continue to be a return customer!

Very disappointed...brought the car in to have a slow leaking tire looked at. Had to leave the car for the day (8am drop off). They sold us a rotate and balance “while you’re here”. Long story short, the car wasn’t taken into the shop until 3:30 (closes at 4) and a week later the tire is still leaking! They won’t correct it unless we leave it for another full day...no exceptions. Ridiculous! Lost our business

Ive been doing business with Town Fair tire and Plaistow For close to 15 years. Never once have I ever been dissatisfied. Theyve always gone above and beyond. Id like to give a special shout out to the new manager Jonah who picked up my account and kept me running like there was no change whatsoever.

I stoped in to get a quote gore tires for my husband and was very upset seeing that no one was wearing a mask other the under there chin. My husband was a quote so I continued to get one but was told they couldn’t print one out. I I find this strange that a company that sells a product for car services doesn’t have a way of printing quotes for there customers. I went down the street to Firestone and NTB and both of them left me more at easy and gave me a quote so I could give it to my husband.

I had to buy 4 new tires and priced around, Town Fair had the lowest price. The manager Al was extremely helpful and professional with all my questions. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday @300PM. I arrived late due to traffic and even though they close at 40OPM it was not a problem. My car was done by 500Pm. I was amazed and so happy. I waited in the waiting room and it was clean and well kept. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family. I must say that besides the price the reason I decided on Town Fair in Plaistow NH was the customer service Al provided when I called to ask questions.The entire experience was positive from start to finish. I went in the other days and I have to say I was impressed with how fast my car was done. I had called in to make an appointment and spoke with Nick, who was very helpful and very knowledgeable. When I arrived for my appointment Nick showed me my tires and 2 other selections, but still stayed with the tires I ordered. He insured me that my selection was a good option and didn’t try to force me to buy something else. Definitely recommend Nick and Town Fair tire to my family and friends seeing.

Ive now brought 2 of my racecars up from Southern MA for alignments because Brain, the new alignment tech, knows what hes doing, is timely, and meticulous about his work. I told him exactly what I wanted for camber/toe/castor and it was done. Both cars feel amazing now.

I wouldn’t trust town fair tire to save my life. Even most of there reviews are fake. I over heard 2 employees talking about getting spiff for Wright fake reviews for themself. I was there for 4 hours with an appointment.

I needed new tires for my Toyota Sequoia. Town Fair Tire had an excellent selection of tires matched for my vehicle. The web site was easy to navigate, but I chose to go to the local store in Plaistow to meet the staff as they would be the ones doing the work. I was greeted immediately upon arriving by Aaron the store manager. He was friendly and professional. I asked a lot of questions to determine if the tires I was interested in would be a good match for my driving style. All questions were answered with patience and with knowledge of the different products. The job was priced out and exactly like the price on the web. Aaron explained the options available for this job. I placed the order as the tires were not in stock. I called the day before my scheduled appointment and found the tires were in the store waiting for me. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 5 minutes before scheduled. They checked me in and took my vehicle into the service area right on time. I needed the four tires to me installed (mounted & balanced) and well as a four wheel alignment. I was in and out in 1 hour...well under the expected wait for this job. The tires were installed and the vehicle was aligned perfectly. I am very pleased with the pricing and service quality and would recommend them highly. Thank you!

Best customer service and prices. I picked up a bolt in my right rear passenger tire. Thought my tire was gone and that I might have to buy a full set of 4. They were able to fix it for under $10 all inclusive! Have always recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Stopped in on the fly as I had a screw in my tire that I noticed while next door at the grocery store. My day ended with a flat tire at work. I called Town Fair Tire - I was coming from Watertown, had to get my son to work and was not sure if I would make it before they closed. I was told not to to worry - they would be there. I made it there a little after 5 and you would never know that it was the end of the day. One of the best experiences I have had dealing with cars. I had needed my tire repaired today and they not only patched it up but also took my spare off and put the new tire on. On top of that they put my spare back in the trunk under all the mess I had in my truck! I assumed they would of put it in my back seat or just on top but nope all nice and placed properly. Best part of all of this great customer service it only cost my 6 bucks! Charged me for the tire repair, that’s it. Best place ever. I will be coming back for new winter tires and highly recommend them 🤗

They violated works mans rights and got me to a point where there bullying they also went threw my personal things and compromise work that I was doing for my side job by making it something it wasn’t.I informed the regional manager Jay multiple time but nothing was done because they are all friends outside of work. Jonah cried to jay to get another sales man in the store so him and Joe could spend more time talking down the shop and stealing money from the company there is video proof of cars in the bays with no invoices attached to them or would take money from the customers sent in by whole sales and writing it as free services. When I was on the phone with the vp he wouldn’t let me get 2 words out and told me to get the f out. I have reached out to the office multiple times as bing informed to and no call back. I have called my lawyer and we are working on this and will only be a matter of time.Thank You Again,Nick M

Today I came into town fair with a spare on my car knowing I needed four tires, but I had no clue about anything with my tires. Al at the counter was so helpful, was very straight forward and laid out my tire options so well. He had great advice on what tire he recommended and I chose that one. It was so quick and easy, and I already love the tires al recommended! All the guys in Plaistow seemed to take their job seriously and have created a stress free environment, thank you guys!

I love my tires and rims that I bought from them however I sat there for 4 hours getting them on and was told I would only have a 2 hour wait on top of that when I went to go pick my factory tires up and get a Torque check they had the nerve to put my tires in my backseat soaked and wet and dirty yeah they were in bags but the bags must have been sitting outside. the guy at the counter was super apologetic he cleaned my backseat and agreed that it was disrespectful and they had no common sense because they would have flipped if somebody did that to their car hes the only reason that they got the stars that they did after spending $1,200 there I definitely dont appreciate what happened

Had to stop in today because I had a tire leak. Found out that I had a nail stuck in my tire and because of the location of it, it could not be patched. Awful news considering I had just had my tires installed 2 months prior there. Luckily Joe recommended calling the manufacturer and even calling them himself. Discovered my tires were under warranty and that they could assist me in the price. I am so appreciative for his extra help and care in the matter. Thanks Joe!
