Just called to set up a appt and the lady who answered the phone was very rude, unprofessional and seemed like she was bothered! not going to use this place. disappointment

I signed a contract with a laser hair remover place before reaching out to Clara. After completing one laser treatment, they told me hair was too light to be treated. I was petrified that I would have to continue tweezing my lady-facial hair for the rest of my life. I have been forever embarrassed in hiding my facial hair. I was even more nervous to be this close to someone else who would be seeing and treating this. Clara couldn’t have made me feel any more comfortable, truly. Her office leads to complete intimacy and comfort when treating my face. I cannot recommend Clara enough. I’ve only had a few treatments so far, but I am finally hopeful that I won’t be living like this anymore.
