We dropped off our 2021 Chevrolet Silverado for a passenger rear tire with a bolt in it… They scheduled us next day ASAP, got the truck in promptly and took care of business plugging the tire… We went next door and had breakfast at the local diner and by the time we returned work was complete! The guys have never done me wrong and have always been reasonable! Would recommend service to others!

Easiest most affordable place to get tires and/or repair a tire. Had a tire that needed replacement. Made an appointment online they called me back saying they were busy but would get to it as quick as possible. I dropped it off they said maybe tomorrow. 3 hours later I’m getting a call saying it was all set the price was $70 less then anyone else around. Pulled up to get it and they offered to put it on which made my life a little easier. Great staff the waiting area was spacious and very clean highly recommended to anyone looking for tires. I needed new tires quickly and was happy to see they were open on a Sunday and had the correct size tires in stock. Zack was able to make a recommendation and despite being pretty busy they were able to my car serviced in much less time than expected. Zack and his team were polite and professional the entire time. The only reason this review is 4 stars is because quite a bit of grease was left behind on my tire rims. I would definitely recommend them.

Very helpful ! Came in for 4 tires and the ones I was originally getting werent going to be the best for my car, Zack went above &beyond to find ones that would be reliable but not cost an arm&leg. He seems like a really honest guy that enjoys doing what he does &helping people. Gave 4 stars because they should definitely get rid of the call center. When you call the number listed you dont go directly to them at the shop &it can cause confusion. But I definitely would recommend Mavis Tire &Brakes!

Near the end of the day on Friday Zack and Dan fit me in and got me back on the road safely. I depend on my car every day with the lives of my family so when my brakes went it was a big deal. These guys were so nice, informative and helpful. I have been to other Tire places and the service didnt compare ! A family member recommended them to me and I will continue to pass it along !!

This place is great! Just stopped because of low tire pressure warning andthey took my car right in and found a nail. Removed it and repaired the tire quickly and no charge!! This is the second time I have been here to have a tire repair and they have been so accommodating both times. The guys who work at this Mavis are really pleasant.

Terrible experience when it came to balancing. not in just one vehicles which they aligned and balanced with a bad bearing. But also in a new purchase of tires and when I called to explain Eric that the car was pulling to one side and jumping and he said that even like that it wouldn’t create any issue or damage any parts of the vehicle. I then asked him if this happened if any damages would be covered by any deficiencies that happen during my service in which he stated no. I asked him if he could at least give me a evaluation in order for my vehicle to be safe in the roads and prevent any accidents from happening due to the factor that my fiancé is also pregnant and it’s really important for me for her to travel in a safe vehicle.

Zack is quite knowledgeable and helpful. They do a good job with tires and help with leaks and pressure loss concern. The warranties have definitely been worth the peace of mind!

My passenger side rear tire had a slow leak. I pulled in with no appointment but was taken care of right away. They found the problem & fixed it. Excellent service & great staff! Took a whopping 35 minutes..super fast!I will be back to use these guys again. Highly recommend!!

Recently went in after finding a small nail in my front tire, because the other reviews were great. They did a tire plug and tire rotation for just $30 in 25 minutes, but two days later it is flat and I have to replace the entire tire. Wouldnt recommend them to people who care about their car.

They communicated the time telling me that it would be at least an hour wait to be fair to me. Being open on a Sunday was a plus one not much around me was. The staff was friendly.

This place saved my day!! After finding a construction bolt in my rear tire, I called around for a tire place, but none were open. I drove to a couple as they were closing up (even though their website had a later hour) only to be told to find another place. I thought the closest place would be NTB in Plaistow, NH. So off I went! When I got here I noticed the name was now Mavis! The first person to meet me was Zach, he was very polite and said they would fix it for me! YAAAY!! He thought I would need to wait about 1/2 hour to an hour to get me in... no worries, I will sit in my truck and wait. Not waiting more than 10 minutes, another gentleman came out to take my truck in. He said it was a quick job! In total I was probably probably waiting a total of 25 minutes and was on my way!!! Thanks guys! I will be back to buy my new tires from you!!

My car wouldnt start while I was doing an errand at lunch. I we t to mavis tire and they were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I thought my car needed a new battery even though it only had 18000 miles. To my surprise they thoroughly checked and it was my fob. They saved me the trouble of buying a new battery. Called up to get all 4 tires replaced and was told it would take an hour, maybe an hour and a half. Ended up taking two and a half hours and costing about $100 more than quoted, even with management giving me a HUGE discount of $10 for going so far over the time estimate. Three mechanics were working on two vehicles and my car is only three years old. All the info you need to make an informed decision is right here.

