Very responsive, efficient, and pleasant.
Called me three weeks before my premium was due asking me when I was going to make payment. I told them when I get the bill. I was told they were making sure because they were no longer offering a grace period for payment. I explained to her I was with Allstate for 27 years and never had a late payment. I am actively looking for a new agent as this is not the first time since Ms. Richter took over that I’ve had to deal with unprofessional service...Ms Richter included. On a side note, the person I was speaking with addressed me by the wrong name when finishing the call! Way to make you feel like you’re getting personal service

I had them for years,they over charged me for insurance I paid, I got a new insurance pay less “Erie insurance “ than they mailed me a bill when I don’t have them any more, 07/31/1017 and they have a credit collection call me for money, when I don’t have them for insurance, They SUCK, Don’t get insurance from this company or from Dana Richter
