Two weeks ago I had to help my grandmother cash her check..the man work I think his name was Ed he was extremely nice to my grandmother..he even went above and beyond to help her with her account.We will be returning just because of him...

Hello I was there this morning cashing my check. I was assisted by an amazing woman by the name of Taushell. She helped me walk through the process of getting a card and cashing my check. She has honestly been the best worker I have interacted with out of all the Ace Cash Express.

I went in there today to cash my paycheck and was helped out by a young lady. Taushell I believe her name was but she was so helpful and patient with me. I am an elderly gentleman so it takes me sometime and she was just amazing

For the most part, their employees are knowledgeable about their profession. Their rates to cash checks, purchase money orders stamps, etc. Are fair

The man working there (it was a Tuesday, April 10th 2018) was horribly rude. He was condescending and sarcastic the entire time--I nearly cursed him out and called the manager (maybe it was the manager, idk). I would not recommend this place to anyone after that experience. All I wanted was some information, and the guy treated me like I was an idiot.

I love how they keep track of some scams before transactions take place on your debit card

Very good service, however when the lines are long, the wait can be ridiculously long. An extra employee would help resolve that.