So I dropped my Jeep off to get tires and rims put on and ended up talking to the manager Paul about some other things I needed done, told him the shop I usually go to had a month wait time until I could get my vehicle in there. Also told him what I needed done (bumpers, headlights with wiring, fog lights, markers and a couple of other small things) and he could get it in there the next day and get it done. Ended up dropping my my vehicle off around noon and ended up getting it finished by the end of the day. All said and done getting everything done here ended up being way cheaper than if I were to have brought it to the shop I originally was going to bring it to. I Highly recommend this place customer service is awesome got everything done really quick and wasn’t expensive at all.

I called yesterday and scheduled my appointment for today at 9 am. I left my car there. When I called 2 hours later (when they said it would be ready) it wasn’t even brought into the shop yet !! 2 hours later, I got a call saying it was ready. They had my car for 4 hours !!! Said the call center had scheduled 6 appointments for 9 am. If I had stayed there to wait I bet I would’ve had my car on time. When I asked about a discount for them having my car for 4 hours, I was told they couldn’t. I’m all set with getting any more tires from this company.

Ive come to this location twice for tires for two different vehicles of mine. Paul has been top notch with service and addressing needs. Billy was also able to help me find a MasterCraft tire that was discontinued, but they had 4 in the entire company and had it to me in a day! George and Dan are both incredibly knowledgeable technicians who take the time explaining what repairs are being done and recommendations. Definitely returning here for all my service.

Came in at 4:15pm on a Thursday. I had a tire that kept losing pressure for the last two weeks. Figured it was a nail but I couldnt see it. There was one other car in the shop already. Looked like 3 people in the shop and 3 in the front area. I didnt expect it to have taken nearly and hour and a half to just fix a flat. Even after I told two different people I need to get my kids and got the not longer it was over a half hour more. They were friendly enough. The work got done and I have confidence its done well. And Id probably go back, but not expect a quick pop in and get the job done. Id have to plan a couple hours.

Here are the facts:I made an appointment for 4:00 at 9AM this morning.I arrived at 4:30.They plugged my tire.I got my car at 8:00.They forgot to put my key in the car, so I had to go back in and ask for the key.Total time:3.5 hoursI gave them 2 stars because Karen was a lot of fun. And I agree with her that she needs training on the system because it took another 5 minutes to charge my card.

Made an appointment with a really friendly and dedicated manager yesterday to have my tires replaces at 12 today. I arrived at 11:45 and a different employee was there and decided to make me wait while he finished his cigarette before he helped me out. He said it might be a bit of a wait and he couldnt even give me a timetable. Its 2:35 p.m. as I write this and I dont even get a call or anything with an update. I made the appointment to have better tired to prep for an upcoming noreaster and now I dont even have a car to use because they sold the tires I needed even though I paid a $364 deposit the day before. I work in customer service and I am just shocked that people smoke on the clock and that appointments seem to mean next to nothing.

I went to this location back in january and bought 4 new tires. with only driving 12,000 miles my back tires thread was showing. the people at the time in january were rude. since mavis discount tire has taken over and have new employees the place is great. the customer service is amazing i would recommend them to any one. i will be returning to this location in the future. thank you all for your great customer service.

Great Overall experience! Called and got a quote on some new tires for my daughters car, so I made an appointment, and upon my arrival later that same day, I was greeted by my first name, and in no time my daughters car was in the shop and being worked on. I was told it would take an hour and a half for the tires and alignment, and low and behold a little over an hour, great guy named Joe came out and told me I was all set. And my bill was to the penny what I was quoted over the phone! First visit but def not my last... cant say enough good things about my experience, pleasant courteous staff, brand new building and a very fair price for the services we got....

I was interested in a thermostat change and watched a few YouTube videos on the subject for my specific vehicle. A couple guys did the job in 15 minutes. NTB Plaistow gave me an estimate of $409 to change the lousythermostat. They were going to take half the engine apart to get to thehousing located 3 inches from the front grille. I brought car to my nephew and he has a garage and changed it in 12 minutes like on YouTube.I was born at night...but it wasnt last night....NEVER GOING BACK !!

