The guys up front are very good the guys Outback are phenomenal. Whoever the gentleman was that called me today was great. Super nice and friendly. Im a credit card mechanic so its nice to have a place you can go and get the job done right.

Never bringing my car here again. Bought 4 tires on tire rack and had them delivered here to have them installed. I scheduled an appointment for 5PM, even showed up a few minutes early. Nobody was in the lobby to greet me. Took a good 15 minutes before they even took my keys and wheel lock key.I knew it would take a little while, so I brought some entertainment with me, but it took nearly 2 hours before I was out of the store! 4 tires shouldnt take longer than 75 minutes.Its not like they were even busy or understaffed, I saw plenty of guys in the shop.Got home and checked the tire pressure, they were all out of whack. Two were the correct pressure, but two were down 2 pounds, both on the driver side. Its like theyre trying to give my tires uneven wear to get me back in the store sooner! This is shameful, as there are plenty of car owners who wouldnt think to check this, and would just continue driving on them until theres a problem, at which point Im certain this store would say that its the customers fault...Never coming back here. Period.

Don’t waste your time coming here. Ordered my tires through Tire Rack to have them installed here, and received no less than three confirmation emails about my appointment today. Showed up 15 min early for the appointment and the front desk seemed very surprised when I said I was there for my tire installation.They asked if I needed to purchase tires, I said no you should have them. He said “I don’t know of any.” Disappeared into the floor shop for 5 min and came back after looking up my appointment confirmation number to tell me they ran out of time today, couldn’t possibly do them. Offered to do them tomorrow.I asked why, and he stated that one worked called out and a lot of jobs took way longer than anticipated. I asked when he was planning on notifying me of this, when I showed up? I asked why he overbooked services for the day, or didn’t rearrange things when staffing issues happened.I was never notified of any issues with time or availability until I arrived early for my appointment. Cancelled the service entirely and will never be returning here. They seemed surprised I was not satisfied with this interaction and acted like there was nothing they could have or should have done.

Wanted to fix a flat tire but had to buy a whole new one. Wait times a little long. Need more staff.

I went to jiffy lube to get an oil change my car takes full synthetic oil and the guy put conventional oil and didn’t tell me until after it was done. I went to fill my tires after someone told me there was a leak, Firestone was SUPER nice they helped me right away filled my tires and did the RIGHT oil for my oil change Rick helped me right away. Rick has a positive attitude and VERY helpful he took my car right away!! Definitely coming back and Firestone gained a new customer!!

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. When I asked they happily let me in the bay to check out the underbelly of my jeep, which I noticed needs some attention. While walking through I saw that the work place was clean and no loose tools were laying around and there was no oil or other mystery fluids on the floor. Good price and I would highly recommend them for tires.

This is the only place Ill go for tire work for my car, people in there are pleasnt and are willing to help you when you are driving there last minute

One of my purchased tires had a slow leak and was told to take tire off myself and drop the tire off the next day because they were really busy! Next day dropped it off in morn. picked up in afternoon, mech. placed it outside of bay door and walked away. Best part was, I pulled my back while they just stood there and watched me struggle to put it into the back of my p/u. What a bunch of a-holes, Never going back!

I wish I knew for sure what his name is (I want to say Brian?), because he absolutely deserves the recognition!! Been doing business with them for years. 3rd time this happened. had an 11 am apt for an inspection. they took the car in at 12:10. while I was waiting, another gentleman had been told on the phone his car was ready. when he arrived, he was told they hadnt even brought it in. the amount of time that is wasted is ridiculous. they need to hire more help and clean the place up literally

These people are nothing but liars. They rip you off and take advantage of you. They went up over $15 on the oil change. I can go somewhere else and pay a lot less. Not only that they didn’t do everything I asked them to. They can’t figure out what is wrong with my car. I go to someone else after them and they knew what was wrong. Plus I got harassed by one of the mechanics and service manager. Then they don’t even do an all wheel alignment on my car, but charge me for that price. I will be calling corporate and they just lost a customer.

