Terrible communication skills. Internet department dropped the ball and handed it to a guy named Bailey who has no business being in sales. Vehicle was not ready for delivery or even cleaned or inspected. Told them I am driving 2 hours and to have it ready We not even washed. No second set of keys and remote This was not a $5000 vehicle. I paid good money. Happy with the truck but would never buy anything from this place again. Worst experience I have had and the salesman Bailey should be flipping hamburgers instead of selling cars.
I went to several dealerships. This was the first time I was not pressured into anything. Greg Saylers was amazing!!! He listen to everything I said and was able to help me with the perfect vehicle. I even contacted him after the sell of the vehicle. He personally took care of any issues. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle due to the prices and his customer service. Great experience!
I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. When I left, I noticed the front tires still had brake dust and I thought they forgot and did not bill me. After looking at the bill, they did bill me for a tire rotation. I took it back and explained my issue. They took it back and did the tire rotation. A gentleman explained there was a lunch rotation and each guy thought the other guy did the work. Ok, I buy it. On my way home, my tire alarm goes off because they didnt check the air pressure and correct it due to the front and back tires have different settings. This has happened before, so no big deal. During the oil change, a guy told me I needed a new air filter. You can change my air filter in 5 minutes and costs a lot less from other places. I told him I would change it myself. I ordered the air filter and it came the next day, so I go out to change it and find my air filter is missing and the air cover was left off. Now I am mad. I tried calling and was transferred to the service department twice and no one answered. Then to add more to it, I washed my vehicle and found the plastic hub was just barely hanging on. I was lucky it didnt fall off. At this point, I am wondering if they even changed my oil. I am never going back there again.
Gavin Vaughn was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, eager, and engaging. The whole process went smoothly. We knew what we wanted, he showed us the selection, a choice was made, and the paper work was completed w/o any complications. I would have liked for Gavin to have the flexibility to include running boards on the vehicle, just to make the transaction more appealing to us. However, I know margins are thin, but it would have been an appreciated perk to the whole deal.
Very disappointed with the service department. I live out of state and while traveling to Indianapolis area to visit family, my 2018 Ford Escape made some strange sounds on the highway. The noise was periodic and coming from the wheel or tire. It sounded like something from the road had gotten caught up in the wheel well. Upon arrival at my destination, I took my vehicle to Andy Mohr service department to have them investigate. They charged me $70 and told me nothing was wrong. With the assurance and “all clear” that my vehicle was safe to drive, I began my journey home. Sure enough, the noise occurred again, making the vehicle seem unsafe to drive the 300 miles needed to get back home. Traveling on the highway in a rural area on a Saturday afternoon, I was very fortunate to find a local mechanic who opened his shop for a stranded traveler. He immediately identified the issue: the large plastic cover on the undercarriage on the driver’s side had come loose. The nice man cut the plastic, didn’t charge me anything and sent me on my way. The plastic had obviously been loose when it was up on the rack at Andy Mohr and yet the problem was not identified and caused an undue amount of stress. My family has purchased many vehicles from this dealership over the years and I trusted that they would ensure my vehicle was safe for my journey. I’m sadly very disappointed.
My experience at Andy Mohr Ford has been excellent, as always. The sales agent, Doug is very kind and helpful. He feels more like a friend than a salesman. Shelia, in the service dept is also very good at her job. She explained all the details about the issue we had and was very helpful and kind to us. We love Andy Mohr Ford.
Outstanding dealership to buy from. They gave me a price looking at pics of my trade, than when I arrived and the looked it over there were a few items that I failed to mention and they still honored their quote. William Worth is the best salesman I have ever dealt with, although I forgot her name the lady in financing made it easy and fun. Hands down best car buying experience I have ever had. If I am ever in the market for another vehicle this will be the first place I go.