Sent my father in there tonight for a simple battery replacement in his Suburban, he was told that with an hour left in their day, nobody could find the 5 minutes it takes to change that battery. I am a former service manager for that company as well as a competitor and I can assure you that no matter the time of day, you always say yes to a battery install. Most take less than 10 minutes and the really difficult ones maybe 30 and its an easy way to make the shop some quick money and possibly gain a new customer. As NTB are trying to expand into more service and not just tires, I can say with confidence, they need a lot of work. If you wont make time for a battery, people are not bringing the real work to you in the future as you blew them off for something much more minor. Im sure they wouldve found a way to put 4 tires on his truck, though. Those are expensive and make sales commissions. This couldve been a review of how you helped a very busy guy (a local business man himself who isnt shy about sharing his experience with other businesses be they good or bad) in a jam. Instead of that review, Im writing this review. A review about how your shop was no help at all. I suggest you take a serious look at teaching your employees how to run a shop, service a customer, and grow a customer base because its pretty clear youre a long way off.Also, a side note to point out, more than a few of their 5 star ratings are from the shops district manager (Adam Sutton) and I believe I recognize a couple other names as employees of the company. Apparently even they know theyre going to have to pad their stats.Hard pass on this place. Apparently, there is a bottom dollar amount to be worth their time after a certain point in the day.

I am making this review at 930pm, roughly 3 1/2 hours after their closing time. I came in an hour before closing time with a bald rear tire, down to the metal due to alignment that had gone unnoticed. Michael was not only able to fit me in on a light staff day, but was able to get all my tires and brakes done(something I was ready to come back another time for, but rarely have the time for) staying well past when they were planning to stay tonight and really, REALLY helping me out. A huge thank you to both of the guys who stayed late to help me out, and a no-brainer recommendation

First time there, purchased 4 new tires, great service, felt like Id been friends with team forever. Very knowledgeable all things tires, great sense humor, I think its a great place to work and be given service.

I needed a new battery for my car desperately. After going to 2 other stores, I was directed to NTB. I am so glad I came here! Their prices were better than the other two locations AND their staff didn’t make me feel like I was beneath them. Everyone was so friendly and incredibly helpful! I dropped in around 5 PM on a Sunday and needed a tire repair and the staff got the job done quickly and right when competition was closed. During the service they also inspected the spare tire and added air. Very pleased. Good addition to the neighborhood.

Very slow service. The guys there were also unable to figure out their own computer systems, took forever just to pay because the computer was acting weird. Had to call the bank and confirm that the account was still working. Overcharged as well. That being said the guys their were pretty friendly

Call after online booking said that the website doesnt know what appointments are on the books and they were fully booked. Dont trust their online booking as it isnt integrated to their system on the ground.

Great people especially the General Manager. Unfortunately understaffed on weekends. NTB corporate needs to fix the IT side of service. Sales reps faced with a slow network and as a customer the WIFI was just as bad.Ill return for service but not to buy stock in this one. Fairly new location youd think corporate would be on the issue.

They went above and beyond for me on Saturday Feb 3. I knew I needed new tires but I kept putting it off. It finally caught up with me when I had a flat and it didnt make any sense to repair the tire! I wish remembered the gentlemans name that drove to the Salem NTB to get my tires (that are an unusual size and Salem happened to have them) he made it a priority to get them done quickly!! So I could go about my day!! Everyone that day went above amd beyond!! Thanks again!!

I dislike giving unfavorable reviews but I feel everyone should know booking an online appt is useless. I booked an oil change for 9 am on a Saturday morning. I received a call shortly after asking me to move it 10a. Im easy going so sure. I was told by the service tech never book online. 90 mins still waiting. Whats the point of online booking if they cant meet the appts.

Only reason they are even getting a star is because i have too. This place is a disaster and would not recomend

This place is so unbelieveably unorganized. Last week I had to come back 3 different times just for them to finish putting new tires on and do an alignment. Each time i sat here for at least 3 hours, and everytime they gave me a different excuse as to why its taking so long. Now theyre telling me they might now release my car back to me. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely baffled by my experience here. i dropped my car off at 11 oclock on saturday to get an alignment, the guy taking my keys said they were busy at the moment but could get to it around 3 if i was able to leave it there. no problem, I was running errands and not to far to pick it up anyways. i didnt get a call till around 5:30 that my car was ready, and when i got there to pick up it was still in the same parking spot. i thought to myself odd, but when i got inside and they didnt have the before and after sheet i was a skeptical. the man who handed me my keys claimed their printer was broken but printed my receipt wirelessly to a printer in the lobby just fine. to solidify my thinking they didnt even touch my car, the pavement was still dry underneath where i was parked and it had been raining in the area since about 12:30-1 oclock today. i may not have had to pay for this particular service because I bought the year alignment program but i still gave my money to this company for a service and my time was wasted. plus now I need to carve out more time from my schedule to bring my car to another location. terrible and lazy service.
