Had a great experience!! Messaged Harpo’s through facebook and got a response same day to reserve the bounce house / slide combo for my daughter’s birthday. Drop off was amazing, they came early in the day during a pre-determined time-slot before the party and once it was set up, the employee used a leaf blower to clean out debris and sprayed and wiped everything down. Kids had a BLAST. Prices were great, and I can’t wait to rent another bounce house!!!
Harpo’s came through for me when another company canceled last minute. Their prices were much more reasonable than the other company too! I will definitely rent from them again.

BEST PRICES AND SERVICE! Greg and Chris are fantastic and we would never go with anyone else! We rented a moon bounce and slide combo for our daughter’s fifth birthday party and can’t imagine not having it at all future birthday parties. The kids had a blast. The Harpo’s team is friendly, professional and super organized. They have a large choice of bouncers and all are clean and vibrant. They also let you keep the bounce houses an extra day if they’re available. On top of all this they have the best prices around. Call GREG, you won’t be disappointed!
Rented the Princess castle was perfect for our kids party. Very polite and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend this business.
Used them because I am new to the area and saw their ad in the turnpike buyer (front page) so I thought they were well known and a good candidate for my sons 8th birthday. When I called I was able to speak to someone (can’t remember the name) she asked my information and what date and time I was looking for. She said they normally drop the bounce house off the night before. This is all new to me because I have never rented one before. She then asked me what kind of bounce house I was looking for and I asked what she had available. She told me a couple and one stuck out, a castle. I thought ok that would work. So I booked it. She told me they would call me the Thursday before my party (which was on a saturday). When Thursday came around I called them at about 3 pm because I hadn’t heard anything from them. I left a message. She called me back about a half hour later. And sounded a little annoyed I had called on my own. She said she had rented the unit I wanted out for a party on Friday night so they wouldn’t be able to drop it off until Saturday morning. Which worked because my party wasn’t until the afternoon. When I asked if I was paying with cash or check they said preferable cash for tax reasons. Not sure what that was referring too but I didn’t feel comfortable with This. She said she would keep in touch because they might be able to get it to me sooner depending on what time the other person wanted it till on Friday. I told her that was fine she could text me. Friday came around and her husband called and said he was bringing the unit over in a couple hours and asked if I would be home to receive it. I said absolutely. Hung up. I went online to look for a website and found they had none but the had a Facebook page. I took a look and I was looking for the castle I ordered. Turned out said castle was a princess castle. This wasn’t going to go over well with my 8 year old SON. I was never told it was a girls castle. I thought it was a multi colored one. I called he husband back to cancel and he said “oh I’m glad you called me back my wife said she texted you and told you we couldn’t deliver until Saturday morning “ which I was never told. I replied and said I didn’t receive one but then asked for him to clarify one what castle was coming to me. He them confirmed my suspicion and said a princess castle. I cancelled my order and went to another place. It was a little too in organized for me. I would know I run a business from home. There was no communication like there should have been. And then Monday came around and the husband called me 4 times and texted me to say he was coming to pick up the bounce house. He called again and I finally answered (not knowing exactly who it was just yet) and after a brief conversation he then told me he had the wrong number. I have no clue as to how they manage their Clientele but I was not impressed at the this being as unorganized as it was.