Customer service is good, they are always friendly. Do your research, prices are high... Get the diagnosis and go somewhere else to have the actual work done... I only do oil changes and inspections there because of the convenience .

I will never do business with this company again. I was a loyal customer, buying multiple sets of tires for 4 different cars. My Chrysler 200 was having uneven tire wear. Brought the car back multiple times to correct the problem, was told they would replace 2 tires and in the end they wanted me to pay for the tires and shocks. The shocks were not bad. The tires were on the front not the rear, which they said was what caused the problem. They also do not warranty their tires. They told me to read the fine print on my sales receipt. They have deceiving and dishonest business practices. I should get more than 20 k miles out tires that cost over a thousand dollars.The mechanics and salesman had a conversation in the parking lot while my wife was in the car next to them talking about how they were going to get the customer to pay for the tires. This is how they treat loyal customers in the plaistow, NH store.

Wicked rude. I have made 2 appointments now for them to do my oil change and both times my appointment has been skipped or deleted. I have emails for both saying if for any reason they can or something comes up where the appointment can’t be made they would give a call. I don’t have any missed calls. Then I go in today to try and have my oil changed at 2:00 when I made the appointment and who ever was at the counter near the bathroom kind of made it seam like oh well sucks to suck.

Went in for a coolant change. I was told that the new coolant color was going to be green. I got the car checked it and not only was the reservoir low (how it was in the first place), but they hadnt even clearly changed the RED coolant with the new green one. Dont know what else to say, going to go back tomorrow and see if they can fix this major mistake.

Customer communication is lacking.When given a two oclock appointment for a state inspection I dropped the vehicle off at half past one and confirmed that the garage had my correct phone number. Upon my return, the vehicle had still not taken into the bay at three oclock.No communication until I asked of status and at that still needed to prompt the Firestone Rep for an explanation which came with an apathetic apology at best.I asked for the keys back and took my vehicle to another garage. I understand places get busy but service starts with communicating updates to your waiting customers.

Thank you to the manager Nick who was super courteous to change my tire with a bulge in less than 45 mins on a Saturday morning. The tire missed the truck and Nick personally retrieved the tire for me the morning of. I was so grateful because my tire was on the verge of a blowout. The Firestone team at Plaistow NH were knowledgeable honest and caring. Shout out to the honest folks!! Keep on keeping on

Went here only to have low tires filled. I have a vehicle where standard air machines cannot meet the minimum specifications of the tire. I have 80 lb tires ... the most that a standard air pressure machine can provide is 45 lb. Ive been to the Firestone location in Plaistow twice to have a low tire filled. They tended to the needs almost immediately and didnt charge me for it. Nice people.

My daughter and I were taking a ( long) leisurely drive. My tire light came on so I pulled off the highway. Had a flat : (. My daughter googled firestone and it led us to this store. What a god send. Mike was awesome!!!! Put me at ease and was a tremendous help. Everyone there worked quickly to have us back on the road-- from the gentleman that went to pick up tires to the techs that did the work. I give a great big thank you to all especially Mike for your hospitality. You really helped make my day. I had lost my job of 29 yrs. a a week before. This is my place for tires. These guys are great, have always taken good care of me. They know their stuff, they do what they say theyre going to do, and they let you know if more is needed. I trust these guys and thats rare for me.

Scheduled an appointment here for brakes, was told it would be 1 1/2 hours, so I chose to wait. 40 minute delay for parts...then another 40 minute delay for other parts...FOUR AND A HALF HOURS later my service was completed.Barely got an apology, was offered a free oil change at a later date for the inconvenience-like Im ever going to use this company again.I would give negative stars if possible, they only got the one star so I could post the review.

The customer service at this location is excellent. They communicate very well and promptly call when your car is ready to be picked up. They are very accommodating.

