I love working here! the culture is great. I have learned so much especially as a college student in pursuit of a business career. I am very lucky to have found OPUS and be able to already know exactly what business I will be working in. I am so excited to continue to grow within the business and be a great asset to this national company.

Not the job I was anticipating unfortunately. Lots of these posts are consistent for a reason. I should have done a lot more research on the job before accepting the offer. Nice atmosphere of employees but definitely might not be what you initially think. Door to door sales much more than 40 hours and 6 days a week while being paid commission so that really wouldnt even compensate for the overtime hours. I was looking forward to the job but with these conditions I definitely could not follow through

They knocked on my door when it was dark out! A creepy man with a red beard making flirtatious remarks to me, who refused to let me see his badge until my partner came out. A scary experience. I don’t understand why Verizon allows this. I literally canceled my Verizon internet over this and will never get them again.

Positive energy is the only option here! Been with the company since May and I have never been happier with a career path. Coming from management in retail, I definitely wanted more growth in a company from what I was doing. I knew that there was more opportunity out there, I accepted the account manager position at Opus, and since day one I have yet to stop learning and growing within the company. I do recommend applying to Opus just because of the growth opportunity as well as being apart of a team that is more like family! Everyone has a great time here, and I can say that I am excited to come to work on a daily basis!I was with the company for less than a month when I was able to fly out of the state for a National Conference in Texas. I was able to learn so much about the company, and that is something that will help me in business as well as personal growth as well. With the company, the employees have so much opportunity to travel to different states, and experience so much! All the hard work put into the company definitely pays off.

Great group of really productive people here. I love the atmosphere of the office, its really clean and pretty! Definitely not boring with a lot of energy in the morning.And with the office being right next door to Grounded, the coffee shop, it makes mornings convenient. Its also pretty cool to have such a nice gym included!

I have worked with the company for a few years starting as an account manager and then moving into HR for the past 3 months. Truly enjoy working with the company. Its important for me to be able to believe in a business goals and standards and how they treat their partners and employees and they have done this for me! Very grateful!

The job is tough work, but attracts the best of the best who want to succeed in life no matter what hand life dealt them with. Office diversity is higher than any company I have previously interviewed, which may seem like a small thing to many, but fosters a more welcoming environment.

Im not sure how these people got my resumé, but they havent stopped spamming me since with e-mails, phone calls, and text messages. Ive told them I did NOT apply, and NOT interested, and NOT to contact me but they persist. Incredibly unprofessional and pushy. This is harassment at this point and my next step will be a formal BBB complaint. Based on all the single review users it is abundantly apparent they are incentivising their employees to write 5 star reviews to counter the negative ones left by actual local guides and reviewers.

Ive worked for the company for a little under a year now and what I appreciate most is the people involved in the organization as well as the room for growth. Previously, I worked in a public accounting company with little room for advancement running financial reviews and tax prep on a daily basis.I no longer feel as though I am in a stagnant position but rather one that dynamically motivates me to do better everyday.

Like someone else mentioned, Im not sure how this company got my resume (Im assuming one of their recruiters saw me on Ziprecruiter or Indeed) but nonetheless they contacted me about a position. Despite my telling them after each text (from a number different than their main one, by the way), each of which was laughably similar in phrasing and tone (at least be original and dont just copy/paste) that I was not interested and wasnt sure what in my skill set (I work in mental health) piqued their interest, they continued to try and contact me. Very unprofessional, even if its a miscommunication between recruiting teams or an after-effect of a corporate change (as they claim in a response to another google review). If someone says they are not interested, move on! If they contact you from a 412-201 number and dont respond to any texts, block them.

BEWARE: Its door to door sales of Verizon products, 6 days a week. Just had an interview that was INCREDIBLY DODGY this morning. Business consulting is not a good name, theres not an ounce of real business consulting to be found here!

I wasn’t allowed to ask any questions. It felt like one of those positions where you go door to door in a suit on hot days to market coupon books. Told me I had to wait by my phone until 3:30pm?!?!? I have a lot of other things going on. Don’t waste your time!

I love a lot of the people there but I am solely saying this because there are a lot of people out of work right now and I want to save everyone time. Opus is a Cydcor company. Pyramid structured (not scheme as they will refute). Manager makes $120,000-200,000, Assistant Manager makes $40-60K and you will make 28Kish. Goal is to build a team (usually if young college kids) then leave and build your own office.Now everyone is super nice and friendly but you will work long hours 50-70hrs and you will not make more than 30K. :D

Worked here for 2 years as an Admin. Great experience, great references used to get in my career of choice.