The car we came to see was unexpectedly off the lot and we had to go back the next day but overall, a good experience and we’re happy with our purchase. We feel we got a good deal. Salesman was new but did a good job!
Came in for a recall on my 2010 fusion. Brakes were going to the floor. They bled them joints now I’m all good. Whoever did the airbag was kinda sloppy though. Luckily I know my way around that car. See Buffy or Don
I was completely honest about my situation. Credit score between 625-640 just just wrecked my vehicle so no trade or money down. They said no problem took hours there just to find out needed 1500 down and now credit is now below 600. Plus to boot was trying to sell me a 2013 c-max hybrid saying you didnt need to charge it. It could be gas only. Yet it had to be jumped. Every time I went to look up reviews or recalls etc from my phone it would not load inside buildings which they kept wanting me to stay inside and wait. Salesman Mohamed. Now thats shady.Another guy said because hood was bent could help with no money down. Yet that wasnt the case.

I have had the wrost experience ever with them! Truly horrible. My engine light came on a week after I bought it. I took it in 5 weeks ago haven’t heard a word about it. No one calls back! When I do call people are rude and say they’ll call back. That was again 5 weeks ago. I would love to return the car but no will call me back. I haven’t even made my first payment on it. Will not be coming back.

Logan Hutchens is an absolute life-saver. We live in Virginia but had issues with a recalled part when we were visiting Indiana. We got a part from Andy Mohr but took the car to a local mechanic to have repaired since Andy Mohr was too busy to fit us in right away.Long story short, Logan PERSONALLY took care of getting us refunded for the work we had done by the mechanic on the recalled part. Our dealership here in Virginia didnt help us at all, but Logan did! Thank you so much!

So I needed an estimate for insurance to have some work done. I called and the lady said she could just send me an email of the estimate. That all I needed to do was describe what was wrong. It was just a part that needed to be replaced so I thought okay, easy enough. What she sent me was not completely broken down, so insurance told me I needed an official estimate. I called back and they said I needed to come in. I completely understood, so I drove in. After they looked at it, the lady told me that she would send me an email with the estimate. Never got one. So after three days I sent an email to her. No response! So I took it elsewhere and had the insurance check and truck fixed in four days.
Evan is the greatest to ever do it at ford. He is very nice and loves to talk about the NBA and deserves a raise cause he’s not getting paid enough for what he’s doing. Whoever is boss is needs to bring him up ASAP
Such a great place. Ive been a customer for years. I do mean years and have bought many vehicles. When I say many...I truly mean many. I am like a magnet for having my favorite vehicle then the unlucky thing happens when I am in an accident and my vehicle is either totalled or needs repairs. I must say Ive had the best team at Andy Morh everyone always going above and beyond to help me get things taken care of. Even for just regular maintenance they are top of the line. From the service department to sales. Ive always been impressed with the professionalism and care every step of the way. Andy Mohr will get you driving a nice car again the service was excellent and Alec Willis was awesome. The only thing different I would have changed as I only got one key for my brand new $16,000 car and I have to pay half for another key and they will get the other half other than that the service was great and they were awesome
Service writer was very nice and courteous, made sure I knew all charges including damaged bolt replacements for 4 new tires, and for warranty. There was no sales pressure. All work was done in a reasonable amount of time and they gave good advice for tire selection.
Service was fast and my rep was fantastic. She took care of my requests and even helped me with some things I was looking at for the future. I had a part replaced that was ordered and added an oil change too, expecting a 2+ hour wait. I was only half way through my second cup of coffee when she came looking for me I was really surprised that it was so fast.
Service department is horrible. Sales department is excellent. Unfortunate the sales people are having to do service departments job In taking care of. I purchased a vehicle on August 13th and they already had to complete repairs 3 times. Very inconvenient and certainly didnt leave this customer satisfied. My vehicle was towed in on this 3rd time for warranty repairs on a supposedly certified vehicle . It left me with no transportation and expected me to get there and pick it up after repairs were completed. I wasnt given a rental car like my warranty said I would. Giving a 1 star is being generous.
Service Department is easy to work with. Very convenient to get your vehicle in to be serviced.The only issue I keep having is when they rotate my tires on my truck they don’t adjust the air pressure in the tires. I alway have to add air to back tires and remove air from front.
Had a really good experience with my saleman Mark Mayer and finance staff Keri Price. The inventory was super impressive. I didnt expect to see as many vehicles during this time. The entire place is very clean as well.
I bought a 2017 Lincoln mkz from this dealership. I also purchased a 5 year/100,000 mile warranty. Within 6 months the car needed a new engine put in it. The whole experience was terrible. It took them 4 or 5 days look at it to determine what was wrong. They told me the warranty I purchased covered a rental car for one week, and that they would have to contact Ford/Lincoln to extend my rental car. I didnt get my car back for approximately 3 weeks. The woman in the service department treated me as though it was a burden to make these arrangements. But, whatever, after some back and forth over the phone, they were able to get me a rental car. Two weeks ago, I was driving to work and the car began over heating. I pulled over immediately and had it towed to Andy Mohr Ford to have the problem diagnosed. I called Andy Mohr Ford to let them know that the car would be arriving, and that I would need another rental car to get me by until they were able to fix it. The woman on the phone was rude to me immediately. She told me they wouldnt cover a rental car until they were able to determine what was wrong with the car, and that they wouldnt even be able to look at it for a week and a half! Later that same day a different woman called me back and told me my warranty expired last November. The 5 year/100,000 mile warranty, that I had purchased only a year and a half ago, and only has 65,000 miles on it, had expired. Luckily I had my warranty paperwork in my possession, and explained to her that it was impossible for it to have expired. The warranty THEY SOLD ME, was no longer accessible! I had to give her the contact information and contract number and was told I would be called back. She called me back almost immediately, and started with the good news/bad news scenario and told me the good news was... My warranty was still active, and the bad news... was that my car problems werent covered by my warranty, and I was going to have to come out of pocket $829+ tax. No rental car. No help. Just bad customer service. It makes me wonder how many people DONT have their warranty information available, and end up getting stuck for the bill, due to their incompetence. For what its worth the person that sold me the car was outstanding, and he is the only reason that I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

