I am compelled to review as i went there seeing the good reviews. Ive never had such a rushed appointment. I was the only customer at the time and yet my eyebrow threading was done in probably 2-3 mins. I had clearly told what I wanted, but I am not sure if the lady even listened. My eyebrows are not even and also I got 2 cuts from the threading! Never going back again.

As a college student, Natural Eyebrow Threading is THE best place to get your eyebrows done. My eyebrows consistently turn out fantastic, with great shape. They are receptive to different preferences (just a clean up, keeping eyebrows thick, more of an arch, etc.). They are extremely quick while performing the threading and it is relatively painless because these women are professionals. I have been going here for 3-4 years and Ive never had a bad/botched experience. I always know what my eyebrows will look like at the end because each staff member is consistent (and super friendly). The prices are reasonable and there is a student discount (with ID) and punch card for a free eyebrow threading.

Only place I trust in pittsburgh for my eyebrows! I got threaded and tinted and its so perfect everytime. Ive had multiple different technicians and theyre all great quality and very nice. I recommend this place to all my friends!

Not only are my eyebrows super thin after telling her exactly how I wanted them, I have 2 cuts on both brows. My birthday is a few days away and I’m super upset, I guess I’ll have to pencil them in for now until they grow back. I will not be coming back here until Prani or someone else who knows what they’re doing is back.Do me a favor & go here please! I’m originally from Philly & only ever trusted one person to do my brows, but baybeeee after what I’ve experienced... I definitely trust 2 people now. Lol. Its usually a decent place but the lady rushed through mine and my eyebrows actually look awful. theyre not even at all and two different shapes. so so so disappointed.

I moved to Pittsburgh from Michigan about a month ago and have been dreading the day I walk in to a new place to have my eyebrows threaded. Back home, I had been seeing the same lady since I was 15 years old so I was super nervous about starting over with someone new. I came across this shop on google, and after reading the reviews decided to call to make an appointment. I was told I could just walk in. 30 minutes later I was greeted by Ramila. She was very polite, quick, and professional. I believe Ive found my new favorite place to have my eyebrows threaded.

The woman threading my brows was very unpleasant and unkind. The entire appointment was rushed and you can tell. Wont be going back.Affordable spot due to the price ($12 for eyebrow threading).

I always come here when I’m in town, every time it was quick, pleasant experience. This time, in the middle of pandemic, it was devastating to see them wearing masks with valves ( to people who don’t know- masks with valves, protects who wears them but not the others, you can’t wear these type of masks in airplane, work places etc. ). They get too close to people’s face to have the luxury of wearing those type of masks. She also made my eyebrows suuuper thin. Ughhh I’m just so mad.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! i just moved to Pittsburgh about a week ago and i needed a solid place to thread. this location was very easy to find. i didn’t make an appointment, just walked in. Prahni did my eyebrows. she followed the directions on what i needed. i’ve been getting my brows threaded for 6years so i know good quality places and THIS IS IT! i will be making this my regular spot for brows in Pittsburgh. She was so nice and friendly and made great conversation. We both wore masks the entire time. Very clean and safe. loved my experience!

Came here yesterday to have my eyebrows done. The lady was nice but it’s a shame my eyebrows turned out horribly. I’ve never ever been in a place where I’ve felt completely rushed. She had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. When I had seen my eyebrows in the chair, they looked ok. But when I got in the car and actually looked at them, they were the worst they’ve ever looked. Completely uneven and my eyebrows didn’t match at all. I definitely will not be returning to this place.

Whoever worked today (August 9th, 3pm) needs to be fired. I didnt get her name out of anger, but she was horrible. Half my eyebrow is gone. I could tell she messed up when she kept going deeper and deeper to try to fix it. I even specified I just wanted a clean up. I look like a cartoon from the 1920s. I think this girl is new because Ive never seen her before. Beware!

Ramila was awesome! Being east Indian, were nervous to go to a new eyebrow threading spot. I recently moved here and was pushing getting my brows threaded. But she was calming and fantastic. She told me what to expect as my brows were overgrown at this point 😂🤔. Place is super clean and neat. It wasnt crowded so she finished off in about 15mins. She was professional and knew what she was doing. This is my biweekly spot from now on until I leave Pittsburgh or until Ramila has had enough of me !!

This is by far my favorite threading place in Pittsburgh. I have always had a good experience getting my eyebrows done here. They know how to arch my eyebrows correctly and the girls are very professional but friendly and fun to talk to as well.

I love going to this place. The women are so quick but make sure you are satisfied with your brows before you leave. If nobody is before me, I can be in and out in 5 minutes which is great for a busy schedule!

I went here based of all the great reviews they had and I was not disappointed. Great customer service she gave me a warm welcome and talked to me as she doing my eyebrows. My mom and I needed a threading place and a friend of ours told us this was a hidden gem in Shadyside and it did not disappoint! Prani was amazing and did both mine and my moms. We were in and out in 15 min and very pleased with our results. Will be our permanent place!

