I have come to this place several times in the past and have always had great pedicures . However, today was much different. Phoebe dug into the sides of my big toes when I do not have ingrown toe nails and now my toes are bright red and In throbbing pain. I also got the pedicure that uses paraffin wax . Phoebe didn’t even bother to check with me first regarding the temperature before sticking my whole foot in the bag. I said several times “that is too hot, it’s burning my foot “. she proceeded to ignore me and put my second foot in so I repeated myself again. She must have finally been listening because she rudely said “what” and then ignored me . The nail polish has already chipped on both my big toes as well in a matter of hours . Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be returning to this nail salon.

Went here to get my nails done my son got me a gift card a few months ago so figured Id try them out my usual place was closed an glad I did the lady did a really good job showed her picture of what I wanted an she almost matched it perfect. Was a little pricey but she said the add on I wanted was hand made an more $ cost was 85$

My daughters and I went here for Mani/pedis before our first ever family vacation to Hawaii. I arrived and right away told my pedicures were $5 more for each. Then I would safely say my pedicure lasted maybe 15 minutes. I dont even think the massage part lasted more than 10 seconds, the pedicurist cut my toe when she was filing, and she did not put two coats of paint on either, as I have always had before. The manicurist was doing a fill for my daughter and she filed the shape of her nails wrong and ruined them. By the time we got to Hawaii, one of her nails were breaking off and my toe paint was chipping off already as well. So, after a $150.00 bill, I definitely do not believe this business gave quality work and I will never return here.

Nice and clean. Very large. Each pedicure station uses plastic liners for each pedicure. They now charge $30 for basic pedicure.

Excellent service for my granddaughter and I. Vy and Phoebe went above and beyond! We will be back soon to see them. Thank you so much!

I have been going to this salon for over two years now, only requesting the same two technicians (Emma and Tracy) perform services on my hands/nails. Due to scheduling conflicts on my end, I was urged to have Kim do my nails. Now, Kim has done my pedicures before, awesome and detailed, but never my nails. Well, I couldnt be more please with her service. My nails look AMAZING!!! Thank you, Kim!.- Tracy A

Amazing!! Instead of being rushed through i felt pampered today. What a wonderful experience with great staff..its been a long time since I felt relaxed at a nail salon and they didnt just want to rush you out, I booked a 3 week appointment immediately!

I went to this place twice. I had two broken nails from a previous place and when I called to schedule they said that it would be free to fix the two nails and only $35 to fill. When I came in I decided I wanted ombré and they said it would be an extra $10 but I really wanted these colors so I decided ok. after I had them done they told me it would be an extra five to fix the two nails. I didn’t understand and asked why I was told it would be free but they didn’t give me an answer so I just paid what I needed to with a tip. I was happy with the nails and had no broken ones so I went back and last time I got blue and purple ombré and this time I chose a yellow and pink and the lady said no way she can do any light colors because I already had dark colors. This threw me off but I chose darker colors anyways. Afterwards I asked “45$ right” she said “no 50 but we charge 5 extra now and it’s going to be 5 more dollars also because I cut your cuticles”. Like your joking right? I never asked you to cut my cuticles and it’s something nail artists usually do anyways. Why would I ask you to do it knowing you would charge extra. I decided I won’t be going back although they do lovely nails they will obviously try to rip you off.

Always my go to. Great staff Great quality Great prices. Usually there is a wait and its easy to see why, they are in demand! Love it here.

Nail technician was so friendly. The facility is clean and didnt smell off chemicals. Will definitely be back for some summer toes.

Have been here 4 times for gel pedi and dip manicure. 3put of the 4 times they have charged premium prices (over $100 for the 2) for service that has been non existent. Paying for a manicure and not even getting lotion on my hands. Each time I have requested a round shape to my nails and apparently it’s beyond them to do anything but square, I have come away each time with bleeding fingers and a distorted shape to my nails with every finger nail being a different shape. I had one good experience with them on the 2nd go of it so I went back after to try again but I’ll never go here again! So disappointed since it’s close and they are clean and have lots of seats to fill but it’s not worth the pain in my fingers and lack of actual service for the price.

This is definitely the best nail salon in town! The ladies there are so nice and my manicure and pedicure is perfect every time 💜

I have been to far better places than this. I got light blue square nails and I had some hairs in the polish and my ring finger was sideways which is not acceptable.

Every single time I’ve gone here the workers are just flat out rude, pushy and give attitude. First time I went in to get a nail fixed to match the length of the rest, once they got to the thumb they didn’t even try to match it with the rest. When asked if she was going to fix it she gave me gave me attitude and said ugh. Second time I went they left my right index finger crooked and I didn’t want to even ask because of previous experience. Tried to go a final time and they just me a dirty look and we’re being very pushy and rude. Tired of their poor attitudes. Next

Best place I’ve ever been too!!! Hands down I drive 45 mins to get here cause I can’t find a place in north Sacramento that can do nails as good as these ladies. So highly recommended and 10 Stars!!!!

Extremely nasty and rude have gone in there a few times and this last time was my last....... I was asked flat out “ you rich or something? You always want us to do your nails so often, you always come in and want us to fix them” I said no I’m not RICH and was flat out appalled by this commentary then they proceeded to talk in their language and giggle. I am done here.