My husband and I had been looking for a new car and found that most dealerships in our area were really short on inventory. We looked online and found what we were looking for at Andy Mohr. We drove 45 mins to look at a new car and we were glad we did. They showed us the car we saw online and also had a lot full of a variety of cars. The entire staff was great, from the person who answered the phone when we made the appointment, the salesman Steve, and the financing lady. I had the best car buying experiences I have ever had, Kenny, who I hear is pretty new to the location, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful he took into consideration that I had a bad knee that day and moved one of the cars I wanted to look at from another spot in the ot next to the first one we went to so I did not have to walk so much. I took my vehicle in to have a recall part fixed. When I arrived, I was greeted and helped immediately. Shanita was the representative I worked with and she was kind and super helpful. I really have never had a great experience at a dealership but I’m glad I went to Andy Mohr.
First appointment didn’t make it in the books so they rescheduled. When they had my truck they called and said they couldn’t rotate the tires without a additional charge because the lug nuts were swollen.this charge was going to be $300, I advised that I didn’t want it done l. I purchased them myself for $62. It said on the sheet they filled all of the fluids, after driving away the windshield washer fluid light comes on. Guess I’ll go back to taking care of it myself.

After many times of returning to Andy Mohr and feeling the staff never leaves us feeling great about their service and commitment to Customer Satisfaction, we have decided to NEVER return to Andy Mohr ever again for anything. We have tried to find it that maybe its an isolated experience, but its poor customer service every time...from purchasing to the service department.....Very Disappointed 😞 what happened to the days of when communication between the customer and the vendor was priority.
Poor communication and nothing but excuses. In addition to not resolving the mechanical issues the attached photos are right after $200 full detail. I’ve tried to reach out prior to this review and have not gotten any response. This year marks the 19th year of going to them for service and unfortunately my last.
After the repair our Jeep Grand Cherokee with an Eco-diesel engine runs like new! I went in to get 4 new tires and an oil change. Asked to make sure my fluids were topped off. Returned after they called and told me the truck was complete. Checked the fluid, was not topped off. My spare tire was in the bed of the truck, not under in the spare location. The sensors in the tires were not calibrated so the warning light was on the dash. Was told if I get more work done, they would give me a discount for the quality I received for this visit.

