Have been going here since they opened. Truly, the best oil change experience Ive ever had. Both my wife and I will never go to another place if possible. They go above and beyond. They ran diagnostics for my Check Engine light which resulted in some codes they hadnt seen. Employee looked them up on his phone for me. Thank you, Team Valvoline!!! 👍

First class service, all the way! This company knows customer service. Derek met me in the parking lot as I pulled in and looked around, he then stopped me to ask if I needed any assistance. While we talked, he asked good questions, was polite and figured out that all I needed was an oil change, then he guided me around to the service door where I met Holly, she guided me into the bay while I pulled the car In she instructed me on what was going to take place, asked a few more questions to make sure I was getting what I needed, and then walked me through the process. While we chatted and had a few good laughs, Trevor was under the hood and Michaela was under the car, taking care of everything. Holly and her team are first class, they understand how to treat people and their vehicles. I’ll be referring these folks out for years to come. Well I just came home from going for the first time. Holly was very nice and helpful. I would 100% recommend this service. They just seemed really on top of what they were doing and the customer service was great. Didnt have to wait as a bay was open when I arrived. The wait would be worth it as I already mentioned the service was great.

Fantastic experience! Polite professional people. Was in and out extremely fast. Less then 20 minutes my oil was changes, tires pumped, filter was changed, and fluids filled. Will surely go again just for the service alone. Prices were reasonable. Not high but not low either.

Holly was fantastic. Out of all the oil changes I have had, this was by far the best experience. Holly was informative without being pushy and walked me through each step of the process professionally and with a positive attitude. I would recommend this location to anyone!

My wife’s mustang needed a oil change badly and they took care of it fast and treated us better than the Ford dealership. There were tons of employees all in training and only one knowledgeable person on site. They first put in the wrong oil then after waiting longer then necessary they had me pull out only to forget to reattach my skid plate. They gave the options of waiting in a 3 car line (2ish hours) or coming back a different day. I just gave up and had them stick it in my trunk. For that price they provided ridiculous service.

I was impressed at the attention they gave my truck and info they went over with me about recommended services for my Nissan Armada. They lady who went over it with me seemed very knowledgeable and the service was outstanding.

I usually go to the 135 location in Greenwood, but I was in Plainfield and decided to stop in while I had the time. Im so glad I did because the gal who really impressed me, and really was the reason I became a recurring customer is the Store Manager at this location! I was incredibly pleased to see Holly when I pulled into the bay. When she told me this was her store, I knew this location would be in excellent hands. I went to the location on Alpine to get an oil change. Once leaving Valvoline I got on the highway and my skid plate fell in the road because they had not properly reattached it. I called customer service and was told to return to Valvoline where they would reattach the skid plate or replace it if it was beyond repair. The employee at Plainfield told me there was nothing wrong with my skid plate (even though half of it had broken off on the freeway). They said all they would do was reattach it and we’re not willing to replace it. I stopped using Valvoline for oil changes after this incident and the next time my new mechanic changed my oil he noted that my skid plate had been reattached by Valvoline using zip ties!

Very professional and detailed. I brought in a large 550 diesel truck, and they took very good care and explained everything. Highly recommend.

This was my first time coming to this oil change place that will line isnt my favorite is brand but I would try it out just to see how it works with my car and I use full synthetic oil I need the best for my vehicle oh, they did a great job the person that helped me and talk to me was very nice and she had great hospitality they have good service they had like multiple people working on my vehicle which was good it was fast less than 15 minutes till were done.

The price was a bit high but they even replaced my third break light and my air filter filled the fluids and checked the truck out all around, tire pressure. with 6 qrts of oil and filter it was 72. It was only 20 mins. Ive used meineke in the past and waited hours. So Im coming back here