Great place. But it says here they are open until 8p on Sundays. I went there today at 520p and it was closed. I tried calling the phone and no one picked up. Waste of a trip..

The indian girl is to rudeand she doing her job like she will give me the money ! She aggressive and doesnt listen to my instructions and ignoring me intentionally. She caused a wound on my face and pain lasted for a week. This is my mom experience and I will NOT recommend this salon to anyone and my suggestion DO NOT come to her salon even if she going to bay for you.

Had my eyebrows done here for the first time and LOVE it! I didnt have to wait, the entire process took about 5 minutes and my eyebrows are perfect. This was my first experience with threading, so I was a little nervous. It hurt less than waxing, with no gooey residue. I have sensitive skin that turns bright red when I get waxed and stays that way for days...not an issue at all with threading. Ill definitely go back!

Today I did my eyebrows here, and they were very friendly and they did an amazing job.

I visited there over the weekend and had the worst experience ever. The lady literally butchered my eyebrows and gave me two straight lines. I wasted months growing back my eyebrows. Also I wasnt properly greeted, just told to sit down and hold my eyebrow tight. So classy ladies. I cant believe I tipped anyways.

Ive given this place three chances for threading based on prior reviews. I will not be returning due to extremely poor and inconsistent customer service. First came in Aug, I was not greeted when I walked in. I was just told to sit down and hold my brows. I wasnt even offered aloe at the end. I came home and noticed I had stinging cuts on both my eyelids, which left scabs (happens due to improper threading technique). I decided to give it a second chance in Sept - I was greeted and my eyebrows were done properly that time. Third time was today - literally one of the worst experiences Ive had in my 10 years of getting brows done. I walked into two girls watching a movie on a iPad and eating. I was not greeted when I came in. I went up to the counter and they both just stared at me. It was so uncomfortable - felt like I was an unwelcomed guest. I asked if they were closed for lunch. They said no and then there was an awkward silence. They didnt even bother to ask how they could help. I told them I wanted to get my brows threaded. I specifically asked her not to thread a part of my brow I was trying to grow out. She nodded and then was distracted by the second girl as they talked about their movie. She then proceeds to thread the exact spot I asked her not to. She then says oh I forgot, i threaded that part a little bit, it that okay?. She obviously was too distracted by the movie to be attentive. After the threading, she went back to watch the movie. I came up to the counter to pay and they both were glued to the iPad screen. Barely looked up at me while I handed them my card. I didnt tip and will not be returning. Its just sad when watching a movie is more important than greeting or paying attention to a customer.

After reading lots of positive reviews I decided to last minute on my day off and go get my eyebrows threaded. Its tucked away on Copeland Street, in Shadyside right off Walnut. It must be a bit of a secret because I was able to be seen right away !!! The walk in service is lovely, because other places Ive gone to in the past have been booked out for a few days. I did not catch the name of the lovely lady who worked on my brows but she was very quick and they look great. Defiantly check them out next time your brows are looking a little haggard.

I was out of town visiting family and wanted something quick and easy as a touch up. This location provided little wait time and a good job overall for a simple eyebrow cleanup!

Its a really good and economical place to get your eyebrows done however you need to identify the beautician(s) who best understand your needs and plan your visitations according. Prani is my favorite one.

Prani took care of me and Ramilla took care of my Mom. They were excellent! Prani even took care to not over do it as my left brow has some growing to do and guided me on what looked good. They also took great interest in my baby! This was our second trip there and we will be back! We drive all the way from the North Hills.

I came in from out of town for the holidays & googled this establishment. The ratings & location were what drew me in. Needless to say I left there with my eyebrows looking like nothing was done to them (my friends & family are commenting on how my eyebrows look as though they were not threaded or had anything else done to them for that matter). I asked the lady 3 different times to clean up different areas of my eyebrows & after a couple seconds of threading she would hand me the mirror (for what I do not know because nothing looked different). To top it off the thread kept breaking. I understand its Christmas eve & maybe she didnt want to be there but for crying out loud give people the service they requested & paid for. THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST & QUICKEST EYEBROW THREADING I HAVE EVER DONE. Im calling on Monday to speak to the management!

I went on a Thursday afternoon around 6pm. I was able to walk right in and get service immediately. The threading was quick and came out perfect. I was in and out in 7min and my brows look amazing. I wanted to keep them thick and natural looking and Prani (ask for her!!) threaded them perfectly. Seriously the best thread service I’ve ever had and I’m a picky girl. Prani said she works ever Thursday evening so go see her if it works for you!

This was my first experience getting my eyebrows threaded and I cannot recommend this shop more! Its quite and off the beaten path in Shadyside but the shop is super cute and clean. I didnt know what to expect but it was quite easy and the lady was very professional! The shop is reasonably priced from my research, and it took 5mins, max.