My alternator went out. At least that was all the signs. I had purchased extended warranty so was under warranty. I went ahead and scheduled appointment for service, and told them that my alternator went out. . I had bought a brand new battery 2 days before appointment before taking in, to make sure it was not battery, And to make sure it would drive me there. All went good.The following day I received a call from FORD service that my battery was bad and would have to be replaced. I explained that it was not the battery. After several times asking if they could check it again, they said they would give me test strip showing it was bad. They said they tested it and it is bad. To save time, I said I would would go ahead and pay for new battery. But I wanted the battery they take out. They told me they would leave for me.That next day service called me and told me alternator was bad. They replaced it and had done the next day or 2. I went and picked up. I did have to still buy their battery, and they had given me my other new battery. Got home, and the following day, we noticed the back seat had tally scratches all over the back of the seat. I did not call them because I know that the answer would be they would not do that. And nothing could be done. I dont have any smaller kids that would do this. But neither can I prove who done it. I had purchased vehicle from The same Ford dealership that serviced. Everything else went well. My new bad battery has checked out good,by the way.
Called to have my trucks oil changed and to have the alarm looked at because it was going off in the middle of the night 3 times in a row with no one near the keys. The service rep stated that they saw the alarm going off but couldnt advise why. I said ok well can we start replacing the parts, which I was told would be out of my pocket. Mind you my truck was purchased from this dealer with only 26k miles. The service department offered nothing in regards to being able to figure it out. After being told that I would have to replace the alarm financially on my own I decided that I had enough of the run around 2 days total from the service and their absolute refusal to help someone. I had to end up calling corporate and getting them involved, which I should have never had to do. Because of the service department I will no longer be going to the dealership, which really stinks because I have been looking for an F250 but I guess I will be making that purchase else where.
The folks at Andy Mohr were very patient with my wife and I as we test-drive multiple vehicles over the course of most of the day.Chase, our sales rep, stuck with us for hours until we made up our minds. Our finance manager Keri kept the process stream-lined and simple.At no point did anyone make us feel rushed or pressured, and it was possibly the most relaxed auto purchase Ive ever made.

I traveled 150 miles to purchase a New 2021 F-150 on 4-19-21. On 4-20–21 I got a Pre-collision Assist Not Available and a Park Aid Malfunction warning which won’t allow my back-up camera to work. After being told they would bring a loaner and come get and fix the issue plus a minor recall they didn’t and I had to take the truck back down on 4-24... they said it was fixed and they didn’t. On 4-25-21 same issues and they now won’t come get it and asked me to take it to another dealership near me to get it fixed!!!I should have just spent the extra money and purchased the truck locally.... what piss poor service!!!!!
I was browsing craigslist and seen Andy Mohr had listed a 1992 Cadillac so I went to their website for more info and I liked the price and could see the car was in great shape but I live 45 miles away and was on call on my only day off so I was unable to test drive it and spoke with Logan and learned I could buy it without actually going to the dealership and they even delivered it to me at home with a full tank of gas.

It took 3 weeks to get my car back, was a little longer than I expected but when I got it back it was completely repaired to my expectations! I was also very pleased with the fact that they cleaned my car inside and out ( windows and all ) Over all I was very happy with the work that was done!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! Buy from another dealer… service at Andy Morh is horrible. It’s almost as if they’ve grown numb to customer’s disappointments. Just bought brand new truck a month ago. Several maintenance issues they refuse to fix. Warranty department backed up 2 months. Imagine buying a new truck but can’t get it fixed for months and the dealership seems indifferent on your situation. Absolutely horribly ran operation. Service department is horrible. I wasn’t the only customer with similar complaints in line. lol.
This was the third time for the same issue since purchasing the vehicle, still not correct. I ended up with grease on my headliner from the second trip and now being told the whole headliner has to be replaced. The lady that is now handling my account is much more helpful than my last person and seems genuinely invested in making this right. I will say also that this is a first model year for the vehicle and they do not have much comparison to go off of, still though has been frustrating overall and growing, trip to service number 4 is in a few days.
Shopping here was nice and relaxed. They worked hard and were polite and treated my with respect. I might get my next car here.
I came in with my budget, and they ran my credit before going over the numbers with me, (which turned out to be over twice what I said I could afford) and it made my credit score drop 5 points. I told them I had never financed a car before. If I knew it would make my credit drop I wouldn’t have agreed to any of it. It’s just very frustrating because they should have known it was going to be way more than what I told them I could afford, and they should have just been honest with me and told me they didn’t have anything anywhere near my budget before running my credit score.
Just bought a car an hour ago. Currently stranded off the interstate and they arent answering the phone.Looks like a belt has broke off literally an hour after leaving the dealership.

