This is technically outside of their listed area, but they made the 5.5 hour drive from Pittsburgh to help us achieve a great event. This event was just as great if not better. All the dealers were amazing and explained the games so well. I hired Elite Casino Events for my recent wedding and I cant say enough about how awesome the team was! Dawn was great to work with and helped me coordinate throughout the planning stages. There are so many positives that this could be a really long post!As a bride I knew having casino games was a bit unusual for a wedding reception but my (now) husband and I wanted to do something unique. Our guests LOVED it! We had guests ranging from 8-82 and I think virtually everyone played at the tables at some point. The dealers took the time to learn our names and were great with the kids, including them and teaching them how to play the games. One guest talked about how he had always wanted to learn to play craps but had never been in a situation where he felt comfortable, Gary and Brandy took the time to each him and he was so excited! Brandy, one of the dealers, also made me feel special by making sure she knew our names (the bride and groom) and when I walked up to the table for the first time the very first thing she did was address me by name and congratulate me, it was very memorable!As part of our contract we also hired the Elite DJ and worked with Jason who did a great job keeping the reception flowing, took requests and even helped us get a dance circle together for a family favorite song. He also made a pretty last minute request for ceremony music and cocktail hour music work which was a great addition for us! And it was so helpful to be able to contract with one vendor to do both parts of the entertainment! Jason even worked with our photographer, loaning her dice and chips to get some cool detail pictures before the ceremony.I have been to tons of wedding receptions where 15% of guests dance and the others stand and talk or leave early. I think in our case 85% of guests were engaged in the games and dancing with a few taking breaks to talk throughout the evening. (As a side note, the dealers made it easy to join and leave the games so you werent committed to a table the whole night. As the bride and groom that was important to us as it allowed us to still talk to all our guests and stop for some slow dances when they came up!)If you are looking for a unique wedding reception idea I would happily recommend Dawn and the Elite team. It was truly a perfect event and our guests raved about it, I would hire them again in an instant!

She was very responsive in getting back to me on the many questions we had prior to the event and they made a special trip (2 hour drive) to meet us at the event location in order to do a site walk through to make sure everything was going to go smoothly. Were already considering another casino party with Elite next year! This was my first time hosting this type of party in my home, so I was quite nervous. Dawn was exceptional with staying in touch via e-mail and helped put my mind at ease that the party would be great, and she was right. We had Craps, Roulette, and Black Jack. She had so many great ideas that helped us maximize our donations, and she was more than willing to accommodate our unique needs for the event.
