I went to go get a full set of acrylic gel nails and not only was the lady on her phone every five minutes but she was rough with my hand and overall seem to not being giving it her best ability. I have had my nails for about a week and already five have snapped off and lifted. Which has never happened before the last time I went they stayed on quite well. And the worst part is they snapped off while doing easy tasks that should never have happened. And my nails are not an even length.

I first went and I thought my nails looked beautiful. However they started chipping and breaking right away. Two nails came right off and were brown underneath. I couldn’t tell if it was fungus or bruised? I never had this happen before. I have had gel nails plenty of times. I took it as maybe I bruised them and gave them another chance. I got gel nails done again and the gel peeled off overnight! I went back and they fixed again. Now one came off again and my nail is brown under again ( different nails then before).I’m not Going to take my chances and go back. I’m worried it’s fungus.

I ended up having some free time on my lunch break and wanted to get powder nails for vacation. They got me in quickly as a walk in and the nails look great. Atmosphere is nice and service was very friendly. Now that I know they are so close to my work and I had such a good experience, I will definitely be back.

We had a group of four to get pedicures & eyebrows waxed. They were very kind & social and laughed with us at our silliness. We weren’t rushed they took their time even thought it was right before closing. We will definitely be going back to this place!!! Nice vibe nice people nice place. I would recommend stopping by and giving them a try.

They did a good job on my nails. They were pretty fast as well. They up charge for everything that other nail salons don’t. Paid 51$ for a basic full set with French tips color in gel. They even up charge for pink acrylic powder and a dollar to use a credit card or debit card. Kind of ridiculous.

They are very good at what they do. On the high side of prices, but they have tons of options for colors polish, gel and dip. Not to mention on added services.

The service was good and the girl who did the waxing was awesome. The only thing I have noticed is that the nail polish quality has changed. The gel didnt even last a week on my toes. OPI gel always lasted long. These new brands that they all seem to have are not lasting more than a week.

I am acknowledged when I walk in.They perform nail services professionally at a good value for my time and money.I love the results.

$53 for a pedicure. They charge an extra $15 for gel polish!! Thats insane!! Highest Ive ever paid for a pedicure. Plus, the lady forgot to either add the top coat or cure it because my right foot is jacked. I was chatting with my friend (who also paid $53 for a pedicure). Should have been watching them! Dont bother with this place. Just drive to Tonys nails in Avon...definitely worth the extra gas.

After years of going to many different nail salons, I have finally found a permanent salon I will be returning to for my gel manicure. Lynn was my nail technician today and she was very friendly, kind, and helpful.

We travel constantly and getting good constantly quality work is difficult. On this occasion I needed a replacement set of nails badly, managed to get an appointment an hour before closing, would not do an ombre, settled on chrome red, simple one color set.I prepared one hand prior to arriving, 75.00 is a little high in my opinion for the work needed to complete the work. Ive paid more, but got much fancier nails for the price. Yeah I would come back but Im not happy with the charges, maybe this area has an economic issue that drives the price higher? Who knows if my travels will bring me back for a second opportunity to earn my respect.

This place does top notch quality nail art!!! A bit pricey but definitely worth the money!!

I came for pedicure and gel nail polish on my finger nails. When they removed the previous polish it was removed all the way and was just layered over old polish. My fingers looked silly because you could see traces of the old polish still. I feel like I was a rushed client due to this and the man didnt even take the time to cut my cuticles and I payed $60 for my services that I ultimately wasnt happen with. My money was just as good as anyone elses and I feel like he didnt take his time on me like he should have.

Let me start by saying I’ve been to a TON of salons but pop up by far has been the BEST! Great work, attentive to detail, when it’s your time in the chair you have their undivided attention! The two gentleman that worked on mine and my girlfriends nails/toes were wonderful! Even as walk ins they got us in and out and explained the process as they went. We will definitely be back!!

I really really liked this nail salon! It looks really clean and nice. The staff is friendly and thorough. I had a small cut beside my nail when I came in and he was very careful not to hurt it or get anything inside of my cut. There were lots of colors to choose from. My nails and toe nails look beautiful!

My daughter and I were staying in Camby for a mini get away and I looked up a nail salon to goto in the area being that the county was off lockdown for two months. I seen the reviews and was like LETS GO! I went again and decided to get a pedicure since I was going to have to wait for my daughter getting a full set. Horrible as well as worst pedicure experience ever! She touched 7 toes, barely cut cuticles and and partial scrub. Massage was nice and final polish. All the employees were nice and friendly.

I had an amazing experience at Pop-up Nails. My mom, bridesmaids, and I went to Pop-Up Nails the day before my wedding to get manicures and pedicures. Not only did they do an amazing job, but everyone was super nice! My nails looked perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been here twice and really enjoyed my first visit. But, this past time I went for A Gel Manicure and it’s the worst I have ever received. You can literally see through the color as she didn’t apply enough coats and i asked for a glitter nail on my ring finger. I kept asking if it was possible and She assured me it could be a solid glitter nail and didn’t need a base coat. You can see my nail through that as well because it’s splotchy. Not to mention when i left my manicure already looked as if it was a week old because she didn’t paint all the way to the cuticle. She was very aggressive and made me bleed on 4 separate fingers. It’s only been a week since I got it done and it is already chipping and looks awful. I’ll never be back!