When he called telling us about a Honda CRV that had been traded in recently, he had already taken it out for a drive, looked over the Carfax, and had all the pertinent information we needed. When we arrived to test drive, he was ready for us and made the whole process as smooth as possible.

After taking my vehicles here for service the last 18 years and recommending a customer to purchase a vehicle, which they unfortunately did, I received my vehicle back with the steering wheel and center console covered in oil after what should have been routine service. This is the first time this has ever happened and is now the picture of service expectations from Andy Mohr Ford. I will no longer purchase or take another vehicle from/ to this dealer for service. Bill Estes Ford is worth the extra drive for service and will own my business moving forward.

We did the “Mohr to your door” with a 2019 Traverse trade in for a 2015 F-150 on a Wednesday. Worked with Tyler, Cooper, Mark, Marcia.. Chris & Tommy/Tom even reached out to us. They were very persistent, went out of their way to reach out to us & answer all our questions. Only issue we’ve had is by Friday we’ve already found multiple issues with the truck and they can’t get it in for them to fix for 3 weeks... even then they won’t give us a loaner vehicle while it’s being worked on they wouldn’t even swap us back out with our Traverse that they haven’t even advertised let alone sold yet. The day we got the truck we noticed that the owners manual (in the glove box) was wet and we figured when they shampooed the carpet someone laid it on the floor for too long but then the day after it rained pretty hard and we noticed the windshield was leaking.. so bad that when you drive and come to a stop/take off you can hear a significant amount of water in the passenger door panel, and the floor on the passenger side gets soaked so much you can squeegee the water out. The cruise control doesn’t work, the radio glitches & won’t play music at random times (I’m guessing because the water in the dash/door) Hasn’t even been 68 hours since we’ve had it and I understand with Memorial Day that businesses are closed/people want off but I can’t help but feel like we are getting done a little dirty. As of right now we are a little bit concerned, and we will see if they come through with fixing the issues. I am hoping that the company will be honest about then problems we have noticed thus far and have brought to their attention, and that their customer service to fix the issue is as good as the customer service is to purchase.
Ive been going to this dealership for service for my fusion for years now. Extremely helpful staff, very few to no problems over the years. My last trip this weekend, I got a works package oil change. When my car was finished, I went to pay and they told me there was no charge. I asked why and they just said the manager wanted to for choosing them each time. This was definitely unexpected, but I appreciated it. Ill definitely return.
I’ve had problems in the past with the service department, but they have made things right it’s just frustrating having to return to get the work done right the second time around . This last time I brought my car in for an oil change service. They completed the work in 10 min, I thought that was too fast to do a Thorough job. Later to find out the car was low in oil, their was oil on the Brake pedal, and on my floor mats. I talked to the service dept and they wanted me to return the car to make things right. Again having to return the car a second time to fix things I decided to fix them at home . Furthermore I’ve asked them to please have the service manager call me back. The service manager has not contacted me over my issues so because of that and the problems I’ve had in the past I will not return to Andy more ford in Plainfield. I will have to chose a different dealer to go to .

Great experience overall! Went there to look at a car I viewed online. But when I got there Chris (car salesman) informed me about problems with the car I come to look at. Instead he asked me for an out the door price (all fees included with price of car) and helped me get a great car in my price range!! Chris was not like your typical car salesman He was there to help me get a good car and not just trying to make a sale or sell me a piece of junk. Thanks again Chris B!!
Its only been a few weeks since we bought our new car from here but so far were very happy with what we got. The staff was friendly and our salesman Ryan was very helpful. He listened to our needs and seemed to want to put us in the best vehicle for us and our budget. We went there to look at a minivan we saw online, but immediately upon seeing it, we were unhappy and he said it wasnt right for us. He took a lot of time with us, but never made us feel like a burden as he walked around the lot looking for the best car for our needs for our 3 child plus 1 dog family. He found us a car that hasnt even been fully-processed yet that was perfect and we walked off the lot with it that day, even with our mediocre credit. We ended up with a Mercury Mountaineer with 3rd row seating in great condition at a good price. Thanks for listening to us and working with us! I hope Bonnie will be in our family for a long time.

