They came out early to set up and delivered. The price was good and they were fast to pick up. Everyone should get their rentals from them.

Working with Bounce City was an absolute pleasure. Their equipment was delivered early on in the day and we had plenty of time to get ready for our event. Their customer service was great to deal with and they were able to answer all of our questions over the phone as well as help work around some logistics for our specific event. All in all I would highly recommend Bounce City for your party needs!

Terrible customer service.. I was trying to make a reservation for chairs And I was told they will have to take a picture of my credit card and drivers license.. I only asked why will they want all of that. Then he hung up on me. I won’t recommend!!

I have used Bounce City on numerous occasions. They are always on reliable, on time, reasonably priced and very professional. I highly encourage anyone to give them a try from tents, tables, waterslides, bounce houses and games. We have rented so many items and have always been pleased.

Amazing service !The guys that came to set it up were kind and professional.They got it set up, I paid and they left.Everyone at the party enjoyed the bounce house and when the guest left my own family enjoyed it to !They came & picked up in the morning while I was asleep with no issues. AWFUL SERVICE!! They had made my 2 year old daughter’s birthday party. There was a giant hole in the bouncy house that wasn’t our fault!! There were spiders coming out of all the cracks in the bouncy!! DISGUSTING! They were also very rude and disrespectful towards me when I had asked them to either please come and fix the hole, that wasn’t our fault, they had told us no! We had even respectfully asked for a refund since it was not a good water slide, but then they had threatened to call the police! They didn’t even put in the place we had asked because they are extremely lazy! Would never rent from again!

Worst experience I purchased a combo dry/wet bouncy house and once it got here it was not a combo dry/wet. Intended to use it as a wet slide and was told that the combo dry/wet bouncy house couldn’t be used with water( which made no sense because it was labeled as a wet and dry). But of course not because it’s only a dry bouncy house it doesn’t have a pool at the bottom I got a regular slide despite the description saying it’s a combo dry/wet. Will never use them again

The owner was professional and friendly the whole way through. We just so happened to have a 50 degree day in February and I needed a bounce house pretty much last minute for my daughters party. With two days notice Bounce City Party Rentals was able to come through. Fair price and friendly service! You can’t ask for anything better! I will ALWAYS use BCPR for my bounce house/party entertainment needs!

AWFUL SERVICE! The bounce castle came popped. They wouldn’t even replace it. WHAT THE HECK! Also, they refused to put it in the right spot just because they were lazy. WITH NO REFUND! Some of the rudest employees ever!

So glad I decided to shop around for another bounce house rental place for my sons birthday. I was very pleased with the service and communication. Delivery was prompt (even early), and I love that they picked up the next day. Nice not having to feel rushed! Price was perfect, and wouldve even paid more for this level of service. Thanks and will be definitely using you for all of our future parties!

Please, Please stay away from this guy this individual is nothing but a fraud i took a few units to have them repaired, and was totally dissatisfied with his service two of the units he claims to have fixed were not fixed all he did was attached both sides of where the damage was, and of course after one rental the damage got worst this fraudster charged me $800. for nothing. the sad part of this ordeal was that he did not take responsibility. I have pictures of the disaster this fraudster did. Totally unprofessional. a total rip-off
