Reliable maintenance, reasonable about delinquent rent, polite staff, good response time. Id give five stars, but heard other tenants complain, and I cant fairly say theyre full of it. Personally, I think they are, but thats just an opinion.
I recently moved into a new apartment and this company was extremely helpful. I met with a really nice woman who spent a couple of hours with me and showed me several options that fell within my price range. I took a couple of days to decide on which would be best for me and they processed my application in one day. I love my new apartment and personally had a great experience from start to finish.
Chris and Matt were great! My family was in a bad situation and they helped us move in. They even helped move our stuff in the apartment because my wife was injured at the time. I cantt thank them enough for being so kind and generous. We love our new apartment!
Awesome experience. Relocated from out of town and unfamiliar with the area and found it very difficult to find someone to help me or even respond until i found BPM. These guys took me on several virtual tours not only of the apartments but also the neighborhoods that the apartments were in so that i could get a feel for the areas until i found what i felt suited me best. Super friendly, nice guys. Thumbs up BPM! 👍🏼
When I decided to leave Berkshire Property Managers and started calling around the area looking for another property management company, more than one person I spoke to said, Let me guess, youre with Berkshire Property Managers...yeah I get calls from a lot of people wanting to leave them.Needless to say, Id advise against using them as property managers. If you looked at their google rating two weeks ago, it was 1 star. They ve obviously been soliciting reviews, as there have been a flood of 5 star reviews this week. I wouldnt trust those.One month after I hired them, they had not even collected half the rent from my tenants, and hadnt even contacted some of my tenants. I literally had my tenants calling me at the END of the month, asking how they were supposed to pay. Chris and Matt hadnt even contacted many of the tenants, let alone collected rent.Chris and Matt took up to a week to respond to emails, they neglected basic things at the tenants property (trash, snow, etc), and they were all around incompetent.
Attempted to rent with them, was repeatedly stood up for viewings, calls were not returned, application was lost, and so on. As another reviewer mentioned it appears that positive reviews have been solicited. It’s unsurprising to me that even the landlords are having trouble dealing with these. The fact that they seem to manage the vast majority of apartments available in Berkshire County is incredibly frustrating.
Great group of of guys. Maintenance team is very nice and take pride in their work, Victor is a Gem!

Don’t waste your time. Worst team of people. Nobody ever responds to Maintainace and they never call you back or keep you in a loop to know if somebody will come to help or not. Teton management ran this place a lot better, and made sure the tenants were taken care of. These guys are a joke. Lazy. Unreliable team of people who have showed time after time they could care less.
Slum lords would be giving them to much credit.