The entire staff was on point. As i entered I was greeted multiple times. They then had a person help me within minutes . Then I was able to be shown cars in my price range. I made my decision, and purchased a vehicle from them. The person guided me through the steps patiently, and I drove home in my new vehicle. Thank you to the entire team for a positive experience !

We requested a video walk around and more information and he was very nice and helped us as to we live 280 miles away and was unable to see the Camaro in person. Do NOT consider this dealership for a new or used vehicle!I gave a $500.00 credit card deposit over the phone for a new mustang.The following day I called the dealer to let them know I needed to pass on the car and was told that I would not be getting my $500.00 deposit back. They simply refused to credit my card telling me that the deposit was non-refundable because the deposit took the car off market I did not sign anything nor was provided any paperwork whatsoever indicating that my deposit was non- refundable. That said This dealer will steal your money if you have made any deposit then decide not to follow through with the sale. I wish I could give no stars!
We had a good buying experience here which is to be expected when they’re wanting to sell you a new car. Since then, we have had nothing but problems from the service department.They either can’t find the problem or don’t fix it properly. We’ve had our vehicle here several times for warranty work. On the most recent visit, they tighten all the bolts on our suspension and the car was swerving all over the place on 465 with my entire family in the car. After contacting them about this, all I got was “sorry”. Zero follow up.I’ve dealt with a few different service advisors and they all seem like they could care less. We will definitely not be back.

Everyone at Andy Mohr Ford is great and you can tell they all work as team. My salesman Mohamed went above and beyond what was expected to help me get the vehicle I wanted, even the finance team was awesome. I’ve bought six cars from this dealership and I keep coming back because the staff here treat you like family Doug and Mohamed are amazing hard working people and outstanding salesmen.
This is my second experience at this dealership and if it wasnt for the fact they were the only ones with inventory on the lot I wouldnt have been back after the first experience!In 2014 I had a great deal on the truck I wanted and showed up with financing preapproved through my own bank. However when it came time to sign they had run the financing through one of their own banks and at a higher rate so I walked out. By the time I got back home an HOUR away the sales manager was on the phone offering to bring me the corrected paperwork and the truck to my house to close the deal. I declined and bought through another dealership.This time around 2 of the trucks I wanted to see werent available because employees where using them as personal vehicles which I find highly unbelievable considering the extremely low inventory everywhere. The truck I finally decided on I ended up being told I couldnt have that one either because it was a loaner truck and didnt have enough miles on it to sell. Of course when I couldnt find another one I was interested in it was suddenly available for sale.However the offer on my trade was so low that I told the sales rep he should be embarrassed coming at me with such a low offer. I had even told him I had cash offers from Carvana & CarMax for $19k at the beginning of our conversations. His second offer wasnt much better and after asking him to return my keys for my trade 3 times I left and drove an HOUR home.By the time I got home the sales manager was texting me wanting to make a deal. I told her to text me her best offer and if it was reasonable Id discuss it with my wife. When she finally replied the offer was within $500 of what I originally wanted. If it wasnt for the extremely low inventory everywhere and the fact I really wanted this particular truck I wouldve turned it down and shopped elsewhere.I shouldnt have to drive an HOUR each way TWICE just to get a good deal where Im not getting taken advantage of. This dealership definitely doesnt operate ethically and for those 2 reasons alone I likely wont be back nor would I recommend them to anyone else.The vehicle delivery was ok, the sales rep set-up my phone and the Ford Pass to the truck but wasnt very knowledgeable about how the program worked trial periods or future subscription fees. Although he was friendly and personable his over knowledge of the vehicle and how different things worked where lacking. Thank God for Google and YouTube.About the only positive experience through this dealer was Marcia in the finance office who did the final contract; she was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and didnt try to slide any extras onto the sales contract.IF YOU SHOP HERE DONT HESITATE TO WALK AWAY, MY EXPERIENCE HERE TWICE NOW IS THAT A GOOD DEAL IS ONLY AN HOUR AWAY AFTER WALKING OUT !!!
I serviced my vehicle (2020 Mustang GT/CS) at Andy Mohr. I dropped it off since I would be out of town for a couple of days. They called me with updates and let me know the status. Their professionalism and due diligence allowed me to have one less worry. I would highly recommend this dealership!