After having new tires put on at Town Fair Tire approximately two years ago, going back THREE TIMES for leaking issues including telling them WHERE IT WAS LEAKING FROM, waiting at least an hour each time even with an appointment, only to have is issue still not resolved, I had had enough. I stopped into Firestone on a whim because I was tired of staring at my TPS light and was able to get right in. The technician confirmed that it was indeed the leaky valve stem that Town Fair insisted wasnt leaking, and repaired it. I also had a front end alignment that was long overdue done at the same time. Once the tech was done, he brought the truck around and left it running out front to stay warm because it was cold that day and I had my 2 year old daughter. When I got it the truck, the TPS light was on. I asked about it, and was told it should go off in a few miles and if it doesnt to come back and they would recheck it. Well, it didnt go off, so I stopped back in on my way by a few days later. They came right out with the scan tool and reset the code. I got back in the truck and headed down the road, and within a few miles the light came back on. A few days later I popped back in, and right out they came and scanned it again - no faults found and they reset the light. Well wouldnt you know a few miles down the road and again it popped on. I turned right around and went back. Well, turns out that when using a much more sophisticated scan tool they found a low voltage condition on the TPS sensor on the valve stem that was leaking since Town Fair installed the tires. All the time that it kept leaking and I kept going back to Town Fair the battery on the TPS sensor was being weakened. Nick at Firestone came out to tell me news, and since it wasnt a stock part Nick told me he would order one. I asked how much that service would be, and Nick said their stance is they should have caught it the first time it was in, so it would be no charge. Firestone has a policy that the problem gets fixed the first time or it get fixed with no additional charges. I didnt even have to ask. Talk about good service. When I returned when the part arrived, Nick knew my name, greeted me, and got me in and out in 20 minutes. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you all for such great service!

Plastow, Firestone Tire came highly recommended to me, by many sources. I called and Mike The Service Manager, answered and was so sincere and friendly, I knew I was going to the right place, he asked me several questions, important qustions, and I booked my appt. My husband in CA was going to be handling everything with Mike. So When Stephen called Mike, they were able to discuss everything that was going on with my tires and, both worked out the best Safety plan for me. They selected The Champion) Tire. I was so happy that I knew it wasn’t just new tires, it was a full alignment, and all the proper mechanical application to make me as safe as possible on the road. Mikes confidence and knowledge help that happen. As far as I am concerned, we have 3 sets of Champions, My husband for handling my affairs, Secondly, For Mike’s unconditional stellar service, and technicians. And for Firestone, “ Where the rubber🎼Meets the Road” YEAH!!!!

I needed to change all 4 tires on my baby Lady (Mazda cx5). I had the Beau go on Tirerack and pick out some tires. Nothing crazy of course, cuz who wants to spend crazy money on tires?!?!? Lol. They shipped them to Firestone btw free delivery when you ship them to one of their vendor partners. Firestone had early appointments available. All I did was drop off Lady for 1.5hrs and BOOM. The guy (whos name I forgot) adjusted my total to the quote I was emailed. THIS is where they get the 4 stars from me!!!

They really helped me at a time when the store was incredibly busy - the day after our first snow storm. I appreciate both their kindness and professionalism.

Very awesome and honest work at firestone in plaistow. Nick the manager is a great done to earth guy. Nice to see that in a big corporate company. The techs are not trying to up-sell anyrhing, they are flat rate technicians doing their job, recommended maintenance to keep your car running at top shape. I have 2 vehicles with well over 200k and they take care of it well. For those who have issues with the inspections, your just being ignorant and selfish. Yeah any shop will slap a sticker on your car just to keep you coming back for more business when your car breaks down a week later. Firestone in plaistow is only following state LAWS on vehicles, which are relatively strict to keep our roads safe.

Recently i re visited to have my car inspected. i was given a false diagnosis totalling $1200 to fix. a bushing on left side of my 2011 nissan versa.i took my car to two other places to be looked at. Nothing could be found wrong.I am taking the car to a nissan dealer next.after that, i am contacting the better business bureau on this account.elizabeth eckian
