Don is amazing. He has gone above and beyond to save me not only money but time and stress. He’s so kind and responsive and I feel So fortunate to have him as my rep!

Everything was fine until I went to cancel my policy I called them to cancel they told me that I wouldn’t be charged for that following month but neglected to tell me that I needed to sign paperwork. I got a charge and because I signed the paperwork late they wouldn’t refund me. No one told me about this paperwork until 3 weeks later.

I met Don at a BNI meeting years ago and hes been my agent since. Office staff is excellent and when you call in, a person picks up (not a robot) and whoever it is knows your name and is ready to help. Highly recommended... the way business should be done.
