Rode van to the airport. Changed names. So couldnt find it at first. Arguing about who was going to take us. Not professional at all.

I parked here a few years ago and the experience was definitely memorable but for the wrong reasons. This is definitely the cheapest parking at Indy airport so if price is the only thing that matters to you, look no further. That being said, the old adage you get what you pay for definitely applies. Upon return to Indianapolis and multiple phone calls, each with assurances that the shuttle was on the way it finally arrived, 1 hour and 12 minutes after my first call. Based on the other reviews here and elsewhere that seems to be a recurring theme with them. The only good thing I can say about the extended wait is I saw dozens of bright green shuttles from a competing company that charges a little bit more, but not much, and is still a lot cheaper than the lots on airport property. I even had plenty of time to check out their website on my phone and bookmark it for my next trip. Ive used them ever since and they have legitimately regular shuttle service; Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes and most of the time I exit the terminal and there is already a shuttle waiting. I dont know if Im allowed to name competing companies in reviews so I wont, but I will say when it comes to airport parking I just want to PARK FAST and then RELAX, and that google search is your friend.

My experience with Parking here for Airport Daily parking. I travel often and so far in Indy found that this place was the most affordable when it comes to daily parking rates for long periods.That said the Shuttle service which drops/picks-up from the airport is pathetic and unreliable when coming back from the airport. I waited at the pickup spot for almost an hour, the lady who was helping me from the Hotel front desk was rude and not very helpful.I ended up calling an Uber to get to the Hotel.

Its was a mess getting the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, the man we was REALLY RUDE both times we dealt with him. Cheap parking, but a pain! And no security for your card while youre gone. Well spend more next time and be treated with respect!

When returning from vacation did exactly as instructed and was told 30 minute wait time for the shuttle. More like an hour and 2 more phone calls. When we finally got back to the hotel I went in and spoke with someone supposedly in authority who tried to tell me it had only been a 45minute wait. Not true!Will not be back!

24 hour shuttle service is a lie! When making reservations gave flight information & again at hotel when dropping off. Flight landed at 1230am. Called hotel after getting luggage & in zone 2. Was told they would call driver. Hour later called back & was told they didnt have a driver until 3am. Didnt help get us back to vehicle only that driver would be in at 3am.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Upon return to IND at 2:00PM, I called repeatedly the Super 8 Hotel facility where my car had been parked and was told each time that the shuttle bus was on its way. Two-and-a-half hours later, the shuttle showed up. I will NEVER use this service again. One star is a compliment!

DISASTER - BEWARE!I had used this more than once and always, it was great deal for $5 a day with shuttles on the half hour to and from the airport -- the way it is advertised. Last week, I arrived just a few minutes before the 6:30 am shuttle would have left only to find it already having departed. I asked the nice desk clerk if I should just go on to the airport and park and she said it had left early and would be back ahead of schedule and said, It is only 10 minutes to the airport so you should be fine when I told her my info! Sure enough the shuttle came early and all was going well. At the 2nd hotel pick-up, after about a 5 minute wait, a lady got on that clearly knew (was a friend) to the driver---she sat up front with her and they chatted. Still all was ok UNTIL then instead of taking the exit off the freeway to the airport, the driver struck off down another road ( a different freeway), finally turned off onto a secondary road, and drove then way far up yet another road---still chatting...She took her friend to WORK!!! Even if she had taken us to the terminal first and then taken her friend on her own time with no customers in the van, that would have been one thing but we ended up being on the shuttle close to 40 mins from the time we left the hotel! I had allowed more than ample time bc I knew I had to check a bag--BUT not for being that long on a shuttle! They literally closed the flight for baggage as I walked up. Important appts had to be canceled, and I flew standby most of the day as a result of this delay. When I returned and went in to Super 8 to complain. I asked the desk clerk (again a lovely lady) if the shuttle was to go anywhere other than the 2 other hotels close by and straight to the airport terminal. I was assured this was the only route! I then told her my plight and she was supportive and aghast. She couldnt authorize a refund so called her manager. RUDE man who told me is was MY fault for not coming earlier--although I was there in more than enough time had the shuttle run on its correct schedule-- and had the audacity to suggest that I should have returned to the hotel and not used the shuttle if I was upset with the service!! As if trying to make a flight was unimportant. So bc I had not come back immediately after I left, there was no refund. Seriously? This make no rational sense!! Said that bc it was cheap there was no refund. It also took 50 mins to get picked up and transported back to the hotel on the return trip. Manager said that nothing is in print although you can read what they purport on multiple websites! This is no way to treat customers -- and even sadder, this man never even once apologized!!!! I have spoken with a number of people and even other hotel employees about their shuttle services and explained this tawdry tale--they all were horrified and said it should be reported!

Cheapest place to park the car. I love it. very friendly management.

Drop off only waited about 20 mins but waited an hour for pickup at the airport...wont use this again.

I waited for 1hr and called the hotel 3 times while waiting for the shuttle at zone 2 at 32 degrees cold temperature outside. My first call to them was at 6:52am. The driver said it is very busy time which does not convince me. I was told that the shuttle will arrive at 7:20 and it actually arrived at 7:52am.

Crooked cheap un American cant even call them horrible service