My nails were drilled and filed on the sides of every visit Ive had here so bad that my skin was filed too. My fingers would hurt so bad. The size of my natural nail and fake nail the arent the correct size and the polish is too thick. Ive had good nails here twice. Once the pain was so bad I couldnt sleep. The colors here are so gorgeous too.

Very easy to get in and get out in a timely manner. The workers are very inviting, they have amazing color selection, and I love the environment; very comfortable. Highly recommend and not super pricey!

I want to like this salon. I really do but the nail technician I saw just doesnt understand how to do the dip powder properly.I didnt do anything rough with my hands and my nails didnt even hold up for a full day. I was never mad but I did want my nails to look nice.So, when I revisited Pop-Up Nails I was told to see the very same nail technician. I thought my problem was fixed. My nails looked great again!Unfortunately, within a few hours of having them done, I noticed that my nails were already chipped in several places.Ive seen nail technicians whove given me a dip powder manicure thats lasted unscathed for three weeks.I wish I could see that kind of work from Pop-Up Nails! How many other nail technicians at Pop-Up Nails know how to do the dip powder? I may give someone else a try.Thank you for trying, technician #1.

Absolutely wonderful! The safff was genuine and kind! The salon is BEAUTIFUL! 😍😍 all decked out in Tiffany Blue. Tons of colors and services, even waxing. The salon is brand spanking new so everything is VERY clean! They did a lovely job and worked at the perfect rate. Will for sure be back!

I stopped in a few weeks ago in need of a pedicure. Overall, I was really impressed with my experience and plan to return. It being the off season for pedicures, I was the only client in for a pedicure that week night. The technicians took their time and were really friendly. Everything seemed really new & clean. I definitely plan on returning.

Honestly... I was not wowd when I first walked in but both times I have been I have been very pleased with the service just the overall atmosphere feel and all in all I walk out a happy customer. It seems like in the past year or so so many new nail salons have popped up. It is hard to find a good one to go to routinely. This is a good one in my book.

I was able to walk in and sit right down for a pedicure, everyone was friendly, and most importantly, my pedicure was amazing! The guy that did it took his time, checked with me several times to make sure I liked what he was doing, and truly did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be back!

First impressions are your best and this place is the bomb. Very very CLEAN, customer friendly staff, hospitality was first place, didnt wait long to be serviced and my nail tech did a wonderful job on my nails. I liked it sooo much that I returned the next day for a pedicure and boy was I in bad shape. I really liked this place. Quick and efficient with beautiful, flawless work. The only downside was one of my fingers got a small cut. My friend and I both agreed we would come back.

Highly recommend getting the ombré powder here, i’ve tried multiple local salons and these are by far the best. literally perfected the ombré french tip!

Very clean place, very nice people. They were very busy there but they kept up with everything, I made an appointment and Lynn was ready for me when I got there but there were a lot of walk ins also and they were waited on really fast.

Got my nails done for my sisters wedding and it was one of the worst sets I had ever gotten. All of my nails are uneven. Some are really short, others are way too long. And I even had a nail break after just one day... They rushed my nails so much, and it shows.And I live out of town so I cant even go get my nail fixed... Very unsatisfied.

I got my nails done here and it was average. I got a gel manicure and it cost 30 dollars. The staff were nice but did not interact much with customers. There were only 2 coats of paint on my nails and seemed thin. After a week, they started to break and I had to remove them. I do not think I will visit here again. After visiting many nail places, I seem to prefer Tonys Nails for a gel manicure.

The people are very skilled, the place is very clean, and there where an intermediate amount of colors to choose from. The most negative thing about the place is that they are normally busy. In turn making them rush.

Cant understand and high priced! Daughter went and had nails dipped came home with “red” finger tips. Stained to the first knuckle on every finger. Red polish all over. Made her drive back and ask them to clean it up. 30% maybe came off. Very ugly and disappointing!!

I have had many pedicures and normally love them. This was an awful pedicure the massage was a joke and one of toes still hurt from where it was clipped to short. I also got a full set and had to come and file them because they were not straight would not recommend this place. I paid $67 for my services and felt like that was high for the service I received.

There has been a bad smell as you come threw the door, over all their work has been worth the money. I like a spa treatment, and they are real close. I hate when there is a lot of talk, a language I don’t understand, they are usually quiet! I usually give a nail salon two stricks before I give a bad review. No stricks yet, just hoping the fix the smell, I may get the courage to ask the time!

Do not recommend this place. I got my nails dipped, they had to do them twice because they did them wrong. I’ve had them done for 3 days and my dipped nails completely chipped off.
