I moved across the state and was pleased my new city came with a Firestone. I had high expectations since my car had only really been to the Firestone in my hometown. Pittsfield Firestone definitely lived up to my expectations. High quality service for a decent price. No fancy scare tactics or guilt trips looking for an upsell, just reliable people and service I can depend on which will keep me coming back again and again.

Great customer service. Got us in within a couple of hours for a tire leaking air. Found the problem and fixed it within a hour. Clean areas, even the restroom was clean. Recommended.

Great experience. Location was easy to fine and they got all 4 new tires installed(and all adjustments needed) within an hour so we can be back on the road. You can also wait at the Ben & Jerrys right across the street!

Horrible experience. Brought my car in for services that was quoted 130 to 150. Came to pick up ride. No work was done n gave another quote 750 dollars more??????? They always do this especially if you have credit with them. When i questioned their operation they packed my ride up n sent me on my way. Either pay or go?????? No more.

These guys are awesome! They havent tried to upsell me, take great care of my car, and are always honest and polite while being helpful and explaining everything well. Very professional helpful staff. We had a belt separation on the mass Pike, and after much confusion and googling settled on Firestone because they had a drop box. We parked the truck and crashed with a friend 2 hours away. Tony answered first thing in the morning, took the order and had the 18 inch tires mounted aligned and looked over the entire truck for us by the time we got there at 10:30am. They notified us of special pricing and discounts and double checked tpms before we left to drive to Bangor Maine...

Always fast, kind, personable, and to my experiences thus far, very fair. I will continue to take my current and future vehicles to this shop. Thanks Firestone team for treating me and my vehicles well.

Fast and friendly service, even during COVID-19. Just under $30 for a conventional oil change. Very pleasantly surprised. Only downside is they left my car unlocked with the window down in the parking lot - lucky I had nothing valuable inside.

Our car broke down on the highway and the tow truck dropped us of here. The guys immediately found out what was wrong and were very understanding and courteous. One of them gave our son a little model car and another mechanic dropped us of at the motel after the taxi didn’t show up. They got us on the road the next morning once the part arrived. Great experience in a not so great situation. Thanks everyone!

Firestone was great to me at the end of June. I was from out of town and brought in a car with a flat tire (on a donut). They were able to repair it for about $20 and did it within an hour. I had plans of touring the Berkshire towns and it was nearly ruined because of a nail - they saved the day. They were polite and engaging and could have taken me for a lot of money for a new tire. They were honest and were able to repair it for a fraction of the cost.

Quick and easy. Won’t bring my car anywhere else for repairs. Firestone is the best

Top to bottom, Im not exaggerating even a bit, these guys are great. From the help at the service desk, to my mechanic in the shop, everything was top notch! The service desk gave me any and all applicable savings that were available that day, and scheduled my appointment with the mechanic that was most knowledgeable about my vehicle. When I finally met the mechanic, after he had given my vehicle an inspection, I was really comfortable with having the work done. He knew exactly what he was talking about. I was so comfortable in the waiting room, knowing it was being done right, that I could have fallen asleep. At first I thought the prices were too high, that maybe Firestone Corp. was wolfishly gouging on parts, leaving teeth marks in my wallet, but upon further reflection from one this day later, I think it was fair. Im very very happy, I would especially recommend this Firestone complete auto care location to any and every person needing work done to their car.And the credit card they have with a 6 month, interest-free time period to pay back the work, I mean how can you beat it? Honestly? Idk, these guys are great!

Every time Im in a bind, I make a call and the service is like calling my little brother and he says Allllll right, bring it over... and it gets fixed. No matter what it is, it gets fixed. Prices are very reasonable and they always try to get the best deal. I recommend this Firestone to anyone! Anthony is awesome! He will take good care of you and your family.

I have to give these guys 5 stars. They installed new tire pressure sensors on my van, and when one failed outside the warranty period, they replaced it for free anyway. Thank you for standing behind your work!

I brought my car in the other day for an oil change. But I’m not sure if they actually did the work.The guy was really interested in whether or not I was gonna wait in the store. I ended up taking a walk. He told me it would take at least an hour. He called me back in less than half an hour and told me it was done. Every other fire stone I’ve gone to for an oil change they always put the sticker on the windshield telling you The miles forwhen youll need a new one and there’s always a paper on the floor so the guys don’t get the car dirty with their boots. My car had neither of those things. Since I left I’ve wondered if I actually got an oil change. Obviously there’s really no way for me to tell.

Seemed to have everything that any large city Firestone would have accept service friendlier...

For $10 they fixed the mistakes a different auto care garage had made within 10 minutes, will 100% be going here first from now on I am extremely satisfied with their performance.Bring your car here if you have any issues folks these dudes know their stuff!

Nice enough to let me leave my car there for a few days but tried to make a ton of money off me in an emergency at the same time. Couldnt get my parts til the next day -when I was stranded 200 miles from home!

Never take time estimates from Firestone seriously. A 2 hour estimate turned into 6 hours, half an hour estimate ended up being 2 hours. Received the wrong parts at first, had to come back multiple times. Will definitely take to a different shop next time around.

These guys were rude and nasty. I had to bring my car there because they had some arrangement with Sims Home Improvement who did a roofing job at my neighbors house to fix our flat tires (2 of them-2 separate cars) for leaving nails in our driveway. Instead of being decent to us, they acted like we were criminals for expecting our NEW TIRES to be fixed and treated us horribly. Guess what..there is great power in the internet. Be careful how you treat people.

I got here because my car was shaking and only turned on for 5min. I told the guy there, all the symptoms my car was experiencing and they did some tests on the battery. Turns out i needed a new battery, and i told them to install it. Next day i was heading east towards Boston and my car started shaking and suddenly powered off. I had to call a tow truck and turns out i had a bad alternator. I got it fix else where and everything is fine now. But the thing is im never coming here again, seems like they dont know what theyre doing.

Sent me home with good tires, at a fair price.

I went again today to Firestone in Pittsfield and they were fast and awesome as always.

We had an unrepairable flat, showed up on a flatbed truck on Memorial Day, and they took us in and had us on the road within 30 minutes. Staff was great.

The only place Ill have work done!

These guys are crooks! Tried to charge me $300 more than most other places. Had them put a new starter in and they wired it incorrectly which made it appear the alternator was bad. DO NOT GO THERE!!
